Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren, mit dessen Hilfe ein Cavitator bzw. eine Cavitator-Anlage, die auch mehrere Cavitatoren umfassen kann, einem Wechsel der Betriebsbedingungen, insbesondere variierenden Durchflussmengen und Produktparametern, angepasst, insbesondere automatisch angepasst werden kann, mit einer Cavitator-Strecke (1), die einen Cavitator (1a) oder mehrere parallel geschaltete Cavitatoren (1a,b...) aufweist, wobei ein Mindest-Druckabfall über der Cavitator-Strecke unter Berücksichtigung der Eigenschaften, insbesondere der Temperatur, des zu verarbeitenden Fluids ermittelt wird, und bei Unterschreiten des Mindestdruckabfalls ein Teilstrom (2a) vom Ende der Cavitator-Strecke im Kreislauf über eine Rückführstrecke (3) vor den Beginn der Cavitator-Strecke zurückgeführt wird, sowie eine entsprechende Vorrichtung.
