Claims (10)

  1. Verfahren zum Steuern von Unterhaltungselektronikgeräten, wobei mindestens ein Teil der persönlichen Einstellungen eines Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (1), das einem aktuellen Benutzer eines fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist, an dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) von einer Remote-Einheit (4) empfangen wird und zumindest vorübergehend auf dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) installiert werden, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Remote-Einheit (4) ein Netzwerkserver eines Kommunikationsnetzwerks ist, das zumindest vorübergehend eine Kommunikationsverbindung zu dem Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (1) aufweist, das dem aktuellen Benutzer des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist, wobei die persönlichen Einstellungen des Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (1), das dem aktuellen Benutzer des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist, über die Kommunikationsverbindung von der Remote-Einheit (4) empfangen werden, und dass eine Übertragung der persönlichen Einstellungen an das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) zumindest teilweise über ein mobiles Endgerät (2) des aktuellen Benutzers ausgeführt wird, wobei das mobile Endgerät (2) verwendet wird, um eine Anforderung zur Übertragung an die Remote-Einheit (4) zu senden, oder wobei die Anforderung zur Übertragung an dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) von dem mobilen Endgerät (2) empfangen wird und die Anforderung von dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) an die Remote-Einheit (4) übertragen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) eine vorübergehende Verbindung zu der dem aktuellen Benutzer zugeordneten Remote-Einheit (4) herstellt, wenn die Verwendung der installierten persönlichen Einstellungen festgestellt wird; insbesondere bei Auswahl einer Option innerhalb der persönlichen Einstellungen.
  3. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) zumindest vorrübergehend lokale Einstellungen durch empfangene persönliche Einstellungen ersetzt.
  4. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mobile Endgerät (2) des aktuellen Benutzers des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) eine Kommunikationsverbindung mit dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) etabliert zur Einleitung des Übertragung der persönlichen Einstellungen an das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3), zur Authentifizierung des aktuellen Benutzers und/oder zur Überwachung der Anwendbarkeit der installierten persönlichen Einstellungen.
  5. Verfahren nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) die empfangenen persönlichen Einstellungen nach Beendigung der Kommunikationsverbindung mit dem mobilen Endgerät (2) deinstalliert.
  6. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Übertragung der persönlichen Einstellungen an das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) durch das mobile Endgerät (2) des aktuellen Benutzers des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) initiiert wird.
  7. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die persönlichen Einstellungen Konfigurationseinstellungen und/oder Inhaltslisten aufweisen.
  8. Verfahren nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die persönlichen Einstellungen über ein universelles Kommunikationsprotokoll übertragen werden.
  9. System zum Steuern von Unterhaltungselektronikgeräten, aufweisend ein mobiles Endgerät (2), mindestens ein fremdes Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3), ein Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (1), das dem aktuellen Benutzer des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist und eine Remote-Einheit (4), wobei die Remote-Einheit (4) ein Netzwerkserver eines Kommunikationsnetzwerks ist, wobei die Remote-Einheit (4) zumindest vorübergehend eine Kommunikationsverbindung zu dem Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (1) aufweist, das dem aktuellen Benutzer des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist, wobei die Remote-Einheit konfiguriert ist, um über die Kommunikationsverbindung zumindest Teile der persönlichen Einstellungen des Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (1), das dem aktuellen Benutzer des fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts (3) zugeordnet ist, zu empfangen und die persönlichen Einstellungen zumindest zeitweilig auf dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) installiert werden, wobei ein mobiles Endgerät (2) des aktuellen Benutzers konfiguriert ist, um zumindest teilweise eine Übertragung der persönlichen Einstellungen an das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) auszuführen, wobei das mobile Endgerät (2) eine Kommunikationsschnittstelle (22) aufweist, die konfiguriert ist, um mit dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) zu kommunizieren, und eine Steuereinheit (23), die konfiguriert ist, um eine Übertragung der persönlichen Eistellungen des Unterhaltungselektronikgeräts von der Remote-Einheit (4) zu steuern, wobei die Steuereinheit (23) einen Anforderungs-Generator (231) aufweist, der konfiguriert ist, um eine Übertragungs-Anforderung zu erzeugen, wobei der Anforderungs-Generator (231) mit der Kommunikationsschnittstelle (22) verbunden ist, die konfiguriert ist, um mit dem fremden Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) zu kommunizieren, wobei das fremde Unterhaltungselektronikgerät (3) konfiguriert ist, um die Anforderung an die Remote-Einheit (4) zu übertragen, und/oder mit einer Kommunikationseinheit (21) zur Kommunikation mit der Remote-Einheit (4) zum Übertragen der Anforderung für einen Download von persönlichen Einstellungen von dem mobilen Endgerät direkt auf die Remote-Einheit (4).
  10. System nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mobile Endgerät (2) ein Mobiltelefon ist.
