Abstract
Die Erfindung beschreibt einen Fluidzylinder (1), umfassend eine in einem Zylinder (3) geführte Kolbenanordnung (5), wobei durch eine einem Zylinderboden (7) zugewandte erste Kolbenfläche (22) der Kolbenanordnung (5) und eine Zylinderinnenwand (21) eine erste Arbeitskammer (10) begrenzt ist und durch eine einem Zylinderdeckel (8) zugewandte zweite Kolbenfläche (25) der Kolbenanordnung (5) und die Zylinderinnenwand (21) eine zweite Arbeitskammer (11) begrenzt ist. In der Kolbenanordnung (5) bildet ein Hohlraum (13) mit einer dem Zylinderboden (7) zugewandten Öffnung (14) eine dritte Arbeitskammer (20), die über ein relativ zum Zylinder (3) feststehendes Kolbenrohr (16) mit einem dritten Leitungsanschluss (32) fluidverbunden ist, wobei ein Endabschnitt (17) des Kolbenrohres (16) durch die erste Arbeitskammer (10) geführt ist und durch die Öffnung (14) in die dritte Arbeitskammer (20) ragt und die dritte Arbeitskammer (20) gegen die erste Arbeitskammer (10) abgedichtet ist und wie die erste und die zweite Arbeitskammer einen eigenen Leitungsanschluss aufweist.
