Claims (13)

  1. Procédé de commande de l'accès à une cabine d'ascenseur (5), en particulier à son plafond (7) et/ou à son dessous, comprenant les étapes consistant à :
    - ouvrir une porte palière (T1, T2, T3, T4) de la gaine d'ascenseur (1) dans laquelle se déplace la cabine (5) ; et à
    - mettre la commande de l'ascenseur dans un mode de maintenance qui commande le déplacement de la cabine (5) jusqu'à une position d'arrêt prédéterminée (W1, W4) permettant l'accés ;
    caractérisé en ce que
    la commande de l'ascenseur est mise dans ledit mode de maintenance en utilisant un moyen de réception d'appel de palier dans une forme d'identification prédéterminée qui diffère d'une forme d'appel pour appeler l'ascenseur dans un fonctionnement normal de l'ascenseur.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, dans lequel la porte palière doit en outre être ouverte ou déverrouillée pour mettre la commande dans ledit mode de maintenance.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 2, dans lequel la porte palière doit être ouverte ou déverrouillée dans les limites d'une période de temps prédéterminée avant ou après l'utilisation du moyen de réception d'appel de palier pour mettre la commande dans ledit mode de maintenance.
  4. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la commande de l'ascenseur est mise dans ledit mode de maintenance
    - premièrement, en ouvrant la porte palière ; et
    - ensuite, en utilisant le moyen de réception d'appel de palier dans la forme d'identification prédéterminée.
  5. Procédé selon la revendication 2 ou 3, dans lequel la commande de l'ascenseur est mise dans ledit mode de maintenance
    - premièrement, en utilisant le moyen de réception d'appel de palier dans la forme d'identification prédéterminée ; et
    - ensuite, en ouvrant la porte palière.
  6. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la porte palière est ouverte manuellement en actionnant un système de déverrouillage d'urgence, en particulier au moyen d'une clé triangulaire.
  7. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la forme d'identification prédéterminée et/ou l'étage (E1, E2, E3, E4) du moyen de réception d'appel de palier indiquent une position d'arrêt (W1, W4), en particulier une position d'arrêt permettant l'accès au plafond et/ou au dessous de la cabine d'ascenseur, par rapport à l'étage (E1, E2, E3, E4) du moyen de réception d'appel d'étage.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, dans lequel une première forme d'identification prédéterminée et/ou une forme d'identification prédéterminée provenant d'un moyen de réception d'appel de palier d'un étage au-delà de l'étage le plus bas indiquent une position d'arrêt (W1) permettant l'accès au plafond; et une deuxième forme d'identification prédéterminée reçue d'un moyen de réception d'appel de palier de l'étage le plus bas indique une position d'arrêt (W1) permettant l'accès au dessous de la cabine d'ascenseur (5), depuis l'étage (E1, E4) du moyen de réception d'appel de palier.
  9. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel le moyen de réception d'appel de palier comprend un bouton d'appel (10), et/ou un lecteur de carte et/ou un moyen d'appel vocal.
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le moyen de réception d'appel de palier comprend au moins deux boutons d'appel (bouton "montée" (10.1), bouton "descente" (10.2)) et dans lequel la forme d'identification prédéterminée comprend la sélection d'un des au moins deux boutons d'appel (10.1, 10.2).
  11. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la commande de l'ascenseur déplace la cabine d'ascenseur (5) jusqu'à la position d'arrêt prédéterminée lorsque la cabine (5) est vide et/ou qu'il n'y a pas d'appel de cabine en attente.
  12. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, dans lequel la commande est remise du mode de maintenance dans un mode normal en fermant la porte palière et en utilisant le moyen de réception d'appel de palier dans une forme d'identification de fermeture prédéterminée.
  13. Procédé selon la revendication 12, dans lequel la forme d'identification de fermeture est identique à la forme d'identification prédéterminée pour la mise de la commande dans le mode de maintenance ou diffère de celle-ci.
