Claims (23)
- Carter d'huile (10) pour un moteur à combustion interne (12), avec une partie de fond (18) et une zone d'étanchéité (14) côté bord pour rendre le carter d'huile (10) étanche par rapport au moteur à combustion interne (12), le carter comprenant une pièce de stabilisation (22) qui est reliée à la partie de fond (18) au niveau de la zone d'étanchéité (14) et appartient avec la partie de fond (18) à une double coque (36) renforçant la zone d'étanchéité (14), caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend au moins une entretoise (36) et/ou une cheville disposée(s) entre des zones d'étanchéité opposées (14a, 14b) et qui relie(nt) la pièce de stabilisation (22) de façon supplémentaire avec la partie de fond (18).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'étanchéité (14) présente un épaulement (30) auquel est fixée la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'étanchéité (14) présente une rainure (58) dans laquelle s'engage la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de stabilisation (22) est fixée bout à bout à la zone d'étanchéité (14).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la zone d'étanchéité (14) est disposée au niveau de la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (36) et/ou la cheville est/sont rapportée(s) à la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entretoise (36) et/ou la cheville est/sont rapportée(s) à la partie de fond (18).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie (36a) d'une entretoise (36) s'étend par rapport à un axe longitudinal (62) du carter d'huile (10) sous un angle (64) qui est supérieur à zéro et inférieur à 90°.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que plusieurs entretoises (36) sont disposées de façon imbriquée les unes par rapport aux autres.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que dans la pièce de stabilisation (22), il existe au moins un canal de tranquillisation d'huile (60) qui mène d'une face supérieure de la pièce de stabilisation (22) à un espace (24) entre la pièce de stabilisation (22) et la partie de fond (18).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon la revendication 10 en conjonction avec les revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins un canal de tranquillisation d'huile (60) s'étend par endroits dans une entretoise (36).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie d'un tuyau d'aspiration d'huile (26) est solidaire avec la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une partie d'un tuyau d'aspiration d'huile (26) s'étend dans une entretoise (36).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage de la pièce de stabilisation (22) avec la partie de fond (18) comprend un soudage (32) ou un collage.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage de la pièce de stabilisation (22) avec la partie de fond (18) comprend un assemblage à crans ou à encliquetage ou à crochets (50).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'assemblage de la pièce de stabilisation (22) avec la partie de fond (18) comprend un assemblage à rainure et languette (48).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la pièce de stabilisation (22) présente au moins par endroits un pliage en zigzag (54) et/ou une forme ondulée (52).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'entre la pièce de stabilisation (22) et la partie de fond (18), une pièce intercalaire (56) est disposée qui présente un pliage en zigzag et/ou une forme ondulée et/ou est fabriquée à partir d'un matériau poreux.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le carter d'huile (10) présente une partie peu profonde (18) et une partie profonde (16), et en ce que la pièce de stabilisation (22) est fixée à la zone d'étanchéité (14) de la partie peu profonde (18) et dépasse de la partie peu profonde (18) jusque au-delà ou dans la partie profonde (16).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que la zone de la pièce de stabilisation dépassant jusque au-delà ou dans la partie profonde sert à retenir au moins un élément fonctionnel, par exemple un tuyau d'aspiration d'huile et/ou un filtre à huile.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif anti-turbulence d'huile qui est formé au moins en partie par la pièce de stabilisation (22).
- Carter d'huile (10) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un dispositif anti-turbulence d'huile qui est formé au moins en partie par une pièce disposée dans la position de montage dans la zone de la partie profonde du carter d'huile, la pièce étant fixée dans la position de montage sur le carter de vilebrequin ou une partie de carter correspondante.
- Carter d'huile (10) selon la revendication 22, caractérisé en ce que sur la pièce du dispositif anti-turbulence d'huile, disposée dans la zone de la partie profonde du carter d'huile, une partie d'un tuyau d'aspiration d'huile et/ou d'un filtre à huile est fixée ou rapportée de façon solidaire.
