Abstract

The invention relates to a latch that comprises a lock and a closing part that engages with the latter. Claims (15)

  1. Locking device with a movable part of a vehicle, like a door (40) or lid on the vehicle, and a static part of the vehicle, namely, the carriage (50),

Locking device pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the entire initial piece (16) of the step index profile (15) which when the catch (10) is in open position (10.1) is present and extends up to its pre stop (13) exhibits essentially a constant radial distance (46) to the rotary axis (11) of the catch (10).
  10. Locking device pursuant to Claim 7, 8 or 9, characterized in that an end piece (18) of the step index profile (15) which in the main stop position (10.3) of the catch (10) interacts with the latch (20) has the least radial distance (48),
    and that the centerpiece (17) of the step index profile (15) has, related to the rotary axis (11), a median (47) radial distance (46) and the initial piece (16) a greater radial distance (46).
  11. Locking device pursuant to one of the claims 7 to 10, characterized in that the profile centerpiece (17) exhibits directly after the pre stop (13) a start section (37) which initially has vis-à-vis the remaining section (39) of the profile centerpiece (17) a reduced radial distance (38).
  12. Locking device pursuant to Claim 11, characterized in that with increasing distance from the pre stop (13) the radial distance from the initial section (37) continuously increases up to the radial distance (47) from the remaining section (39) of the profile centerpiece (17).
  13. Locking device pursuant to Claim 11 or 12, characterized in that the sunken initial section (37) of the profile centerpiece (17) prevents an impact of the end of the latch blocking place (23) when the latch (20) props itself against the pre stop (13) of the catch (10).
  14. Locking device pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 13, characterized in that the main stop (19) is formed by one flank (31) of the acceptor (19) in the catch (10) into which the closing piece (51) enters during the locking procedure (52) of the door (40),
    and that the latch (20) has apart from the blocking place (23) also a support spot (24) which when the catch (10) is in the main stop position (10.3) props itself against the initial piece (16) of the step index profile (15) and limits the grip depth of the latch (20) into the catch (10).
  15. Locking device pursuant to one of the claims 1 to 14, characterized in that in the three rotary positions (10.1 to 10.3) of the catch (10) the latch (20) assumes three different swivel positions towards each another (20.1 to 20.3),
    namely, a rest position (20.1) when the catch (10) is in open position (10.1), a work-start position (20.2) when in pre stop position (10.2) and a work-end position (20.3) when the catch (10) is in the main stop position (10.3).
