Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a carrying system for rucksacks, in particular a connection system for straps of a backpack and a method for separating the straps of such a backpack from the wearer.
Carrying systems for backpacks are known in the art. In this case, the carrying systems usually have next to two shoulder straps at least one lap belt and in special embodiments, a chest belt, by means of which a corresponding carrying container is connected to the carrier. In addition to small rucksacks for everyday use, sophisticated backpack systems are increasingly being used, which are adapted to the individual requirements of the wearer for different possible uses, in particular in the design of the receiving container. In addition to light and simple backpack systems here are also very complex and sometimes large-volume or Lastrucksäcke in use in which by means of the support system used even with a long-term use a compensatory comfort is provided.
The problem with these known in the art support systems, however, is that the creation or the removal of such a backpack is relatively complicated, since in addition to the opening of the chest belt and lap belt, especially in backpacks, which have a high weight due to their loading, the removal of shoulder straps is relatively tedious or complicated. However, a quick removal of the backpack is needed in particular for special applications in which the carrier is forced due to external circumstances to separate a particularly bulky backpack as quickly as possible, in particular to regain full freedom of movement. Such tasks are particularly well known where a bulky and heavy backpack significantly reduces the mobility of a wearer under certain circumstances and this particular in a dangerous situation by quickly dropping the backpack for him possibly even vital survival improved mobility must quickly recover.
The object of the present invention is thus to provide a backpack, in particular a carrying system for a backpack, with which the disadvantages known in the prior art are at least partially eliminated.
The object is achieved by a carrying system for a backpack according to
According to the invention, the carrying system for a backpack has at least one receptacle and two shoulder straps which connect the backpack to a carrier. Each shoulder strap also has at least two strap sections. The shoulder straps comprise at least one releasable connection device which interconnects the two strap sections of each shoulder strap. The carrying system for a backpack according to the invention is characterized in that a triggering device which can be actuated in particular by the carrier is provided, which is connected to at least two detachable connecting devices in such a way that the connecting devices are released substantially without a time delay when the triggering device is actuated.
As a belt portion is understood according to the present invention, a portion of a belt, which is preferably at least at one end with the backpack in combination. It is of course in the sense of the present invention that a corresponding belt can be designed differently depending on the application position and in particular of a plurality of components, which is preferably constructed one above the other or arranged one behind the other. Thus, for example, a shoulder strap has a section-wise support or padding on the side of the wearer, on whose upper side a webbing is arranged, which essentially transfers the forces between the receptacle and the wearer. It is of course also within the meaning of the present invention to deviate from this embodiment of a belt and to adapt the shape and design to the particular needs of the wearer. Also, this may include a belt length change device.
Further, according to the present invention, the feature "substantially without a time delay" is understood to mean that upon actuation of the triggering device, preferably by the carrier, the connection means are released in an immediate temporal relationship, it being understood that a time delay is also the situation comprises that the various connection means are solved in a predetermined time sequence, this essentially without a corresponding dead time, as is known from the control technology, takes place.
Of course, also in the sense of the present invention that all connection devices are triggered simultaneously in time, the solution described above the connection means in a predetermined time sequence brings the further advantage that the direction of movement of the backpack during separation can be influenced by the wearer and thus a Obstruction of the wearer can be further reduced.
According to another particularly preferred embodiment, the Carrying at least one hip belt, which has at least two belt sections which are interconnected by at least one second releasable connection means.
The carrying system for a backpack further comprises, according to a further preferred embodiment, at least one chest strap, which preferably connects at least two shoulder straps to one another and also consists of at least two strap sections. The belt sections themselves are interconnected by at least one third releasable connection device.
According to a preferred embodiment, the triggering device is secured by a first securing device against undesired operation, so that the triggering device is not actuated in the locked state. Such a security device has the particular advantage that an unintentional operation, as might occur, for example, when carrying a backpack in rough terrain, by contact with objects is substantially excluded.
Such security devices can be, for example, covers with a corresponding hook-and-loop fastener, which only allow the accessibility of the securing device when the corresponding tab has been removed. The fixation of the triggering device itself to a component of the backpack, in particular the lap belt, is within the meaning of the present invention.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the carrying system is characterized in that at least one of the first, second and / or third releasable connection means are secured by second securing means against unwanted loosening. This can be done, for example, that the connecting device is completely or at least partially covered so that accidental operation is largely excluded here. Thus, for example, a cover can be used for this, with a Velcro is attached in the region of the belt portion and must either be removed before the triggering or opening of the connecting means or is solved even when releasing the connecting device of the belt.
Furthermore, the securing device for triggering the connecting devices can be secured twice, for the operation first a cover and then the triggering device is freed from the support system such that the actuation of the triggering device, the connection means dissolved, d. H. be separated.
