Abstract

L'invention concerne un système comportant un capteur et un dispositif de traitement. Le capteur mesure les données correspondant à des modes de respiration d'un patient. Le dispositif de traitement analyse les modes de respiration afin de déterminer si ces modes sont indicateurs d'un état de sommeil à mouvements oculaires rapides. Dans un autre mode de réalisation, le dispositif de traitement analyse les modes de respiration afin de déterminer ci ceux-ci sont indicateurs d'un des états suivants: (i) un état de veille et (ii) un état de sommeil. Dans un autre mode de réalisation encore, un réseau neuronal analyse les données afin de déterminer si les modes de respiration sont indicateurs d'un ou plusieurs des états suivants: (i) un état de sommeil à mouvements oculaires rapides, (ii) un état de veille et (iii) un état de sommeil. Dans un autre mode de réalisation encore, le dispositif de traitement analyse les données afin de déterminer si le mode de respiration est indicateur d'un réveil.
