Claims (61)

  1. Vorrichtung mit einer Karusselleinrichtung (5), Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58), die mit der Karusselleinrichtung verknüpft sind und die zum Wechselwirken mit Gegenständen (16; 28; 40) angeordnet sind, und mit Fördereinheiten (170), die von der Karusselleinrichtung (5) gehalten werden und die relativ zur Karusselleinrichtung (5) beweglich sind, um die Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) zu transferieren, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass jede der Fördereinheiten (170) eine Vielzahl der Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) hält.
  2. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum kontinuierlichen Drehen der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  3. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum winkelweisen Weiterschalten der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  4. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Fördereinheiten (170) Karusselle (6) aufweisen, die drehbar an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) gehalten werden.
  5. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4, wobei die Karusselle (6) in einer umfänglichen Richtung an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  6. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 4 oder 5, wobei die Karusselle (6) in einer Randzone der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  7. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 6, wobei die Karusselle (6) an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) mit im Wesentlichen konstanten Winkelintervallen angeordnet sind.
  8. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum kontinuierlichen Drehen der Karusselle (6) angeordnet sind.
  9. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 7, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum winkelweisen Weiterschalten der Karusselle (6) angeordnet sind.
  10. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, wobei die Karusselle (6) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  11. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 9, wobei die Karusselle (6) im Wesentlichen quer relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  12. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 11, wobei die Karusselle (6) im Wesentlichen radial relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  13. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) in umfänglicher Richtung an jedem der Karusselle (6) angeordnet sind.
  14. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) in einer Randzone von jedem der Karusselle (6) angeordnet sind.
  15. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 4 bis 12, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) an den Karussellen (6) im Wesentlichen mit konstanten Winkelintervallen angeordnet sind.
  16. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, wobei die Fördereinheiten (170) Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) aufweisen.
  17. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16, wobei die Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) flexible Schleifenelemente (172) aufweisen, die relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) beweglich sind und die zum Aufnehmen der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) angeordnet sind.
  18. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 16 oder 17, wobei die Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) in einer umfänglichen Richtung angeordnet sind.
  19. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 18, wobei die Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) mit im Wesentlichen konstanten Winkelintervallen angeordnet sind.
  20. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum kontinuierlichen Antreiben der Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) angeordnet sind.
  21. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 19, die des Weiteren Antriebsmittel aufweist, die zum Weiterschalten der Schleifenfördereinheiten (171) angeordnet sind.
  22. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17 oder nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, soweit diese von Anspruch 17 abhängen, wobei sich die flexiblen Schleifenelemente (172) zwischen einem Randbereich (175) der Karusselleinrichtung (5) und einem Zentralbereich (176) der Karusselleinrichtung (5) erstrecken.
  23. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 22, wobei sich die flexiblen Schleifenelemente (172) im Wesentlichen parallel zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) erstrecken.
  24. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 17, oder nach einem der Ansprüche 18 bis 21, soweit diese von Anspruch 17 abhängen, wobei die flexiblen Schleifenelemente (172) einen Teil, der sich näher zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) befindet, und einen Teil aufweist, der sich weiter entfernt von der Karusselleinrichtung (5) befindet.
  25. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 24, wobei sich die flexiblen Schleifenelemente (172) relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) quer erstrecken.
  26. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 25, wobei sich die flexiblen Schleifenelemente (172) im Wesentlichen senkrecht relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) erstrecken.
  27. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 16 bis 26, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) an den Schleifenfördereinheiten (101) mit im Wesentlichen konstanten Intervallen angeordnet sind.
  28. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 27, die des Weiteren Bewegungsmittel (22; 8) aufweist, die zum Transferieren der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) und/oder zum Entfernen der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) von der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  29. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 28, wobei die Bewegungsmittel flexible Bewegungsmittel (22) aufweisen.
  30. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 29, wobei die flexiblen Bewegungsmittel (22) ein flexibles Bewegungselement (10) aufweisen, das mit Aufnahmeteilen (11) versehen ist, die zum Aufnehmen der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) und zum Transferieren der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) zu den Fördereinheiten (170) und/oder zum Entfernen der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) von den Fördereinheiten (170) angeordnet sind.
  31. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 30, wobei das flexible Bewegungselement (10) einen Bereich (43) aufweist, der sich teilweise um eine zylindrische Oberfläche (K) windet, die konzentrisch zu Drehachsenmitteln (B) der Karusselleinrichtung (5) orientiert ist.
  32. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 31, wobei sich der Bereich (43) entlang eines Teils einer Trajektorie erstreckt, die von den Arbeitsvorrichtungen (4; 29; 58) durchlaufen wird.
  33. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 32, wobei die Aufnahmeteile (11) im Wesentlichen hinsichtlich eines Winkels gleich voneinander entfernt sind.
  34. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 30 bis 33, wobei die flexiblen Bewegungsmittel (22) ein erstes scheibenförmiges Element (9') und ein zweites scheibenförmiges Element (9") aufweisen, auf die das flexible Bewegungselement (10) teilweise gewickelt ist.
  35. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 34, wobei das erste scheibenförmige Element (9') und das zweite scheibenförmige Element (9") um eine jeweilige Drehachse (E) drehbar sind.
