Das Besondere der Erfindung ist, dass pro Stützrollen-Segment 1 am Segmentrahmen 1 a nur ein Wechselradpaar 6 vorgesehen ist und dass das letzte, unterste Glied 5b der Segmentwechselkette 5 mit einem Paar dem Bogen 2a der Schienenführung 3 im Abstand angepasste Führungsräder 7 versehen ist. Dadurch kommt eine besonders günstige Abstützung des einige Tonnen schweren Stützrollen-Segmentes 1 zustande. Einerseits stützt sich das Stützrollen-Segment 1 in die Schienen 3a und 3b und andererseits übernehmen die Räder des letzten, untersten Segmentwechsel-Kettengliedes 5b den andere, statisch bestimmten Lastanteil. Dieser Lastanteil wird jedoch auf die Führungsräder 7 und die Räder des letzten, untersten Segmentwechsel-Kettengliedes 5b aufgeteilt. Die Anpassung der Auflagerkräfte erfolgt nach Erfahrungswerten, wie bspw. derart, dass das Wechselradpaar 6 im unteren Bereich des Segmentrahmens 1a, jedoch ca. 100 - 120 mm höher gegenüber der üblichen (bekannten) Ausführung angeordnet ist. Das andere Ende der Abstützung in Transportrichtung des Stützrollen-Segmentes 1 wird derart ausgeführt, dass der Achsabstand 8 des Führungsrad-Paares 7 zum letzten, untersten Glied 5b der Segmentwechselkette 5 wesentlich geringer eingestellt wird als der Achsabstand 9 zwischen zwei anderen Segmentwechselketten-Gliedern 5a. Als Erfahrungswert kann je nach der Wechselschienengeometrie 10 der Gleisführung 3 (unterschiedliche Krümmungen des Bogens 2a) der Achsabstand 8 zwischen dem letzten untersten Glied 5b der Segmentwechselkette 5 und den Führungsrad-Paar 7 ca. 50% der jeweiligen Achsabstände 9 der übrigen Segmentwechsel-Kettenglieder 5a untereinander betragen.The special feature of the invention is that per

Claims (3)
- Equipment for changing a support roller segment (1) of a strip guide (2) of a curved continuous casting machine for liquid metals, particularly for liquid steel materials, with a track guide (3), which forms the change path from the operating location of the respective support roller segment (1) in the strip guide (2) by way of a curve (2a) to the strip casting stage and in the paired rails (3a, 3b) of which the support roller segments (1) are individually demounted hanging at a segment change chain (5), which is withdrawable or lowerable by crane (4), and on change wheels (6), which are rotatably mounted at the support roller segments (1), or reinstalled after maintenance, wherein a respective wheel pair is associated with each of the links (5a) of the segment change chain (5); and wherein only one change wheel pair (6) is arranged at the segment frame (1a) per support roller segment (1); characterised in that the last, lowermost link (5b) of the segment change chain (5) is provided near the wheel pair, which is associated therewith, with a guide wheel pair (7); and that the axial spacing (8) between the wheel pair and the guide wheel pair (7) in the case of the last link (5b) of the segment change chain (5) is matched to the curve (2a) of the track guide (3).
- Equipment according to claim 1, characterised in that the axial spacing (8) between the wheel pair and the guide wheel pair (7) in the case of the last link (5b) of the segment change chain (5) is smaller than the axial spacing (9) between two other segment change chain links (5a).
- Equipment according to claim 2, characterised in that the axial spacing (8) between the wheel pair and the guide wheel pair (7) in the case of the last link (5b) of the segment change chain (5) is approximately 50% of the respective axial spacings (9) between two other segment change chain links (5a) with respect to one another.
