Definitions
- the invention relates to a paving train according to the preamble of patent claim 1.
- a known road finisher without sprayer has for feeding of building material from a truck in the material bunker of the paver usual Abdschreibrollen on the front end of the chassis. Before a feeding process, first apply the Abdschreibrollen to the rear tires of the truck. Then arranged on the chassis of the paver traction arms are brought to the rear wheels themselves to pulling attack, so that the truck is unable to solve during the Zukitvorganges from the paver, because a combined push and pull connection exists.
- the sprayer is integrated into the feeder designed as a feeder, which promotes the built-in over the spraying ramp of the spraying device away to the paver.
- the spray ramp brings the bitumen emulsion over the working width of the screed on the planum, the lanes of the paver are spared.
- the paver is equipped with spray turrets integrated behind the landing gear which spray bituminous emulsion behind the lanes and in front of the paver's transverse distributor.
- the feeder with the integrated spraying device, as well as the road paver with the integrated spraying ramps, are each a special construction and therefore structurally complex and expensive.
- the feeder In applications in which no bitumen emulsion needs to be processed, the feeder tows the unnecessary ballast of the sprayer, and also the sprayers on the paver are unnecessary ballast.
- the spraying device and the spraying ramps on the road paver become dirty during the installation work and therefore require elaborate cleaning work after the end of the working day, irrespective of whether working with bitumen emulsion or not.
- the out US 5,279,500 known road paver is equipped with a fully integrated spray device including for stocking and for dispensing necessary components.
- the spray ramp has nozzles that work together to meter the job with clocked shutters.
- the spray ramp can be swiveled back and forth about an axis transverse to the direction of travel and produce oval or rectangular spray patterns.
- paving trains have proven that can install at least one ceiling layer continuously and with optimal high speed installation, because the installation is not affected by the delivery and feeding of the paving.
- This concept is based on supplying the paver with the built-in material from a preceding feeder (shuttle buggy), which is supplied with built-in material by intermittently moving lorries and thus forms a buffer with a large storage volume.
- bitumen emulsion as an adhesive layer for the ceiling layer to be installed thereon in such a way that the bitumen emulsion is sprayed on just before the application of the top layer ( EP 049 260 B ), which also according to the paving train AT-E-55 434 B So far, either a special feeder with integrated sprayer and a special road paver with integrated spray lanes for the lanes, or a standard feeder and a special paver with integrated spraying device ( DE 41 01 417 B ).
- the invention has for its object to provide a paving train of the type mentioned, which makes it possible as a modular system to perform with standard machines and a cost-effective spray module and thereby reduced cost installation work with and without bitumen emulsion adhesive layer.
- the spray module is installed between, for example, the feeder designed as a standard feeder and the standard paver to apply the bitumen emulsion adhesive layer to the paver in front of the paver. Neither the standard loader nor the standard paver requires extensive retooling. If no adhesive layer is installed, then the spray module is omitted and worked conventionally.
- the spray module is a cost-effective universal and efficient auxiliary machine as a modular component of the paving train.
- a towing connection which is detachable for removing the spray module, but forcibly moves the spray module with the feeder, or is between the no separate traction drive having spray module and the paver provided a thrust connection so that the paver pushes the spray module with a predetermined distance.
- a power and control signal transmission connection is provided between the spray module and the standard paver, so that the spray module is supplied with power, for example for heating and dispensing and dosing of the bitumen emulsion, or is controlled accordingly.
- This is a particularly cost-effective embodiment of the spray module.
- a control device is provided, which adjusts the spray width of the spray module synchronously to the working width of the screed. For this purpose, the power and / or control transmission connection is used.
- the spray module is located below the conveying device, which delivers the built-in material from the feeder to the paver, so that the chute transport is not impaired.
- the spray module has a height lower than a Auskrag Hab a conveyor support frame of the feeder, so that the spray module is driven so to speak overlapping in the working direction with the feeder.
