Jedem Stützrollen-Segment 1 ist ein Bogen 2a einer Schienenführung zugeordnet. Im weiteren Verlauf führt der Bogen 2a als Wechselweg senkrecht vom Betriebsort des jeweiligen Stützrollen-Segmentes bis zur Stranggießbühne und ist als Gleisführung 3 mit beabstandeten Schienen 3a und 3b (Fig. 2) ausgebildet. In der jeweiligen Gleisführung 3 hängt das jeweilige Stützrollen-Segment 1 am Kran 4 mittels einer Segmentwechselkette 5. Das Stützrollen-Segment 1 selbst ist bisher mittels zwei solcher Wechselradpaaren 6 in den Schienen 3a und 3b geführt. Da die Erfindung auf das bisherige obere Wechselradpaar u.a. zur Gewichtseinsparung verzichtet, ist gemäß Fig. 1 am Segmentrahmen 1 a nur noch ein Wechselradpaar 6 vorhanden. Ein Stützrollen-Segment 1 wird also zum Ausbau oder Einbau mittels der Segmentwechselkette 5 am Kran 4 hängend vor- oder rückwärts bewegt.From a strand guide 2 is in Fig. 1 an already in the expansion or. Einerseits stützt sich das Stützrollen-Segment 1 in die Schienen 3a und 3b und andererseits übernehmen die Räder des letzten, untersten Segmentwechsel-Kettengliedes 5b den andere, statisch bestimmten Lastanteil. Dieser Lastanteil wird jedoch auf die Führungsräder 7 und die Räder des letzten, untersten Segmentwechsel-Kettengliedes 5b aufgeteilt. Die Anpassung der Auflagerkräfte erfolgt nach Erfahrungswerten, wie bspw. derart, dass das Wechselradpaar 6 im unteren Bereich des Segmentrahmens 1a, jedoch ca. 100 - 120 mm höher gegenüber der üblichen (bekannten) Ausführung angeordnet ist. Das andere Ende der Abstützung in Transportrichtung des Stützrollen-Segmentes 1 wird derart ausgeführt, dass der Achsabstand 8 des Führungsrad-Paares 7 zum letzten, untersten Glied 5b der Segmentwechselkette 5 wesentlich geringer eingestellt wird als der Achsabstand 9 zwischen zwei anderen Segmentwechselketten-Gliedern 5a. Claims (3)

  1.
