Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de pliage d'une bande de matériau (1), des sections (7) de la bande de matériau (1) étant déposées en forme de zigzag par des lames de pliage opposées (30a, 30b) et les sections alignées (7) étant successivement regroupées, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (1) est maintenue cycliquement au niveau d'une section (7) antérieure dans le sens de circulation, plusieurs sections (7) étant amenées en forme de zigzag dans un cycle par un premier jeu de lames (28a) et un deuxième jeu de lames opposé (28b) et les sections individuelles (7) étant alignées les unes derrière les autres en partant de la section (7) antérieure dans le sens de circulation de la bande de matériau (1).
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la bande de matériau (1) passe directement avant le pliage cyclique dans une réserve de bande (4).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les zones où les sections (7) se raccordent entre elles sont pourvues avant leur pliage de lignes de pliage s'étendant transversalement à la bande de matériau (1), les lignes de pliage étant constituées de manière à ce que la bande de matériau (1), pour faciliter le pliage consécutif, soit pré-pliée au choix dans un premier et un deuxième sens opposé.

  5. Procédé selon une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que, après le pliage, des paquets (9) comprenant des sections pliées les unes sur les autres (7) de bande de matériau (1) sont sectionnés.
  6. Dispositif de pliage d'une bande de matériau (1) en forme de zigzag à l'aide d'un dispositif de pliage (6) fonctionnant cycliquement et présentant une lame de retenue (27) pour la fixation d'une section (7) antérieure dans le sens de circulation d'une bande de matériau (1) et comportant un curseur (29) pour la distribution cyclique des sections pliées (7), caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de pliage (6) présente un premier et un deuxième jeu de lames opposé (28a, 28b), le premier et le deuxième jeu de lames (28a, 28b) comprenant respectivement plusieurs lames de pliage (30a, 30b) qui peuvent être approchés sensiblement à la verticale et individuellement de la bande de matériau (1) et guident les sections (7) de la bande de matériau (1).
  7. Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que les lames de pliage (30a) du premier jeu de lames (28a) sont disposées sur un support commun (31) et que les lames de pliage (30b) du deuxième jeu de lames (28b) peuvent être approchées linéairement indépendamment les unes des autres.

  10. Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 9, caractérisé en ce que les premier et deuxième jeux de lames (28a, 28b) présentent respectivement entre 3 et 10, de préférence entre 5 et 8 lames de pliage (30a, 30b).
  11. Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la cadence du dispositif de pliage (6) est supérieure à 3 cycles par minute, de préférence supérieure à 5 cycles par minutes.
  12. Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé en ce qu'en amont du dispositif de pliage (6) est installée une station de pliage (3) pour le pliage et le pré-pliage de la bande de matériau (1).
  13. Dispositif selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la station de pliage (3) présente une plaque support (16), un guide de bande (17) s'étendant dans le sens longitudinal de la bande et deux unités de pliage (18) agissant en sens inverse et disposées transversalement au guide de bande (17), les unités de pliage (18) présentant respectivement un dispositif de serrage (19) comportant au moins une mâchoire de serrage (20) et une pointe (21) grâce à laquelle des zones de pliage (22) de la bande de matériau (1) peuvent être introduites dans une fente (25) du dispositif de serrage (19) et la mâchoire de serrage (20) pouvant être déplacée pour créer les lignes de pliage de la bande de matériau (1).
  14. Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 13, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une réserve de bande (4) et au moins une unité d'avancement sont prévues.
  15. Dispositif selon une des revendications 6 à 14, caractérisé en ce qu'une station de coupe (8) est prévue pour sectionner les paquets (9) de bande de matériau (1).
