An optimum method of amplification on polymerase chain reaction, by adding metal gold materials, titanium materials, nickel materials, bismuth materials, antimony materials, selenium materials, chromium materials, or adding a mixture of above optimum materials for optimization of amplification on polymerase chain reaction, which contains the steps as follows: (1) preparation of optimum materials; (2) sterilizing the optimum materials; (3) optimization of PCR systems; (4) detection of PCR results; (5) separating the optimum materials from the reaction system.
