Claims (15)

  1. Vorrichtung zur Speicherung von Garnen, im Wesentlichen gebildet durch eine Rutsche (13) zur Aufnahme und zur Führung einer Faser, die gebildet ist durch eine Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) und durch einen parallel zur Längsachse der Rutsche (13) geführten Wagen (14) zur Aufnahme einer Gam-Spirale, versehen mit einer Drehspannvorrichtung (15) und sich abstützend auf dem Ende der Faser auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der parallel zur Längsachse der Rutsche (13) geführte Wagen (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale versehen ist mit einem Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle seiner Bewegung und der Stütze an dem Ende der Faser auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme der Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite durch ein Zugmittel gebildet ist, das auf den Wagen (14) zur Aufnahme der Garn-Spirale auf dessen der Garnaufnahmevornchtung (10) zugewandten Seite wirkt.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme der Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite durch ein Zugkabel (17) gebildet ist, das auf einem Paar von Flaschenzug-Blöcken (18, 18') angebracht ist, von denen der bewegliche Flaschenzug-Block (18') mit einer Vorrichtung (19) zum translatorischen Antrieb verbunden ist.
  4. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Antriebsvorrichtung (19) durch einen Zugzylinder gebildet ist, der auf den beweglichen Flaschenzug-Block (18') mittels einer Umlenkrolle (19') wirkt, die auf seiner Kolbenstange befestigt ist und mit einem Kabel (20) zusammenwirkt, das mit einem Ende an dem beweglichen Flaschenzug-Block (18') und mit seinem anderen Ende an einem vorgesehenen festen Punkt auf dem Unterbau der Rutsche (13) hängt.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Antriebsvorrichtung (19) bildende Zylinder mittels eines Zustell-Automatismus abhängig von Daten bezüglich einer maximal zulässigen Spannung auf das Ende der in der Rutsche (13) geführten Faser gesteuert wird, wobei ein Signal zum Ausgleich der korrespondierenden Spannung in dem Zylinder eine proportionale Bewegung der Kolbenstange und folglich der Umlenkrolle (19') ermöglicht.
  6. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 und 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der die Antriebsvorrichtung (19) bildende Zylinder ersetzt ist durch einen auf die Umlenkrolle (19) wirkenden Ballast, durch einen Getriebemotor, durch eine Linearwinde oder durch eine magnetische Kupplung.
  7. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser an der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite durch ein Kabel (21) gebildet ist, das auf den Wagen (14) zur Aufnahme der Garn-Spirale auf seiner der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) zugewandten Seite wirkt, wobei dieses Kabel (21) mit einem Ballast (22) verbunden ist.
  8. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ballast (22) auf einer Schräge geführt ist, von der die Steigung mittels eines gesteuerten Zylinders stufenlos variiert werden kann.
  9. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser auf der der Gamaumahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite gebildet ist durch einen Linearzylinder mit magnetischer Kupplung (23), der mit dem Wagen (14) verbunden ist und mittels einer mit einem nicht dargestellten Kontroll- und Steuerautomat verbundenen pneumatischen Steuervorrichtung (24) unter Beachtung der auf das Ende der Faser durch den Wagen (14) ausgeübten Stützkraft gesteuert wird.
  10. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser, auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite, gebildet ist durch eine Getriebemotor-Transportvorrichtung (25), die auf eine Kette, ein Kabel, einen Zahnriemen oder anderes (26) wirkt, von denen die Enden mit dem Wagen (14) verbunden sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite gebildet ist durch eine Schraubenwinde (27), von der die Mutter (28) mit dem Wagen (14) verbunden ist und von der die Schraube (27') durch einen Motor (29), der mittels eines Servo-Reglers (30) gesteuert ist, angetrieben wird.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Servo-Regler (30) mit einer Steuervorrichtung (31) verbunden ist, welche die Informationen von einem mit dem Servomotor (29) verbundenen Mittel zur Kontrolle des Drehmoments (32) und die Ausgangsdaten eines Kontroll- und Steuerautomatismus berücksichtigt.
  13. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme von einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser, auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite, gebildet ist durch eine Schraubenwinde, von der die Mutter angetrieben wird durch einen Motor, der verbunden ist mit dem Wagen und gesteuert wird mittels eines Servo-Reglers und von der die Schraube mit dem Rahmen der Rutsche (13) verbunden ist.

Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Schraubenwinde (27) durch eine Rad-Zahngestänge-Zusammenstellung ersetzt wird, von der das Zahngestänge auf dem Rahmen der Rutsche (13) befestigt ist und von der das Rad, das mit dem Zahngestänge in Eingriff steht, angetrieben ist durch einen an dem Wagen (14) befestigten Motor oder einer Getriebemotor-Zusammenstellung.
  15. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Mittel (16) zur Kontrolle der Bewegung und der Stütze des Wagens (14) zur Aufnahme einer Garn-Spirale an dem Ende der Faser, auf der der Garnaufnahmevorrichtung (10) entgegengesetzten Seite, gebildet ist durch eine Getriebemotor-Zusammenstellung (33), die auf dem Wagen (14) befestigt ist und mit einem Kabel (34), einer Kette oder einem Riemen zusammenwirkt, die an ihren zwei Enden auf dem Stützrahmen der Rutsche (13) befestigt sind.