The triggering devices are preferably coupled to one of the connecting devices by mechanical, electrical and / or optical connection means, wherein according to a particularly preferred embodiment the connecting device is preferably selected from a group comprising electrical conductors, optical conductors, metallic and non-metallic cables, wires, cables , Bowden cables, combinations thereof and the like.
According to the present invention, connecting means are to be understood as connecting, in particular, the at least one triggering device to the connecting device such that upon actuation of the triggering device the connecting device is released and thus the at least two belt sections, which are connected to one another via the connecting device, are separated ,
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting device for the carrying system comprises at least two rings, wherein each of the two belt sections is firmly connected to at least one ring of the connection system. Further, the outer diameter of the first ring is smaller than the inner diameter of the second ring. In the connected state of the connecting device, the first ring is guided with a portion of the strap portion attached thereto through the second ring and against the direction of extension of the Belt section folded back. Furthermore, the first ring is secured with respect to the folding movement in the extension direction of the belt portion.
As a folding movement is understood according to the present invention, an opening or closing movement of the first ring, which results around the attachment portion of the ring on the belt. The extension direction of the belt results essentially from the geometric shape of the belt, wherein this is chosen so that in particular the width or even the thickness of the belt compared to the longitudinal extent are less or significantly lower.
In the connected state of the connecting device, the third ring is passed with a part of the strap portion attached thereto through the first ring and folded back against the extension direction of the belt portion. Furthermore, this third ring is secured against a folding movement in the extension direction of the belt portion.
It is also within the meaning of the present invention that a whole series of rings is used, starting from the ring with the largest diameter, the subsequent smaller rings are each passed through the previously arranged larger ring and folded back.
According to a preferred embodiment, in particular the first or third ring are secured by a retaining device against a folding movement in the extension direction of the belt portion. This retaining device is preferably formed by a securing tab which is attached to a belt portion and in the connected state of the connecting device through the first and / or third ring extends through. The securing tab itself preferably extends through at least one ring and then extends on the back of the corresponding ring. Preferably, the securing tab is fixed with a locking pin.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting device may also be designed in the form of a dog clutch, the opposite and in the connected state partially intermeshing jaws are connected by means of at least one locking pin. Here, the locking pin is arranged such that it is performed by the intermeshing jaws in the manner that in the inserted state, a release of the jaws is prevented from each other.
As a locking pin according to the present invention, in particular a section of the connecting means understood, which is removed directly or by a corresponding actuator upon actuation of the triggering device from the securing tab or the jaws. In this case, the locking pin is connected to the connecting means, wherein by removing the locking pin securing tab allows a Kläppbewegung of the first and / or third ring and the connection releases or allows release of the jaws from each other.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting devices are designed in the form of separating means which, in the case of actuation of the triggering device, cause a destructive separation of the two belt sections. This can be done, for example, that the belt sections are connected to a plastic bottle, which are destroyed upon actuation of the triggering device.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the securing device is formed by a tab or a cover, which extends tightly over the triggering device and / or the connecting device. This tab or cover will in particular, an actuation of the triggering device or prevents a folding movement of the first and / or third ring in the direction of the extension of the belt portion. Preferably, the tabs are designed such that they are arranged with Velcro fasteners separable on the support system for a backpack. Thus, for example, the triggering device preferably be arranged on the hip belt and remain connected according to a further particularly preferred embodiment after the operation with the connecting means and / or the support system itself. The release device attached to the hip belt can furthermore be covered by means of a tab such that actuation of the triggering device is only possible when the tab is removed from the triggering device.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting means which connect the triggering device to the connecting device are arranged along the backpack and / or the carrying system and at least partially connected thereto.
In order to be able to provide in particular a time sequence for the release of the various connection devices of the support system, according to a particularly preferred embodiment, the connecting means be designed such that in particular due to its length and the sweeping portion of the locking pin z. B. by the first or second ring or the securing tab different triggering times are provided for the connecting devices.
For example, to ensure an order of the chest belt, the lap belt and then the shoulder straps, the trip path for the locking pin on the chest strap must be the shortest and the shoulder straps the longest. In a uniform arrangement of the triggering device is then by the operation of the triggering device first, the connecting means of the chest belt, and then the pelvic or Shoulder strap solved.
The object of the present invention is also achieved by a method for opening a carrying system of a rucksack, which according to the present invention comprises the following steps.
In particular, the carrier opens at least one cover or tab of the unlocking device in order subsequently to actuate the unlocking device and the connecting device connected thereto. This is preferably done with the use of Bowden cables by pulling out the unlocking device and the associated removal of the locking pin from the connection systems. As a result, the connection systems are opened and the belt sections are separated from the carrier, this being done in particular due to the weight of the backpack.
According to a further particularly preferred embodiment of the method for opening a carrying system, the opening of the connection systems and the separation of the belt sections, in particular with respect to the shoulder straps, the chest belt and the lap belt, take place in a predetermined time sequence.
The invention will be described below with reference to a preferred embodiment, in which it should be pointed out that the present invention is not restricted thereby.
