Claims (11)

  1. A paint gun device comprising a gun (1), provided with means of fixing the gun to an aerosol receptacle (5), containing a paint under pressure and comprising a channel (3) for atomising the paint, in communication firstly with an outlet valve (4) of the receptacle and secondly with a nozzle (6) for atomising the paint, means of opening/closing the channel controlled by a manoeuvring device (8, 9) and also comprising a device (10) actuating the valve, characterised in that the means of opening/closing the channel comprises a needle (7) that passes through the channel (3) to the nozzle (6), the needle being adapted to close a passage produced by a communication aperture (13) between a duct (12) putting the valve in communication with the channel (3) and the channel and to produce a sealed distribution circuit, and in that the valve actuating device (10) and the fixing means (2) are arranged to keep the valve in the open position as soon as the gun is fixed to the receptacle.
  2. A paint gun device according to claim 1, for which the channel is produced in a dispenser body (11) carrying a connecting piece (28) for the nozzle (6), provided with a housing receiving a distal end of the device (10) actuating the valve (4).
  3. A paint gun device according to claim 2, characterised in that the actuating device (10) comprises a collar (14) for sealed bearing on the end of the valve (4).
  4. A paint gun device according to one of claims 1 to 3, for which the needle (7) is movable axially in the channel (3) between a position of closing off the channel in which a section of the needle closes off a passage in the channel between the valve (4) and the nozzle (6) and a position of opening the channel in which the needle releases the passage in the channel between the valve and the nozzle.
  5. A paint gun device according to claim 4, for which the duct (12) intersects the channel (3) at a communication aperture (13) constituting said passage.
  6. A paint gun device according to one of the preceding claims, for which the manoeuvring device is a trigger device that comprises a trigger (9), secured to a connecting element (8) itself provided with a support (14) for the needle, and comprises means (15) of returning the needle to the closed position of the channel.
  7. A paint gun device according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that it comprises adjustable abutment and stop means (16, 18, 19) for the trigger-type manoeuvring device.
  8. A paint gun device according to claims 4 and 7, characterised in that the needle (7) comprises an end forming, in the nozzle (6), an injector (17) conforming the jet delivered by the nozzle (6) and in that the adjustable means (16, 18, 19) is arranged to allow adjustment of the travel of the injector in the nozzle in order to adjust the jet delivered by the nozzle.
  9. A paint gun device according to one of the preceding claims, for which the means of fixing the gun to the receptacle comprises a cup (2) provided with a skirt fitted with a collar (20) snapping onto a lip (21) crimping a dome (22) and a valve holder (34) of the receptacle.
  10. A paint gun device according to claim 9, for which the cup (2) comprises a curved external surface (23), inserted in a complementary opening (24) in the body of the gun, and a concave internal surface (33) bearing on the dome (22), the cup (2) forming an adapting interface device between the gun (1) and the receptacle (5).
  11. A paint gun device according to one of the preceding claims, for which the end of the needle (7) has a tapered conical shape and a profile complementary to the internal profile of the channel at a connecting piece (28) of the nozzle (6) so as to vary the thickness of the paint jet according to the position of the needle in the channel.
