  4. Drive mechanism according to any one of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that the friction-reducing spacer means (39) comprises at least three ribs (43), which are uniformly distributed on the outer circumference of the guide tube (31) and extend along the longitudinal axis of the guide tube (31).
  5. Drive mechanism according to claim 4, characterised in that the guide tube (31) comprises for each rib (43) a longitudinally extending recess (45) into which the rib (43) can be fitted.
