Description
- The invention relates to a motor vehicle with a driver's door, a passenger door and two rear doors and a door lock for the door of a motor vehicle.
- Motor vehicles may be equipped with an electric lock and an additional electric anti-theft device. The doors of such vehicles include door locks, each with two electric drives. See for example
EP-A2-1288410 .DE-A1-3640796 orDE-A1-19706393 , - If the vehicle is unlocked, all doors can be opened both from the inside and from the outside. If the motor vehicle is put into its locking mode, one of the electric drives locks the door from the outside. The door can then no longer be opened from the outside, but still from the inside. If the motor vehicle is put into its theft mode, then the other electric drive deactivates the entire door lock, so that the door can not be opened either from the inside or from the outside.
- Motor vehicles also usually have a child safety device, so that when activated, the rear doors can never be opened from the inside. Common child restraints are mechanically operated by disabling the functions of the inside door handles by means of levers in the back doors. If the vehicle includes an electric child safety lock, the functionality of the child safety lock is realized with an additional electric drive per rear door.
- The object of the present invention is to provide conditions for a motor vehicle with an electric child safety lock, so that as few electric drives are used to lock the doors.
- The object of the invention is achieved by a door lock for a door of a motor vehicle, comprising
a locking mechanism with a fork-trap to be arranged on the door and a door frame of the motor vehicle to be arranged on a pawl, with which the door is closed in the installed state of the door lock, an inner opening device, with the in the installed state of the door lock on the inside of the Door arranged mechanical inner actuator coupled to the fork bolt in a first operating state and decoupled in a second operating state, so that the locking mechanism can be opened with the inner actuator in the first operating state and can not be opened in the second operating state, an outer opening device, with the installed state the door lock is coupled to the outside of the door arranged mechanical outer actuating device with the fork bolt in a first operating state and decoupled in a second operating state, so that the locking mechanism with the äu Eren actuator in the first operating state is opened and can not be opened in the second operating state, one of the inner opening device associated first electric drive, with which the inner opening device is switchable between its two operating states regardless of the operating state of the outer opening device, and one of the outer opening device associated second electrical Drive, with which the outer opening device between its two operating states, regardless of the operating state of the inner opening device is switchable. - The basic idea of the door lock according to the invention is the inner opening device from the outer opening device decouple. This makes it possible to control the two electric drives in such a way that a vehicle door in which the door lock according to the invention is installed can be operated, for example, in the following operating states:
- The two electric drives can be controlled in such a way that the two opening devices are in their first operating states. Then the door can be opened both inside and outside, so the door is completely unlocked.
- The two electric drives can be controlled in such a way that the inner opening device is in its first operating state and the outer opening device is in its second operating state. Then the door can only be opened from the inside, but is locked from the outside. This corresponds to the lock mode.
- The two electric drives can be controlled in such a way that the two opening devices are in their second operating states. Then the door is locked both inside and outside and can not be opened either inside or outside. Such an operating condition corresponds to the theft protection.
- The two electric drives can be controlled in such a way that the inner opening device is in its second operating state and the outer opening device is in its first operating state. Then the door can only be opened from the outside, but is locked from the inside. Thus, a child safety can be realized.
- If the inner opening device has an inner lever chain and / or the outer opening device has an outer lever chain, as is provided according to a variant of the door lock according to the invention, then the first electric drive or the second electric drive can be activated in such a way in that, for the respective second operating state, the corresponding electric drive interrupts a connection of the respective lever chain between the corresponding actuating device and the fork catch.
- An internal actuator is e.g. an inner door handle arranged on the inside of the door and an outer actuating device is, for example, an outside door handle arranged on the outside of the door.
- The object of the invention is also achieved by a motor vehicle having a driver's door, a passenger door and two rear doors, wherein each of the doors has an inner opening device for opening the corresponding door from the interior of the motor vehicle with an associated electric drive and an outer opening device for opening the corresponding door from outside the motor vehicle having an associated electric drive and the electric drives are each provided to lock and unlock their associated opening device, and the motor vehicle is arranged such that it by means of the electric drives
- is operable in a first mode in which the inner and outer opening devices are unlocked,
- is operable in a second mode in which the inner opening devices are unlocked and the outer opening devices are locked, and
- is operable in a third mode in which the inner and outer opening devices are locked,
- The basic idea of the invention is, in a motor vehicle with an electric anti-theft device, the electric drives which associated with the internal opening devices of the rear doors, not only for theft prevention, but also for the child safety device to use. This is achieved by the motor vehicle according to the invention is designed such that in the child safety mode the electric drives associated with the inner opening devices of the rear doors always lock the inner opening devices of the rear doors, regardless of whether the motor vehicle is in its first mode, second mode or third mode , The second mode corresponds to the lock mode and the third mode corresponds to the theft mode. The inventive control of the internal opening devices associated electrical drives can be dispensed with additional electrical drives for child safety in the back doors.