  36. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 34 oder 35, wobei das erste scheibenförmige Element (9') und das zweite scheibenförmige Element (9") derart angeordnet sind, dass sie teilweise eine Randzone der Karusselleinrichtung (5) überlappen, um mit den Fördereinheiten (170) wechselzuwirken.
  37. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 36, die des Weiteren Aufnahmemittel (15) aufweist, die mit den Fördereinheiten (170) zusammenwirken und außen an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  38. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37, wobei die Aufnahmemittel (15) bei im Wesentlichen konstanten Winkelintervallen angeordnet sind.
  39. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 37 oder 38, wobei die Aufnahmemittel eine Vielzahl von Aufnahmeelementen (15) aufweisen, wobei die Aufnahmeelemente (15) in einer größeren Anzahl als die Fördereinheiten (170) vorliegen.
  40. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 39, wobei die Anzahl der Aufnahmeelemente (15) gleich der Anzahl der Fördereinheiten (170) ist, die mit der Anzahl der Zuführeinrichtungen (8) multipliziert wird, die zum Zuführen der Gegenstände (40) zu den Fördereinheiten (170) angeordnet sind.
  41. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 37 bis 40, wobei mit jeder Fördereinheit ein Armelement (17) verknüpft ist, der zum Bewegen der Gegenstände (16; 28) zwischen den Fördereinheiten (170) und den Aufnahmemitteln (15) angeordnet ist.
  42. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 41, wobei jedes Armelement (17) mit einem äußeren Randteil (14) der Karusselleinrichtung (5) verbunden ist.
  43. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 41 oder 42, wobei die Armelemente (17) drehbar an der Karusselleinrichtung (5) gehalten werden.
  44. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 43, wobei die Armelemente (17) um jeweilige Bewegungsachsen (F) drehbar sind, und zwar zwischen einer Stellung, in der die Armelemente (17) in Richtung der Fördereinheiten (170) ausgerichtet sind, wobei diese Richtung im Wesentlichen radial relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) liegt, und einer Position, bei der die Armelemente (17) in einer Richtung ausgerichtet sind, die tangential relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) liegt.
  45. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 41 bis 44, wobei die Armelemente (17) ausfahrbar und parallel einziehbar zu einer Längsachse derselben sind.
  46. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45, wobei die Armelemente (17) im Wesentlichen tangential relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) in Richtung der Aufnahmemittel (15) und davon weg beweglich sind.
  47. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 45 oder 46, wobei die Armelemente (17) radial relativ zu der Karusselleinrichtung (5) in Richtung der Fördereinheiten (170) und davon weg beweglich sind.
  48. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 47, die des Weiteren sich bewegende Radmittel (34) aufweist, die zum Transferieren der Gegenstände (16; 28; 40) zwischen Fördermitteln (33) und der Karusselleinrichtung (5) angeordnet sind.
  49. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 48, wobei die sich bewegenden Radmittel (34) entfernende Armmittel (35) aufweisen, die zwischen einer Entfernungsposition, in der die Entfernungsarmmittel (35) mit den Fördermitteln (33) wechselwirken, und einer Entladestellung beweglich sind, in der die Entfernungsarmmittel (35) mit den Fördereinheiten (170) wechselwirken.
  50. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 49, wobei die Entfernungsarmmittel (35) eine Vielzahl von Entfernungsarmen (35) aufweisen.
  51. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 50, wobei die Entfernungsarme (35) relativ zu einer Drehachse (R) der sich bewegenden Radmittel (34) radial beweglich sind.
  52. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 50 oder 51, wobei die Entfernungsarme (35) Führungsmittel (36) aufweisen, die in Eingriff mit Nutmitteln (37) sind, die ein Nockenprofil definieren.
  53. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen Gussformmittel (4) aufweisen.
  54. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 53, wobei die Gussformmittel Gussformen (4) zum Spritzgießen von Kunststoff aufweisen.
  55. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, die des Weiteren Füllmittel zum Füllen der Gegenstände mit einem Produkt aufweist, wobei die Gegenstände durch die Arbeitsvorrichtungen gehalten werden.
  56. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 42, die des Weiteren Siegelmittel zum Versiegeln der Gegenstände aufweist, wobei die Gegenstände durch die Arbeitsvorrichtungen gehalten werden.
  57. Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 56, wobei die Siegelmittel Schließmittel aufweisen, die zum Verbinden einer Kappe mit einer Öffnung eines Behälters angeordnet sind.
  58. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, die des Weiteren Aufbringmittel zum Aufbringen von Kennzeichnungen auf die Gegenstände aufweist, während die Gegenstände durch die Arbeitsvorrichtungen gehalten werden.
  59. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, die des Weiteren Dekorierungsmittel aufweist, die zum Dekorieren der Gegenstände angeordnet sind, während die Gegenstände durch die Arbeitsvorrichtungen gehalten werden.
  60. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen Gussformen zum Spritzgießen und Druck aufweisen.
  61. Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 52, wobei die Arbeitsvorrichtungen Gussformen (58) zum Blasformen von Vorformen (28) aufweist, die aus Kunststoff hergestellt werden.
