  • the pressure reducing device 82 includes a volume expanding plunger 94 that is slidably disposed in a relatively narrow cylindrical tail section 96 (see FIGS. 6 and 7) of the interior chamber 86.
  • the plunger 94 has a resilient o-ring member 97 that engages an inner cylindrical wall surface of the interior chamber 86 in much the same manner as a plunger in a syringe barrel.
