Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif pour envelopper dans du film (5) des lots (G1) constitués de plusieurs produits (P) assemblés, comprenant
    a) un tapis de transport (6) sans fin entraîné en circulation dans la direction de transport (T), sur lequel les lots (Gi) peuvent être déposés,
    b) un film (5) alimenté au-dessus du tapis de transport (6)
    c) un premier étrier (7a) circulant à la vitesse vT du tapis de transport (6) devant un premier lot (G1) déposé, auquel le premier lot (G1) est adjacent,
    d) au moins un deuxième étrier (7b) circulant à la vitesse vT du tapis de transport (6) devant un deuxième lot (G2) déposé, et auquel un deuxième lot (G2) est adjacent,
    e) au moins un troisième étrier (8a, 8b) agencé en-dessous du film (5) alimenté, entraîné à plus grande vitesse que le tapis de transport (6), et qui contourne le tapis de transport (6) sur une trajectoire courbe (B2) et, sur sa trajectoire courbe (B2) au-dessus du tapis de transport (6), tire le film (5) autour du lot au premier étrier (7a),
    caractérisé en ce que
    f) le premier et le deuxième étrier (7a, 7b) contournent le tapis de transport (6) sur une trajectoire courbe (B1),

  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'il est prévu un servomoteur (18) respectif pour entraîner chacun des premier et deuxième étriers (7a, 7b).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'au moins un troisième étrier (8a, 8b) est entraînable par un servomoteur (17).
  4. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier et le deuxième étrier (7a, 7b) est fixé à deux moyens de traction (15, 16 ; 17, 18) passant des deux côtés à proximité du tapis de transport (6).
  5. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé par un dispositif de découpe de film (9) agencé devant le tapis de transport (6) relativement à la direction de transport (T).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de découpe de film (9) est agencé dans un plan en-dessous du tapis de transport (6).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une ou plusieurs des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film (5) est alimentable d'un rouleau (4).
  8. Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le rouleau (4) est supporté dans un plan en-dessous du tapis de transport (6).
  9. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que les moyens de traction (14, 15 ; 16, 17) sont des chaînes.
  10. Procédé pour envelopper dans un film (5) des lots (Gi) constitués de plusieurs produits (P) assemblés, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    a) entraînement à la vitesse de transport vT par rapport à la direction de transport (T), d'un premier étrier (7a) le long d'une première trajectoire courbe (B1) qui passe autour d'un tapis de transport (6) entraîné à la vitesse de transport vT dans une direction de transport (T),
    b) entraînement d'un deuxième étrier (7b) le long de la première trajectoire courbe (B1),
    c) entraînement à une vitesse v2 qui est supérieure à la vitesse de transport vT, d'au moins un troisième étrier (8a, 8b) le long d'une deuxième trajectoire courbe (B2), différente de la première trajectoire courbe (B1) et passant autour du tapis de transport (6) entraîné,
    d) application d'une bande de film (5) sur la région avant du tapis de transport (6) devant le premier étrier (7a), et transport de la bande de film (5) à la vitesse de transport vT,
    e) dépôt d'un premier lot (G1) sur la bande de film (5) transportée avec le tapis de transport (6) à la vitesse de transport vT, de façon que le lot (G1) soit adjacent au premier étrier (7a),
    f) soulèvement de la bande de film (5) depuis le tapis de transport (6) au moyen du troisième étrier (8a), par-dessus le lot (G1),
    g) passage au-dessus du lot (G1) par l'au moins un troisième étrier (8a) avec la bande de film (5) soulevée,
    h) accélération du premier étrier (7a) à l'extrémité du tapis de transport (6),
    i) descente du premier étrier (7a) derrière le tapis de transport (6),
    j) descente de la bande de film (5) sur le tapis de transport (6) au moyen du troisième étrier (8a), derrière le premier lot (G1) à l'extrémité du tapis de transport (6),
    k) descente de l'au moins un troisième étrier (8a) derrière le tapis de transport (6),
    l) retour des deux étriers (7a, 8) en-dessous du tapis de transport (6) sur leurs trajectoire courbes (B1, B2),
    m) freinage du premier étrier (7a) jusqu'à la vitesse de transport vT.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que l'on sectionne la bande de film (5) après qu'elle est soulevée au moyen de l'au moins un troisième étrier (8a, 8b).