- The parental control mode may be activated or deactivated with a suitable actuator, such as a switch or button. The switching device is preferably located in the region of the driver's seat of the motor vehicle. Include the rear doors of the motor vehicle according to the invention in the respective rear doors activatable electric windows, which are deactivated by means of a switching device in the driver's seat, it is activated according to a preferred embodiment of the motor vehicle according to the invention with deactivation of the windows by means of the switching device of the parental lock mode.
- If the motor vehicle according to the invention comprises a wireless remote control, with which the motor vehicle can be brought into its first, second and third modes, the remote control according to a variant of the motor vehicle according to the invention can additionally be configured such that the child safety mode can be activated and / or deactivated with it ,
- An embodiment of a motor vehicle according to the invention is shown by way of example in the schematic drawings. Show it:

- The
FIG. 1 shows a passenger car with a driver's door 1, a passenger door 2, a first back door 3 and a in theFIG. 1 not shown second backdoor. Each of the doors 1 to 3 has an outside door handle and a door inside handle. With the outside door handle the corresponding door can be opened from the outside and with the inside door handle the corresponding door can be opened from the inside. In theFIG. 1 only the outside door handles 4 and 5 of the driver's door 1 and the first rear door 3 and the door inner handle 6 of the passenger door 2 are shown. - Each of the doors 1 to 3 and the second rear door, not shown, comprises a door lock, which is coupled to the corresponding door handles 6 and door outer handles 4 and 5 respectively. Of the door locks in the case of the present embodiment, the door lock 7 of the back door 3 in
FIGS. 2 to 5 shown. The door locks of the remaining three doors are executed substantially identical to the door lock 7 of the back door 3. - In the case of the present embodiment, the four doors of the passenger car can by means of a in the
FIG. 6 shown key 8 wirelessly locked and unlocked. For this purpose, the key 8 comprises a transmitting device 9, which is generally known to the person skilled in the art, and which has one under the dashboard 16 of the passenger car PKW arranged control device 10 of the passenger car Passenger can communicate in a well-known manner. - The key 8 in the case of the present embodiment further comprises three keys 11, 12 and 13, which are connected to the transmitting device 9 in a manner not shown. With the key 8, an operator, not shown in detail in the figures, can lock and unlock the passenger car. Further, in the case of the present embodiment, the operator with the key 8 can activate and deactivate an anti-theft device and a child safety device.
- In the basic state of the passenger car car is unlocked, ie all four doors can be opened both with their outside door handles as well as their door handles. The ground state of the door lock 7 is in the
Figures 2 and3 illustrated. - The door lock 7 comprises in the case of the present embodiment, two electric actuators 14 and 15 which are electrically connected to the control device 10 in a manner not shown. The control device 10 is also electrically connected to electric actuators of the remaining door locks. In the case of the present embodiment, the servo motor 14 is provided to the back door 3 from the outside and the servo motor 15 is provided to lock the back door 3 from the inside.
- In the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the door lock 7 comprises an actuating lever 17, which is coupled with the outside door handle 5 of the rear door 3 with a lever (not illustrated in the figures). The actuating lever 17 comprises a slot 18, via which the actuating lever 17 is displaceably mounted in the direction of the arrow A by means of a pin 19.
- Press the operator, not shown in the figures, the outside door handle 5 of the back door 3 to open it from the outside, Thus, the operating lever 17 is pressed via the coupled with the outer door handle 5 lever in the direction of arrow A. The actuating lever 17 presses against a rotatably mounted at a pivot point 20 trigger lever 21 of the door lock 7, whereby it is rotated at one end in the direction of arrow A and at its other end in the direction of arrow C. The release lever 21 is in turn in operative connection with a blocking mechanism of the door lock 7, which is not shown in the figures, but which is generally known to the person skilled in the art, via a transfer point 22. The blocking mechanism comprises in a generally known manner a fixed to the rear door 3 and not shown, the fork trap, which cooperates with an attached to the rear door 3 door frame of the passenger car cars and also not shown striker of the barrier. By the movement of the operating lever 17 in the direction of arrow A, the trigger lever 21 is pivoted with respect to its pivot point 20, directs a force on the transfer point 22, whereby the locking mechanism of the door lock 7, the back door 3 is free, so that it can be opened.
