  • Machine 1 has several advantages, mainly due to bead 43 remaining connected to the respective original component part 2, and not having to be removed by the operator when detached from component part 2 by notcher 38 and blade cutter 39.

Claims (10)

  1. Machine servant à travailler des pièces (2) de portes et de fenêtres en bois ou matériau similaire, chaque pièce (2) ayant une forme initiale allongée et essentiellement parallélépipédique, la machine comprenant un plateau (3) se prolongeant dans une première direction (4) ; au moins deux traverses (16) se prolongeant dans une deuxième direction (9) perpendiculaire à la première direction (4), et pouvant se déplacer sur le plateau (3) dans la première direction (4) ; au moins un dispositif de serrage (17) monté sur chaque traverse (16) pour abloquer au moins une pièce (2) parallèlement à la première direction (4) ; un pont roulant (6) mobile le long du plateau (3) dans la première direction (4) ; et au moins une première unité d'usinage (12) pouvant se déplacer le long du pont roulant (6) dans la deuxième direction (9) pour façonner chaque pièce (2) dans le sens longitudinal pour former un creux (40) qui est ouvert sur le côté faisant face à un côté (2a) de la pièce (2), est ouvert longitudinalement dans la première direction (4), et est limité dans une troisième direction (15) perpendiculaire auxdites première et deuxième directions (4, 9) par deux nervures (414, 42) parallèles l'une à l'autre et par rapport à la première direction (4) ; la machine se caractérisant aussi par le fait qu'elle comprend également une unité de préhension et de déplacement (23) pour saisir et déplacer les pièces (2), et qui est montée sur le pont roulant (6) pour se déplacer dans la deuxième direction (9) et transférer les pièces (2) vers et depuis les dispositifs de serrage (17), et par le fait qu'elle comprend également une deuxième unité d'usinage (29) équipée d'au moins une lame (38, 39) pour détacher une nervure (41) de la pièce (2), la nervure détachée (41) formant une baguette (43) grâce à laquelle, en pratique, un panneau de verre de porte ou de fenêtre peut être fixé sur l'autre nervure (42), et également équipée d'un dispositif d'insertion (45) pour fixer la baguette (43) sur la pièce (2) en insérant au moins une attache (44) entre la baguette (43) et la pièce (2) ; la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) étant montée sur l'unité de préhension et de déplacement (23) pour se déplacer le long du pont roulant (6) dans la deuxième direction (9) en suivant la même loi de mouvement que l'unité de préhension et de déplacement (23).
  2. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 1, dans laquelle la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) est mobile dans une troisième direction (15) perpendiculaire auxdites première et deuxième directions (4, 9).
  3. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 1 ou 2, dans laquelle la première unité d'usinage (12) comprend au moins une électro-broche (13) sur laquelle peut être adapté au moins un outil ou un ensemble pour travailler la pièce (2) ; un magasin étant prévu pour permettre à l'électro-broche (13) de changer d'outil ou d'ensemble.
  4. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 3, dans laquelle le pont roulant (6) comprend une autre traverse (8) disposée sur le plateau (3) dans la deuxième direction (9) ; le magasin (M) étant monté sur le pont roulant (6) symétriquement dans la première direction (4) par rapport à l'autre traverse (8).
  5. Machine, comme revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des précédentes revendications, dans laquelle la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) comprend une première lame (38) pour encocher la pièce (2), et une deuxième lame (39) pour détacher la baguette (43) de la pièce (2).
  6. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 5, dans laquelle la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) comprend deux arbres de support parallèles (36) pour supporter respectivement la première et la deuxième lame (38, 39) ; et un moteur électrique (34) pour faire tourner les arbres de support (36) autour de leur axe longitudinal respectif (37).
  7. Machine, comme revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le pont roulant (6) comprend une autre traverse (8) se prolongeant sur le plateau (3) dans la deuxième direction (9) et limitée dans la première direction (4) par deux côtés opposés (10, 11); ladite première et ladite deuxième unité d'usinage (12, 29) étant montées respectivement sur ledit premier et ledit deuxième côté (10, 11).
  8. Machine, comme revendiqué dans l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans laquelle le pont roulant (6) comprend une autre traverse (8) se prolongeant sur le plateau (3) dans la deuxième direction (9) et limitée dans la première direction (4) par deux côtés opposés (10, 11); la première unité d'usinage (12) et l'unité de préhension et de déplacement (23) étant respectivement montées sur le premier et sur le deuxième côté (10, 11).
  9. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 8, dans laquelle l'unité de préhension et de déplacement (23) comprend un bras de support (24) dépassant du pont roulant (6) dans la première direction (4) et limité dans la deuxième direction (9) par deux autres côtés opposés (25, 26), et au moins deux dispositifs de préhension et de déplacement (27, 28) mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre le long du bras de support (24) dans la première direction (4) ; les dispositifs de préhension et de déplacement (27, 28) et la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) étant montés respectivement sur le premier et sur le deuxième des autres côtés (25, 26).
  10. Machine, comme revendiqué dans la revendication 9, dans laquelle la deuxième unité d'usinage (29) est mobile le long du bras de support (24) dans la première direction (4).
