Description
The invention relates to a razor with a shaving head with at least one shearing blade and at least one oscillating relative to the shear blade motor-driven blade and a shaving head cross-cover.
Razors are known in different training. In addition to devices with rotating knives, shaving heads with at least one shearing blade are known, in particular, relative to which a cutter block is moved in an oscillating manner. Also in the design of the knife blocks a number of variants have been proposed. In addition to substantially vertically oriented on the plane of the blade blades are also slotted knife known which are moved oscillating relative to the corresponding recesses of the shear blade. In known shaving heads a plurality of juxtaposed knife blocks is usually provided, which in addition to this shaving of short hair particularly preferred training may also be provided separate long-hair trimmers, which consist of a Schneidkammplatte and a relative to the Schneidkammplatte moving cutting blade and usually slidably on the housing of the shaver or hair clipper are performed. In this case, a long-hair trimmer cross-comb distance can be arranged, with adjustment of the distance between the long-hair trimmer and the distance comb a setting of the hair length succeeds. For this purpose, for example, the distance comb have a corresponding height adjustment.

However, a long-hair trimmer is not necessarily suitable for shaving the relatively short hair of a beard. Rather, the distance combs commonly used by long-hair trimmers make it impossible to securely grasp all bearded facial areas, with the risk of injury being considerable. However, there is a need to make an adjustment of the cutting length also in the Bartrasur. The invention therefore aims to provide a razor with which whiskers now not completely shaved to the skin surface, but rather whiskers can be shortened to a defined length of beard stop without the need for complicated additional components would be required.
To achieve this object, the shaver according to the invention essentially consists in that the cover of the shaving head has transversely to the direction of the oscillating movement of the blades extending recesses whose longitudinal axes include at least partially different angles of 90 ° with the direction of the oscillating movement of at least one shearing blade. The fact that for the definition of the beard stub length of the cross section or the thickness of the cover, as it is usually plugged as a protective cap on such a shaver is used and the cover is provided with defined recesses, on the one hand, a protection of the shear blade results in Conventional way and on the other hand the possibility of such cutouts or slits whiskers to supply the shear blade, which then cut to a length corresponding to the material thickness of the cover can be. At the same time, such a cover has the advantage that moisture from the shaving head can evaporate after conventional use, for the desired use as beard trimmer, the geometry of the recesses can be optimized so that whiskers are raised and detected accordingly safe and thus the desired reduction on the desired extent can be supplied. This is ensured by the oblique position of the longitudinal axes of the recesses to the direction of the oscillating movement, since such razors are usually performed relatively exactly vertical to the direction of the oscillating movement of the knife block on the skin along. In such a movement whiskers collide with the edges of the recesses or slots and are thus rejected in the direction of the shear blade so that they can be reliably detected by the blade. This is all the more true since a number of known shaving heads in addition to the already described substantially vertically to the shear blade oriented blades also have slitting blades, which are moved relative to the recesses of the shear blade oscillating, and therefore with regard to the in this case usually larger slots, are particularly suitable to capture longer hair safely. On the other hand, most shear blades have only relatively small openings, which can only be used successfully for cutting long hair, if these hairs are frequently moved out of their original position. This is achieved in a particularly simple manner when, as it corresponds to a preferred Wieterbildung, the training is made so that the recesses are formed as wave-shaped slots.
An inventively favorable geometry for detecting such beard stubble can be achieved in that the slots extending transversely to the direction of the oscillating movement alternately to the direction of the oscillating movement have inclined slot areas, wherein the longitudinal axes of adjacent slot areas with each other from a between 80 ° and 120 ° angle, in particular an angle> 90 °, include. With such a design, a good constancy of the remaining length of the whiskers, and thus the impression of a so-called "three-day beard", can be achieved with minimal effort.
In order to promote the erection of stubble and the safe delivery to the cutters, the training is advantageously made so that the edges of the slots adjacent to the envelope surface of the cover protruding knobs or strips are arranged. The strips or nubs can in this case be arranged such that the hairs are aligned in the direction of shaving, optionally erected and fed to the recesses. The knobs or strips can be arranged for example on a narrow side of the slots or on both narrow sides of the slots. In the event that the slots are formed transversely to the direction of oscillation of the shearing blades, nubs may for example be arranged at the edges of the cover and in the middle of the cover between the two regions of the split slots. To improve the erection of the hairs, the knobs or strips may be formed from a material which is softer than the cover, for example from a soft plastic, whereby at the same time also a skin extension is effected, which additionally leads to an erection of the whiskers. The knobs or strips can be arranged directly on the cover or on a separate support element, which can be plugged onto the cover.
A preferred embodiment also results if the boundary surfaces of the recesses have notches and protrusions or are formed with serrations. This will be a provided additional number of edges, which serve the erection and alignment of the whiskers.
In order to achieve a uniform cutting length over the entire region of the shear blade, the design is advantageously developed such that the cover in the region of the recesses has a shape corresponding to the enveloping surface of the shaving head. It is thus ensured a substantially the same distance between the shear system and the cover over the entire area of the shearing system, wherein the cover can lie substantially directly on the shaving head.
To achieve different stubble lengths, it is advantageous in the razor according to the invention to provide a corresponding plurality of cover caps, the design advantageously being such that a plurality of covers with mutually different material thickness or different radii of curvature of the envelope surfaces can be slidably pushed onto the same shaving head is provided.
