  • The invention relates to a dishwasher with a rinsing container and devices for rinsing dishes by means of rinsing liquor and with a Sorptionstrockenvorrichtung which is connected to the rinsing air-conducting via an outlet of the rinsing and an inlet of the rinse and having a sorption column with reversibly dehydratable material.
  • Conventional dishwashing machines are known to have a rinsing process whose program sequence generally consists of at least one partial program step "pre-rinsing", one sub-program step "cleaning", at least one subprogram step "intermediate rinsing", one subprogram step "rinsing" and one subprogram step "drying". To increase the cleaning effect, the rinsing liquid or rinsing liquor is heated before or during a partial program step. The heating of the rinsing liquid is usually carried out by means of electrical heating elements. For drying the items to be washed in a dishwasher different drying systems are known.
  • So is out of the DE 20 16 831 a dishwashing machine of the type mentioned, in which the air is passed from the washing container via a closable opening in the wall of the washing container on reversibly dehydratable material and from there via an opening to the outside. The desorption of the reversible dehydratable material takes place during the stoppage phase of the device, wherein the resulting water vapor is passed through the opening to the outside. The dishwasher described is disadvantageous from an energetic point of view, since the regeneration of the reversibly dehydratable material takes place during a standstill phase of the device, thus at a time when none of the partial program steps described above is performed. A further disadvantage is that damage to the surrounding kitchen furniture can not be ruled out by discharging the water vapor produced during the regeneration of the reversibly dehydratable material to the outside.   • From the EP 0 358 279 B1 a dishwashing machine with a closed drying system is known in which the air circulates from the washing container via a regenerable by heating drying device and from this back into the washing. The drying device is assigned to the heater arranged outside the washing compartment for the washing liquor, preferably a continuous flow heater. The outlet of the washing container is located in the ceiling of the washing container, while the inlet is integrated in the washing tub of the washing container.   • All the arrangements described above have in common that the integration of the sorption drying device in a dishwasher is merely conceptually described. The object of the present invention is therefore to provide a dishwasher in which a sorption drying device can be integrated in a simple and cost-effective manner.
  • This object is achieved with a dishwasher with the features of claim 1. Advantageous developments of the present invention are specified in the subclaims.
  • A dishwasher according to the invention, in particular a domestic dishwasher, has a rinsing container and devices for rinsing dishes by means of rinsing liquor and a Sorptionstrockenvorrichtung which is connected to the rinsing air-conducting via an outlet of the rinse and an inlet of the rinse and a sorption column with reversibly dehydrierbarem Material has. It is further provided to connect the outlet and the inlet of the washing container without the interposition of an air channel with the Sorptionstrockenvorrichtung. This results in the advantage of a particularly small footprint.   • According to a preferred embodiment, the sorption drying device can be arranged in the bottom area of the dishwasher below a rinsing trough, wherein the outlet as well as the inlet of the rinsing container are arranged in the bottom area. Since usually enough space is provided below the washing tub for functional elements of the dishwasher, the sorption drying apparatus can be integrated particularly easily into existing design and manufacturing processes.
  • According to a further expedient embodiment, it is provided to provide the outlet and / or the inlet with a passive closure means against penetrating water. In the simplest case, this can be a cover over the outlet or inlet, which is preferably designed such that the flow direction simultaneously the air flow is set in order to achieve the best possible turbulence of the air in the washing, so that a good moisture absorption is realized.
  • In an alternative embodiment it can be provided to provide the outlet and / or the inlet with an active closure means. The closure means may be designed to be operable, for example, by applying a voltage. The closure means may thus be designed motor or hydraulic.   • In a further expedient embodiment, the closure means can also be actuated by a temperature-sensitive memory metal. The control of the closure means is not carried out in an electrical manner, but is caused due to the prevailing temperatures during different part program steps.
  • According to a further embodiment, the sorption column is used on the one hand for drying the dishes and on the other hand the thermal energy used for desorption of the sorption column for heating the rinsing liquor and / or the items to be washed.   • The advantage of the dishwasher according to the invention is that its production is possible in a simple and cost-effective manner, as can be dispensed with the laying and integration of air ducts.
  • With the present invention, a dishwashing machine is provided which can be economically produced from an economical point of view and with which the items to be washed located in the washing container can be efficiently cleaned and dried, whereby the associated energy expenditure can be kept low.

Claims (11)

  1. Dishwashing machine (1) with a rinsing container (2) and devices for rinsing dishes by means of rinsing solution as well as a sorption drying device (21), which is air-conductively connected with the rinsing container (2) by way of an outlet (5) of the rinsing container (2) and an inlet (8) of the rinsing container (2) and which has a sorption column (10) with reversibly dehydratable material (11), characterised in that the outlet (5) and the inlet (8) of the rinsing container (2) are connected with the sorption drying device (21) without interposition of an air channel.
  2. Dishwashing machine according to claim 1, characterised in that the sorption drying device (21) is arranged in the base region of the dishwashing machine below a rinsing sump (6) and the outlet (5) as well as the inlet (8) of the rinsing container are arranged in the base region.
  3. Dishwashing machine according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the outlet (5) and/or the inlet (8) is or are provided with a passive closure means (15) against penetrating water.
  4. Dishwashing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the outlet (5) and/or the inlet (8) is or are provided with an active closure means (15).

  6. Dishwashing machine according to claim 5, characterised in that voltage is applied to the closure means (15) when a voltage is applied to the fan (9).
  7. Dishwashing machine according to claim 5, characterised in that the closure means (15) is actuated by a temperature-sensitive memory metal.

Dishwashing machine according to any one of the preceding claims, characterised in that sorption column (10) on the one hand is used for drying the dishes and on the other hand the thermal energy employed for desorption of the sorption column (10) is used for heating the rinsing solution and/or the rinsing stock disposed in the rinsing container (2).
  9.
