Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners, wobei einem Gasbrenner über eine Gasleitung (10), der ein Gasventil (11) zugeordnet ist, ein Gasstrom und über eine Verbrennungsluftleitung (12), der ein Gebläse (13) zugeordnet ist, ein Verbrennungsluftstrom zugeführt wird, wobei ein von einem Sensor (16), der einerseits an der Gasleitung (10) und andererseits an der Verbrennungsluftleitung (12) angreift, bereitgestelltes elektrisches bzw. elektronisches Messsignal zur Regelung des Gasbrenners derart verwendet wird, dass im Sinne einer 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung der Gasstrom dem Verbrennungsluftstrom entspricht und somit eine Strömung durch den Sensor (16) in etwa Null beträgt. Erfindungsgemäß sind Baugruppen des Sensors (16) derart ausgelegt sind, dass Messeinrichtungen des Sensors (16) einer Selbstaufheizung unterliegen, und dass zur Überprüfung, ob ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift vorliegt, die Selbstaufheizung der Messeinrichtungen derart ausgenutzt wird, dass bei aktiver Regelung, also bei geöffnetem Gasventil (11) und laufendem Gebläse (13), eine dem Sensor (16) zugeordnete Heizeinrichtung in definierten Zeitabständen für einen definierten Zeitraum ausgeschaltet wird, wobei ein hierbei ermittelter Messwert als neuer Regelpunkt für die 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung verwendet wird, und wobei dann, wenn der für den neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors (16) größer als ein oberer Grenzwert (31) oder kleiner also ein unterer Grenzwert (32) ist, auf eine unzulässige Verschmutzung des Sensors (16) geschlossen wird.

Description

  • Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners nach dem Oberbegriff des Anspruchs 1.
  • Aus der DE 198 24 521 B4 ist ein Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners bekannt, wobei einem Gasbrenner über eine Gasleitung ein Gasstrom und über eine Verbrennungsluftleitung ein Verbrennungsluftstrom zugeführt wird. Der Gasleitung ist ein Gasventil und der Verbrennungsluftleitung ist ein Gebläse zugeordnet, wobei ein Sensor, der ein elektrisches bzw. elektronisches Messsignal liefert, einerseits an der Verbrennungsluftleitung und andererseits an der Gasleitung angreift. Der Gasbrenner wird im Sinne einer 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung derart geregelt, dass der dem Gasbrenner zugeführte Gasstrom in etwa genauso groß ist wie der dem Gasbrenner zugeführte Verbrennungsluftstrom, wobei in diesem Fall der Sensor nicht durchströmt ist, eine Strömung durch den Sensor also in etwa Null beträgt.
  • Der Aufbau des Sensors, der zum Regeln des Gasbrenners verwendet wird, ist aus der DE 100 56 064 A1 bekannt, wobei der Sensor eine zwischen zwei temperaturempfindlichen Messeinrichtungen positionierte Heizeinrichtung aufweist. Bei aktiver Regelung ist die Heizeinrichtung des Sensors eingeschaltet, so dass dann, wenn der Sensor durchströmt ist, abhängig von der Strömungsrichtung eine Messeinrichtung von der Heizeinrichtung stärker aufgeheizt wird als die andere Messeinrichtung. Nach der DE 100 56 064 A1 wird weiterhin vorgeschlagen, zur Ausführung eines Sensor-Sicherheitsschecks bei geschlossenem Gasventil sowie ausgeschaltetem Gebläse die Heizeinrichtung des Sensors auszuschalten, um so den Effekt einer natürlichen Strömung auf den Sensor-Sicherheitsscheck zu eliminieren.
  • Hiervon ausgehend liegt der Erfindung das Problem zu Grunde, ein neuartiges Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners zu schaffen, mit welchem ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift detektierbar ist. Dieses Problem wird durch ein Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners mit den Merkmalen des Anspruchs 1 gelöst. Erfindungsgemäß sind Baugruppen des Sensors derart ausgelegt, dass Messeinrichtungen des Sensors einer Selbstaufheizung unterliegen, und dass zur Überprüfung, ob ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift vorliegt, die Selbstaufheizung der Messeinrichtungen derart ausgenutzt wird, dass bei aktiver Regelung, also bei geöffnetem Gasventil und laufendem Gebläse, eine dem Sensor zugeordnete Heizeinrichtung in definierten Zeitabständen für einen definierten Zeitraum ausgeschaltet wird, wobei ein hierbei ermittelter Messwert als neuer Regelpunkt für die 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung verwendet wird, und wobei dann, wenn der für den neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors größer als ein oberer Grenzwert oder kleiner also ein unterer Grenzwert ist, auf eine unzulässige Verschmutzung des Sensors geschlossen wird.
  • Mit dem erfindungsgemäßen Verfahren kann ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift sicher detektiert werden.
