Claims (5)

  1. Enrouleuse pour enrouler une bande de matériau, en particulier une bande de papier ou de carton, sur au moins un mandrin d'enroulement (4) en une bobine (3) au moyen d'au moins un rouleau (1, 2) sur lequel la bobine (4) repose ou est appliquée pendant l'enroulement, dans laquelle l'enrouleuse est équipée d'au moins un moyen électronique pour compenser les vibrations dudit au moins un rouleau (1, 2) et/ou de la bobine (4), caractérisée en ce que ledit au moins un rouleau (1, 2) peut être entraîné par au moins un moteur synchrone, dans laquelle celui-ci se présente sous la forme d'un moteur à entraînement direct, et un dispositif de commande ou de régulation est associé au moteur d'entraînement et comprend un capteur de valeurs de mesure pour la mesure du courant de moteur du moteur synchrone, dans laquelle le courant de moteur enregistré peut en l'occurrence être reconnu et régulé ou amorti de manière correspondante.
  2. Enrouleuse selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que ledit au moins un moteur à entraînement direct est disposé à l'intérieur de l'enceinte dudit au moins un rouleau (1, 2) et/ou sur l'arbre du rouleau (1, 2) à l'extérieur du rouleau (1, 2).
  3. Enrouleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que le moteur d'entraînement est commandé par un convertisseur de fréquence.
  4. Enrouleuse selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que le moteur d'entraînement est régulé ou commandé en outre par la vitesse de rotation et/ou par le couple.
  5. Enrouleuse selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend un capteur de valeurs de mesure pour la mesure de la position de l'arbre dudit au moins un rouleau (1, 2) et/ou de vibrations de flexion et/ou de torsion dans la direction de l'emprise de deux rouleaux (1, 2) formant une emprise l'un avec l'autre.