- the paver behind the chassis at least one sprayer for discharging bitumen emulsion is removably mounted only on the lanes of the chassis, which can be supplied and controlled by the spray module.
- This spray ramp conveniently two spray lances, is designed to attach to a standard paver and be easily removed. The supply and / or control then takes place via a line or hose line from the spray module. If no adhesive layer is applied, then the spray ramp does not need to be attached to the paver, or the attached spray ramp is simply removed and set aside or transported along the paver or feeder to not have to be cleaned after work.
- Fig. 1 is a schematic side view of a paving train, an embodiment of the subject invention is explained.
- paving E is used either for incorporation of a bituminous ceiling layer (as shown) on an adhesive layer H from a bitumen emulsion on a subgrade P, or for incorporating at least one example bituminous ceiling layer without adhesive layer H directly on the subgrade P (not shown, but only explained later).
- the paving E comprises a standard paver F with a towed screed 1 (namely, a pull-out screed with controlled variable working width) for installing the top layer of example bituminous material in a working direction R, one before the standard paver F on the Planum P moving feeder B for building material, eg a so-called standard feeder, and a between the feeder B and the standard road paver F on the Planum P driving spray module M for applying the adhesive layer H.

The invention has for its object to provide a paving train of the type mentioned, which makes it possible as a modular system to perform with standard machines and a cost-effective spray module and thereby reduced cost installation work with and without bitumen emulsion adhesive layer.
The stated object is achieved with the features of claim 1.
For installation work with the adhesive layer, the spray module is installed between, for example, the feeder designed as a standard feeder and the standard paver to apply the bitumen emulsion adhesive layer to the paver in front of the paver. Neither the standard loader nor the standard paver requires extensive retooling. If no adhesive layer is installed, then the spray module is omitted and worked conventionally. The spray module is a cost-effective universal and efficient auxiliary machine as a modular component of the paving train. It is provided either between the spray module without its own drive and the feeder or the feeder a towing connection, which is detachable for removing the spray module, but forcibly moves the spray module with the feeder, or is between the no separate traction drive having spray module and the paver provided a thrust connection so that the paver pushes the spray module with a predetermined distance. In this case, a power and control signal transmission connection is provided between the spray module and the standard paver, so that the spray module is supplied with power, for example for heating and dispensing and dosing of the bitumen emulsion, or is controlled accordingly. This is a particularly cost-effective embodiment of the spray module. On the paver existing control and power systems can easily meet the additional, resulting in the operation of the spray module tasks. Furthermore, a control device is provided, which adjusts the spray width of the spray module synchronously to the working width of the screed. For this purpose, the power and / or control transmission connection is used.
In a further embodiment, the spray module is located below the conveying device, which delivers the built-in material from the feeder to the paver, so that the chute transport is not impaired. Preferably, the spray module has a height lower than a Auskraghöhe a conveyor support frame of the feeder, so that the spray module is driven so to speak overlapping in the working direction with the feeder.
Finally, it is expedient if the paver behind the chassis at least one sprayer for discharging bitumen emulsion is removably mounted only on the lanes of the chassis, which can be supplied and controlled by the spray module. This spray ramp, conveniently two spray lances, is designed to attach to a standard paver and be easily removed. The supply and / or control then takes place via a line or hose line from the spray module. If no adhesive layer is applied, then the spray ramp does not need to be attached to the paver, or the attached spray ramp is simply removed and set aside or transported along the paver or feeder to not have to be cleaned after work.

The spray module M also contains
über die Verbindung 21.Power and / or control
According to the invention, the spray module M does not have its own drive. Rather, either a
In an expedient embodiment, the spray module M, at least in the front end region, a height that allows the spray module M moves under the projecting end of the
Incidentally, a distance and / or speed control device may be provided (not shown) for the feeder B and the standard paver F to travel at a predetermined distance and at equal speeds.
In Einbauffahrt the paving train E Einbaugut is transferred from the Gutbunker 4 via the