  • Bevorzugte Weiterbildungen der Erfindung ergeben sich aus den Unteransprüchen und der nachfolgenden Beschreibung. Nachfolgend wird ein Ausführungsbeispiel der Erfindung, ohne hierauf beschränkt zu sein, anhand der Zeichnung näher erläutert. In der Zeichnung zeigt:

  • Die hier vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Regelung eines Gasbrenners, wobei dem zu regelnden Gasbrenner ein Gas/Luft-Gemisch zugeführt wird. Zur Bereitstellung des dem Gasbrenner zuzuführenden Gas/Luft-Gemisches ist dem Gasbrenner über eine Gasleitung 10 ein Gasstrom zuführbar, wobei in die Gasleitung 10 mindestens ein Gasventil 11 integriert ist. Die Gasleitung 10 mündet in eine Verbrennungsluftleitung 12, über die dem Gasbrenner ein Verbrennungsluftstrom zugeführt wird. Der Verbrennungsluftleitung 12 ist ein Gebläse 13 zugeordnet. Die Drehzahl des Gebläses 13 bestimmt den Verbrennungsluftstrom. Innerhalb der Verbrennungsluftleitung 12 ist eine Drosselstelle 14 angeordnet, wobei die Gasleitung 10 stromabwärts der Drosselstelle 14 in die Verbrennungsluftleitung 12 mündet. Eine Gasdüse 15 schließt die Gasleitung 10 im Bereich der Verbrennungsluftleitung 12 ab. In Strömungsrichtung hinter der Gasdüse 15 liegt demzufolge ein Gas/Luft-Gemisch vor.
  • Zur Bereitstellung einer 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung dient ein Sensor 16, der mit einem Messpunkt 17 an der Gasleitung und mit einem weiteren Messpunkt 18 an der Verbrennungsluftleitung angreift. Der Sensor 16 ist als Durchflussmesser bzw. Anemometer ausgebildet und abhängig von den Strömungsverhältnissen bzw. Druckverhältnissen in der Gasleitung 10 sowie Verbrennungsluftleitung 12 durchströmt. Der detaillierte Aufbau des Sensors 16 ergibt sich aus Fig. 2.
  • Der Sensor 16 erzeugt abhängig von dessen Durchströmung ein elektrisches bzw. elektronisches Messsignal 19, welches einem Regelgerät 20 zugeführt wird. Das Regelgerät 20 vergleicht den vom Sensor bereitgestellten Istwert mit einem Sollwert, wobei abhängig hiervon ein Stellsignal 21 für einen dem Gasventil 11 zugeordneten Stellantrieb 22 erzeugt wird. Bei einer 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung wird das Gasventil 11 über den Stellantrieb 22 derart geöffnet, dass der Gasstrom dem Verbrennungsluftstrom entspricht, dass also durch den Sensor 16 keine Strömung fließt.
  • Der Sensor 16 verfügt gemäß Fig. 2 über eine Heizeinrichtung 23, die zwischen zwei temperaturempfindlichen Messeinrichtung 24, 25 angeordnet ist. Die beiden temperaturempfindlichen Messeinrichtungen 24, 25 sind vorzugsweise als PTC-Elemente ausgeführt, wobei die Messeinrichtungen 24 und 25 über Widerstandselemente 27 und 28 an eine Spannungsversorgung angekoppelt sind. Die von den temperaturempfindlichen Messeinrichtungen 24 und 25 bereitgestellten Signale werden einem Verstärker 26 zugeführt, wobei der Verstärker 26 letztendlich das elektrische bzw. elektronische Messsignal 19 des Sensors 16 bereitstellt. Abhängig von der Durchströmungsrichtung des Sensors 16 wird bei eingeschalteter Heizeinrichtung 23 entweder die Messeinrichtung 24 oder die Messeinrichtung 25 stärker erwärmt.
  • Die Baugruppen 24, 25, 27 und 28 des Sensors 16 sind derart ausgelegt, dass die Messeinrichtungen 24 und 25 des Sensors 16 einer Selbstaufheizung unterliegen. Zur Überprüfung, ob ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift des Sensors 16 vorliegt, wird die Selbstaufheizung der Messeinrichtungen 24 und 25 derart ausgenutzt, dass bei aktiver Regelung, also bei geöffnetem Gasventil 11 und laufendem Gebläse 13, die dem Sensor 16 zugeordnete Heizeinrichtung 23 in definierten Zeitabständen für einen definierten Zeitraum ausgeschaltet wird. Ein hierbei ermittelter Messwert wird als neuer Regelpunkt für 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung verwendet, wobei dann, wenn der im neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors 16 größer als ein oberer Grenzwert oder kleiner als ein unterer Grenzwert ist, auf eine unzulässige Verschmutzung des Sensors 16 geschlossen wird.
  • Fig. 3 und 4 verdeutlichen das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren. So zeigen Fig. 3, 4 jeweils ein Diagramm, in welcher auf der horizontal verlaufenden Achse der Durchfluss Φ durch den Sensor 16 und auf der vertikal verlaufenden Achse das Messsignal U des Sensors 16 aufgetragen ist. Das Messsignal U entspricht dem Messsignal 19.
