In the first
The two
The heater 4 is formed in the illustrated embodiment as a
Within the boiler 5, a heating strikes in the form of a thick-walled steel tube is arranged, with an optimal management of the combustion gases ensures environmentally friendly combustion with high efficiency.
From the steam boiler 5, the high-pressure
At the connecting
At the
The application of the
Between the
In order to be able to increase the volume flow of the

By heating the water 2 51 pressure is built up in the boiler, which can be limited by the
If required, compressed air can be supplied via the line 71 to a heat coupling device 72 via the
Either steam or compressed air or a mixture of both together with cleaning or disinfecting agent, preferably electrically controlled, can be mixed at the dispensing
Should be exceeded due to damage to the boiler pump 3 or the electrical control or due to lack of water, the allowable working pressure, so opens the
With this second embodiment of the invention, it is possible to provide electric power - with different power of 9000 W or 18000 W - steam and to heat it optionally to 175 ° C / 6 bar or 195 ° C / 9.5 bar. These two different steam levels can volume controlled with compressed air, at least 2.5 m 3 to 3.5 m 3 at 6 to 8 bar, and optionally mixed with detergent by means of attachable steam and compressed air hose via a dispensing device, in the electrically the desired amount of steam , Compressed air and detergent can be controlled, discharged. With such a steam-compressed air cleaning agent mixture, a much larger field of activity in industrial cleaning can be covered than was the case with the previously known generic devices.
With the mobile cleaning device according to the invention, therefore, the hitherto known applications for cold and hot water high pressure cleaning devices can be achieved and also the removal of coarse dirt, grease, oil, graphite and similar dirt deposits on industrial production machines and systems are made possible with the dry hot steam jet. Likewise, contaminations and disinfections can be made, whereby the addition of compressed air / compressed air a multiple of dry steam can be produced with the new applications, such as dry steam blasting with high temperature result. Furthermore, it would be possible for the dry steam jet above the compressed air additional means, such as stone dust to supply, and thus to increase the cleaning effect in addition.
It goes without saying that the invention is not limited to the illustrated embodiments. For example, it would be quite possible and practical to connect the two pressure line sections each with a separate pump to the water tank. In this case, the switching valve could be omitted. The integration of a detergent container with detergent within the housing of the mobile cleaning device would be quite conceivable or feasible.
