  • The invention relates to a bath-mat according to the preamble of claim1. This new type practical product in particular is for the use in bath.
    • Background of the Invention
  • The products of bath-mat series made of PVC and rubber& silicon rubber materials, and sold at current domestic and international markets, have the defects that, during bathing, the liquids as dews and creams for bath use will disable the anti-slip function of the mats, which caused people in bathing apt to slip.
    • Summary of the Invention
  • This new-type practical product is to solve the technical defects of the products mentioned above to provide bath-mat with simple structure, easy for production, and of anti-slip and safe type.

  • Comparing to the existing techniques, this new type practical product has the following advantages: By adopting the design of three layers including printing layer, soft fabric layer, and absorbing layer, the product is with unique structure, and there are color stripes for anti-slip use at the printing layer. The mentioned soft fabric layer 4 is made of PVC film or terylene fabric or cotton-polyester, and locates between printing layer 3 and absorbing layer 5, mainly for improving softness and comfort of the mat.   • The manufacturing method of this new-type practical product is easy for implementation; cut the color printed PVC film and all the necessary fabrics into the forms of square, rectangle, ellipse, or roundness etc., and then put them into the injection molding machine for molding into product.

  1. A bath-mat including mat body (1) containing an absorbing structure(2), characterized in that the mentioned mat body (1) includes a printing layer (3), under which closely connected is the soft fabric layer (4), and then below is the absorbing layer (5); the mentioned absorbing structure (2) is above the absorbing layer (5).
  2. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned printing layer (3) is designed with color anti-slip printed stripes or PVC anti-slip stripes.
  3. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned soft fabric layer (4) is made of PVC film or terylene fabric or cotton-polyester.
  4. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that on the mentioned absorbing layer (5) is the absorbing structure (2) made of 100% PVC.
  5. A bath-mat according to claim 1, characterized in that the mentioned bath-mat is with the form of square, rectangle, ellipse, roundness, or their combinations.
