Claims (3)

  1. Installationsverfahren zum Verbinden von Bodenplatten (1, 1', 1") in Reihen durch vertikales Einklappen, wobei jede Bodenplatte rechteckig oder quadratisch ist und zwei lange Kanten (5a, 5b) sowie zwei kurze Kanten (4a, 4b) umfasst, die langen Kanten und die kurzen Kanten mit ersten und zweiten Verbindern versehen sind, die in die Bodenplatte zum vertikalen und horizontalen Verriegeln zweier benachbarter Platten integriert sind, die ersten und die zweiten Verbinder (9, 10, 6, 8, 14) an den langen Kanten so eingerichtet sind, dass sie mit Abwinkeln verriegelt werden, während die ersten und die zweiten Verbinder an den kurzen Kanten (20, 30, 6, 8, 14) so eingerichtet sind, dass sie mit vertikalem Einklappen verriegelt werden, wobei
    jeder erste Verbinder einen Verriegelungsstreifen (6) mit einem nach oben gerichteten Verriegelungselement (8) an einer Kante der Bodenplatte sowie einer nach unten offenen Verriegelungsnut (14) an einer gegenüberliegenden Kante der Bodenplatte (1,1',1") zum horizontalen Verbinden der Kanten zweier benachbarter Platten in einer Richtung senkrecht zu den Kanten versehen ist, und
    jeder zweite Verbinder eine Feder (10, 30) an einer Kante der Bodenplatte, die horizontal senkrecht zu der Kante verläuft, sowie eine horizontal offene Federnut (9, 20) an einer gegenüberliegenden Kante der Bodenplatte zum Verbinden der Kanten zweier benachbarter Platten in vertikaler Richtung umfasst, und
    eine lange Kante einer neuen Platte (1') in einer zweiten Reihe (R2) so eingerichtet ist, dass sie durch Abwinkeln mit einer langen Kante (5b) einer ersten Platte (1") in einer ersten Reihe (R1) verbunden wird, und eine kurze Kante (4b) der neuen Platte (1) sowie eine kurze Kante (4a) einer zweiten Platte (1) in einer zweiten Reihe (R2) so eingerichtet sind, dass sie mit der gleichen Winkelbewegung verbunden werden,
    wenigstens ein Teil der ersten und der zweiten Verbinder an den kurzen Kanten (4a, 4b), der beim vertikalen Verriegeln an den kurzen Kanten aktiv ist, flexibel und so eingerichtet ist, dass er bei vertikalem Einklappen horizontal verschoben wird und dadurch einen horizontalen Trenndruck (SP) zwischen benachbarten kurzen Kanten (4a, 4b) erzeugt,
    bei dem Verfahren eine erste (1") und eine zweite Platte (1) flach auf einem Unterboden liegen und die langen Kanten miteinander verbunden sind,
    und das Verfahren die folgenden Schritte umfasst:
    a) Herstellen von Kontakt einer ersten langen Kante (5a) einer abgewinkelten neuen Platte (1') mit dem oberen Teil einer zweiten langen Kante (5b) der ersten Platte (1"),
    und
    b) Herstellen von Kontakt einer kurzen Kante (4b) der neuen Platte (1') mit einer kurzen Kante (4a) der zweiten Platte, wobei die neue Platte (1') durch die Verbinder den langen und/oder kurzen Kanten in dieser Position gehalten wird,
    c) Pressen des Abschnitts (4b) der kurzen Kante der neuen Platte (1') nach unten auf den Unterboden zu, und
    d) Verbinden der ersten (1"), der zweiten (1) und der neuen Platte (1') miteinander mit vertikalem Einklappen, wobei
    das Verfahren dadurch gekennzeichnet ist, dass der Verfahrensschritt b) den zusätzlichen Schritt umfasst, in dem die erste Platte (1") und die neue Platte (1') an eine Zwischenposition gebracht werden, an der die langen Kanten vertikale obere (CP1) und untere (CP2) Kontaktpunkte sowie horizontale innere (CP3) und äußere (CP4) Kontaktpunkte zwischen benachbarten Flächen der ersten und der zweiten langen Kanten (5a, 5b) haben, während gleichzeitig die obere Kante der ersten Platte (1") an die obere Kante der neuen Platte (1') gepresst wird und in der Zwischenposition die neue Platte (1') so abgewinkelt wird, dass ihre kurze Kante (4b) in Anfangskontakt mit dem flexiblen Teil der kurzen Kante (4a) der zweiten Platte (1) ist, die bei vertikalem Einklappen horizontal verschoben werden soll, und sich die neue Platte (1') in der Zwischenposition vorzugsweise in einem Winkel zu der Hauptebene von ungefähr 10° befindet.
  2. Installationsverfahren nach Anspruch 1, wobei die Feder (10, 30) an den kurzen Kanten (4a, 4b) der Bodenplatte ein separates Material umfasst, das mit einer Verbindungsnut (40) in den kurzen Kanten verbunden ist, und mit einem flexiblen Teil versehen ist, der so eingerichtet ist, dass er beim Einklappen horizontal verschoben wird und mit der Federnut (9, 20) in der kurzen Kante einer benachbarten Bodenplatte zusammenwirkt, um die Bodenplatten in einer vertikalen Richtung (D1) parallel zu der vertikalen Ebene (VP) aneinander zu verriegeln.
  3. Installationsverfahren nach Anspruch 2, wobei ein Teil der Feder (10, 30) in seiner Verbindungsnut (40) verschiebbar angeordnet ist.