  • Eine Kurve 29 bzw. 29' zeigt das Messsignal U des Sensors 16 in Abhängigkeit vom Durchfluss Φ bei ausgeschalteter Heizeinrichtung 23 des Sensors 16. Eine Kurve 30 bzw. 30' zeigt hingegen das Messsignal U des Sensors 16 in Abhängigkeit vom Durchfluss Φ bei eingeschalteter Heizeinrichtung 23. Die beiden Kurven 29 und 30 der Fig. 3 entsprechen dem Verhalten eines neuen bzw. neuwertigen Sensors 16. Die beiden Kurven 29' und 30' der Fig. 4 entsprechen dem Verhalten eines älteren, verschmutzen Sensors 16.
  • Einem Vergleich der Diagramme gemäß Fig. 3 und 4 kann entnommen werden, dass sich in Folge einer Verschmutzung des Sensors 16 ausschließlich das Verhalten bei eingeschalteter Heizeinrichtung 23 des Sensors 16 ändert. So weicht die Kurve 30' von der Kurve 30 ab, die Kurve 29' entspricht hingegen der Kurve 29, woraus folgt, dass eine Verschmutzung des Sensors 16 bei ausgeschalteter Heizeinrichtung 23 keinen Einfluss auf dessen Messsignal zeigt.
  • Wie bereits ausgeführt, wird dann, wenn in definierten Zeitabständen für einen definierten Zeitraum bei aktiver Regelung die Heizeinrichtung 23 des Sensors 16 ausgeschaltet wird, ein hierbei ermittelter Messwert als neuer Regelpunkt für die 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung verwendet, wobei hierdurch ein konvergierender Prozess zu einem neuen Regelpunkt für die Regelung des Gasbrenners führt. Fig. 3 zeigt den Regelpunkt CP für einen neuen bzw. neuwertigen sowie nicht verschmutzen Sensor. Fig. 4 zeigt hingegen den sich durch den konvergierenden Prozess ausbildenden Regelpunkt CP' bei einem gealterten, verschmutzten Sensor. Die Regelpunkte CP bzw. CP' liegen jeweils im Kreuzungspunkt bzw. Schnittpunkt der Kurven 29 und 30 bzw. der Kurven 29' und 30'.
  • Wie ebenfalls bereits ausgeführt, wird dann, wenn der im neuen Regelpunkt CP' vorliegende Messwert des Sensors 16 größer als ein oberer Grenzwert 31 oder kleiner als ein unterer Grenzwert 32 ist, auf eine unzulässige Verschmutzung des Sensors geschlossen, wobei dann der Gasbrenner vorzugsweise deaktiviert wird und/oder eine Warnmeldung erzeugt wird, um eine Wartung des Gasbrenners bzw. Sensors 16 zu veranlassen.
  • Dann, wenn der im neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors zwischen den beiden Grenzwerten 31 und 32 liegt, ist die Verschmutzung des Sensors noch zulässig, so dass noch ein ordnungsgemäßer Betrieb bzw. eine ordnungsgemäße Regelung des Gasbrenners möglich ist.

Verfahren zum Regeln eines Gasbrenners, wobei einem Gasbrenner über eine Gasleitung (10), der ein Gasventil (11) zugeordnet ist, ein Gasstrom und über eine Verbrennungsluftleitung (12), der ein Gebläse (13) zugeordnet ist, ein Verbrennungsluftstrom zugeführt wird, wobei ein von einem Sensor (16), der einerseits an der Gasleitung (10) und andererseits an der Verbrennungsluftleitung (12) angreift, bereitgestelltes elektrisches bzw. elektronisches Messsignal zur Regelung des Gasbrenners derart verwendet wird, dass im Sinne einer -1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung der Gasstrom dem Verbrennungsluftstrom entspricht und somit eine Strömung durch den Sensor (16) in etwa Null beträgt, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass Baugruppen (24, 25, 27, 28) des Sensors (16) derart ausgelegt sind, dass Messeinrichtungen (24, 25) des Sensors (16) einer Selbstaufheizung unterliegen, und dass zur Überprüfung, ob ein verschmutzungsbedingter Sensordrift vorliegt, die Selbstaufheizung der Messeinrichtungen (24, 25) derart ausgenutzt wird, dass bei aktiver Regelung, also bei geöffnetem Gasventil (11) und laufendem Gebläse (13), eine dem Sensor (16) zugeordnete Heizeinrichtung (23) in definierten Zeitabständen für einen definierten Zeitraum ausgeschaltet wird, wobei ein hierbei ermittelter Messwert als neuer Regelpunkt für die 1:1-Gas/Luft-Regelung verwendet wird, und wobei dann, wenn der für den neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors (16) größer als ein oberer Grenzwert (31) oder kleiner also ein unterer Grenzwert (32) ist, auf eine unzulässige Verschmutzung des Sensors (16) geschlossen wird.
  2. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn der für den neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors (16) größer als der obere Grenzwert (31) oder kleiner also der untere Grenzwert (32) ist, der Gasbrenner deaktiviert wird.
  3. Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dann, wenn der für den neuen Regelpunkt vorliegende Messwert des Sensors (16) größer als der obere Grenzwert (31) oder kleiner also der untere Grenzwert (32) ist, eine Warnmeldung erzeugt wird.
