Description

  • The invention relates to a pull-in tip of a device for drawing a printing material web into a printing machine, namely into a web-fed printing press, according to the preamble of claim 1.
  • From the DE Utility Model 92 15 764.5 a device for drawing a printing material web is known in a printing press, which has a pull-on tip attached to a pull element designed as a roller chain. The pull-in tip has a rope to which the roller chain can be attached via drivers. Furthermore, the pull-in tip has a flat element, which wraps around the rope at least in sections, wherein the rope is connected to the flat element. According to this prior art, the flat element, which is connected to the rope, formed of a tear-resistant textile fabric, wherein the rope is connected to the sheet-like element by gluing, namely via an adhesive strip.
  • Then, when this pull-in tip, which is known from the prior art, is moved through assemblies of the printing press in which high temperatures prevail, there is the risk that the connection between the cable and the flat element of the pull-in tip will come off. There is therefore a need for a pull-in tip that is insensitive to high temperatures.
  • On this basis, the present invention is based on the problem to provide a novel Einziehspitze a device for drawing a printing material web in a printing press.
  • This problem is solved by a Einziehspitze according to claim 1. According to the invention, the planar element is formed of fluororubber, wherein the cable is firmly connected to the sheet of fluororubber by vulcanization.
  • For the purposes of the present invention, it is proposed to form the planar element of fluororubber and firmly connect the cable with the sheet of fluororubber by vulcanization. As a result, a particularly heat-resistant Einziehspitze is provided.

  • Fig. 1 shows a schematic representation of a Einziehspitze 10 of a device for drawing a printing material web in a printing press. The pull-in tip 10 is essentially formed from two flat elements 11 and 12, which are connected to one another in a section 13. The connection of the two sheet-like elements 11, 12 in the section 13 is preferably carried out via an adhesive strip.
  • The planar element 12 is used in particular for gripping the printing material web to be collected, for which purpose the flat element 12 has at one end 14 a pair of cover pieces 15 between which the printing material web to be collected can be detected. The two cover pieces 15 preferably comprise a magnetic film in order to grasp a printing material web to be fed in between the magnetically attracting cover pieces 15. The connection of the cover pieces 15 with the end 14 of the sheet-like element 12 preferably takes place again via an adhesive strip 16.
  • The sheet-like element 11 of the pull-in tip 10 serves to connect the pull-in point 10 to a tension element, preferably designed as a roller chain. For this purpose, one end 18 of the planar element 11 is assigned a cable 18. On the rope 18 engages preferably designed as a chain tension element, z. B. in the known from DE Utility Model 92 15 764.5 way.
  • In the context of the present invention, the planar element 11 of the pull-in tip 10 is made of fluororubber, in particular fluorocarbon polyisocyanate. The rope 18 is formed of at least one steel wire. The cable 18 is firmly connected to the sheet-like element 11 made of fluororubber by vulcanization. By combining the material for the sheet-like element 11 with the special connection between the sheet-like element 11 and the cable 18, a particularly heat-resistant pull-in tip 10 is provided in this section. There is therefore no risk that due to the effect of heat, the connection between the sheet-like element 11 and the rope 18 of the pull-in 10 solves.
  • The sheet-like element 11 of fluororubber wraps around the rope 18 at least in sections, according to Fig. 3 an overlap region 19 of the sheet 11 is formed. In this overlapping area 19, the overlapping portions of the sheet 11 are preferably sewn together by threads 20 of a heat-resistant yarn.

Claims (4)

  1. A threading head of a device for threading a printing material web into a printing machine, namely into a web-fed printing machine, having a cable which is used for the application of a drawing element that is formed in particular as a chain, and having a planar element, with the planar element winding around the cable at least in sections and being connected to the cable, characterised in that the planar element (11) is formed from fluoroelastomer, and in that the cable (18) is fixedly connected to the planar element (11) of fluoroelastomer by being vulcanized in.
  2. A threading head according to claim 1, characterised in that the planar element (11) is formed from fluorohydrocarbon polymerisate.
  3. A threading head according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the cable (18) is formed from at least one steel wire.
  4. A threading head according to one or more of claims 1 to 3, characterised in that an overlapping region (19) of the planar element (11) that is formed by the at least partial winding around the cable (18) is sewn with threads (20) of heat-resistant yarn.