- The door lock 7 further comprises in the case of the present embodiment, a in the
FIG. 3 illustrated L-shaped inner actuating lever 23 which is rotatably supported by means of a pivot point 24. The Innbetätigungshebel 23 is at one end by means of a in theFIG. 3 only partially shown levers H coupled to the inner door handle of the back door 3. Actuates the operator not shown in the figures, the inner door handle of the back door 3 to open them from the inside, the inner operating lever 23 is pulled over the lever H in the direction of arrow B, whereupon this is rotated relative to the pivot point 24 so that the Lever H remote end of the inner operating lever 23 in the direction of arrow C is pressed. - By the movement of the L-shaped inner actuating lever 23 in the direction of arrow C, this pushes a displaceably mounted angle section 25 of the door lock 7 also in the direction of arrow C.
- The angle section 25 has a mandrel 26 on which a link plate 27 is rotatably mounted with an L-shaped slot 27. Furthermore, in the case of the present embodiment, the door lock 7 comprises a displaceably mounted connecting lever 29 with a transmission mandrel 30. The transmission mandrel 30 runs in the L-shaped slot 28 of the link plate 27. The connecting lever 29 is further coupled via a coupling point 31 with the release lever 2 ,
- If the inside door handle of the back door 3 is actuated, the angle profile 25 and thereby the link plate 27 are displaced in the direction of the arrow C via the inside actuating lever 23. With the displacement of the angle profile 25 in the direction of arrow C, the connecting lever 29 is also displaced via the coupling of the transmission mandrel 30 with the crank plate 27 in the direction of the arrow C. By the coupling of the connecting lever 29 with the release lever 21 via the coupling point 31 of the release lever 21 is rotated by the displacement of the connecting lever 29 with respect to the pivot point 20, whereby the trigger lever 21 in turn acts on the blocking mechanism of the door lock 7 via the transfer point 22, whereby this the Backdoor 3 free. The back door can then be opened.
- In order to lock the passenger car car, the person presses the key 11 of the key 8. The transmitting device 9 of the key 8 then sends a signal to the control device 10. Due to this signal, the control device 10 controls the electric actuator 14 of the door lock 7 and the corresponding electrical Actuators of the remaining door locks such that the servomotor 14 pivots via a coupling lever, not shown, coupled via a coupling point 32 with the release lever 21 control disk 33 of the door lock 7 in the direction of arrow D. The control disk 33 comprises a mandrel 34, which in turn runs in a further slot 35 of the actuating lever 17.
- Due to the conditional by the servo motor 14 pivoting the control disk 33 in the direction of arrow D pivots the control disk 33 via its mandrel 34, the actuating lever 17 with respect to the pin 19, on which the actuating lever 17 is rotatably mounted, in the direction of the arrow E in a in the
FIG. 4 shown position. - In the case of the present embodiment, the control disk 33 is further coupled via a connecting rod 36 with the crank plate 27. Due to the movement of the control disk 33 caused by the servomotor 14, the connecting rod 36 pivots the link disk 27 with respect to the mandrel 26 in a in the
FIG. 4 shown position. - By in the
FIG. 4 shown position of the operating lever 17, this can no longer act on the release lever 21 upon actuation of the outer door handle 5, whereby the rear door 3 is locked from the outside. The door locks of the remaining doors are controlled by the control device 10 analog, so that these doors are also locked from the outside. - If now one of the doors locked from the outside and in particular the back door 3 locked from the outside are opened from the inside, the lever H in the direction of the lever H is actuated by actuation of the inside handle of the back door 3
FIG. 2 shown arrow B moves, whereby the angle section 25 is moved in the direction of arrow C. Due to the displacement of the angle profile 25 in the direction of arrow C and the link plate 27 is moved in the direction of arrow C. However, the link plate 27 is in the in theFIG. 4 shown coupled via the transmission mandrel 30 with the connecting lever 29. Therefore, by the movement of the crank plate 27 in the direction of arrow C and the connecting lever 29 is moved in the direction of arrow C. However, since the connecting lever 29 is coupled via the coupling point 31 with the release lever 21, the release lever 21 is pivoted with respect to its pivot point 20 so that it acts on the transfer point 22. This gives the forkbolt of the Barrier of the door lock 7, the door lock 7 free, whereby the back door 3 can be opened. - The door lock 7 further comprises, in the case of the present embodiment, a safety lever 38 having a slot 39 which cooperates with a pivot 40. The safety lever 38 is also coupled at one of its ends to the transmission mandrel 30. By the displacement of the link plate 27, a force on the transmission mandrel 30 is transmitted to the safety lever 38. In the case of the present embodiment, the control disk 33 also includes a nose 37. The nose 37 of the control disk 33 in turn cooperates with the locking lever 38 such that the force acting on the locking lever 38 via the transmission mandrel 30 due to the displacement of the crank plate 27, is transmitted to the control disk 33. As a result, the link plate 36 connected via the connecting link 33 moves in the in the
FIG. 2 shown position in which the outside door handle of the back door 3 is unlocked. - Furthermore, the locking mechanisms of the doors, including the locking mechanism of the door lock 7, not shown in detail, are each provided with a sensor (also not shown) electrically connected to the control device 10, which detects when a blocking mechanism is actuated, i. when a door is opened. If one of the blocking devices is actuated, then the control device controls in each case the electric actuator of the door locks, which is coupled to the control disk of the corresponding door lock, so that the remaining doors are also unlocked from the outside.
- The passenger car car is also equipped with a theft protection. To activate the anti-theft device, the person first presses the button 11 to lock the car PKW from the outside, as described above and in the
FIG. 4 is shown. To activate the anti-theft device, the operator pushes the button 11 a second time, so that the transmitting device 9 of the key 8 another Signal to the control device 10 sends. Because of this further signal controls the control device 10, the electric actuator 15 of the door lock 7 and the corresponding electric actuators of the remaining door locks such that the servo motor 15, the locking lever 29 via a lever 41 in the direction of in theFIG. 4 shown arrow F with respect to the coupling point 31 in a deFIG. 5 pivoted position pivots. If the inside door handle of the back door 3 is actuated, the angle profile 25 and thereby the link plate 27 are displaced in the direction of the arrow C via the inside actuating lever 23. When the anti-theft device is activated, the connecting lever 29 is in the in theFIG. 5 shown position in which the transmission mandrel 30 in the L-shaped slot 28 in a movement of the crank plate 27 is free. Consequently, the crank plate 33 is no longer coupled via the transmission mandrel 30 with the connecting lever 29, whereby the connecting lever 29 in the movement of the crank plate 33 in the direction of the arrow C does not move the release lever 21. Therefore, no force acts on the transfer point 22 and the locking mechanism does not release the back door 3. In addition, the locking lever 29 is connected via the transmission mandrel 30 with the locking lever 38. With activated anti-theft device this is in one in theFIG. 5 shown position in which he is no longer with the control disk 33 via the nose 37 in operative connection. Upon actuation of the door inner handle of the back door 3, the safety lever 38 can thus exert no force on the nose 37 of the control disk 33, whereby the back door 3 also remains locked from the outside. - In order to unlock the passenger car car again, the operator presses the key 12. The transmitting device 9 of the key 8 then sends another signal to the control device 10. Due to this further signal, the transmitting device 10 controls the control motors 14 and 15 so on, so that the doors are unlocked both from the outside and from the inside.
- The car passenger car is also equipped with a child safety device for the rear doors. This can be activated and deactivated with the key 13 of the key 8.
- If the child safety device is activated, then the connecting lever 29 is in the in the
FIG. 5 shown position regardless of whether the passenger car is locked or unlocked from the outside. With activated child safety thus the connecting lever 29 is arranged relative to the crank plate 27 such that the transmission mandrel 30 runs freely in the L-shaped slot 28 in a movement of the crank plate 27. Consequently, the crank plate 33 is no longer coupled via the transmission mandrel 30 with the connecting lever 29. As a result, the connecting lever 29 is not moved in a direction of the arrow C caused by an operation of the inner door handle of the back door 3 movement of the crank plate 33. As a result, the release lever 21 is not moved, whereby the locking mechanism of the door lock 7, the back door 3 is not free. - The door lock of the other back door is activated accordingly when the child safety lock is activated.
- To turn off the child safety again, the operator can press the key 13 of the key 8 again. Then sends the transmitting device 9 of the key 8, a corresponding signal to the control device 10 and the door inner handles of the two rear doors 3 are unlocked again.
- In the case of the present embodiment, each of the four doors 1, 2, 4 additionally comprises an electric window. The power windows are each controlled by a switch, which then activates a coupled to the corresponding window electric drive in a well-known manner.
- The windows of the two backdoors, of which in the
FIG. 1 only one window 42 of the back door 3 is shown, each with a switch arranged on the corresponding back door can be opened and closed. In theFIG. 1 only the switch 43 of the rear door 3 and the switch 43 associated electric drive 44 is shown. In addition, the two electric drives the windows of the two rear doors in a manner not shown to the control device 10 are electrically connected. - Furthermore, in the case of the present exemplary embodiment, the passenger car PKW comprises a switch 45, which is arranged on the driver's door 1 and can be reached from the driver's seat. The switch 45 is in turn connected in a manner not shown to the control device 10. The switch 45 has two positions in the case of the present embodiment.
- In its first position, it causes the control device 10 to override the two switches 43 of the windows of the rear doors 3 which are arranged on the rear doors 3. At the same time, the parental control is activated in the case of the present embodiment.
- In its second position, it causes the control device 10 to reactivate the two switches 43 of the windows of the rear doors 3 arranged on the rear doors 3. At the same time, in the case of the present embodiment, the child safety device is deactivated again.
