Abstract

Im Gegensatz zu bisherigen Konstruktionen, bei denen ein dreidimensional verformter glasfaserverstärkter Kunststoffrand den optischen Abschluss bildete und die Tagfunktion von in Aluminium eingehaustem Glasfaserharz übernommen wurde, werden bei der erfindungsgemäßen Konstruktion Tragfunktion und optischer Abschluss in einem Profil vereint. Auf diese Weise werden ferner Schmutzansammlungen erschwert und sind solche, sofern vorhanden, wieder leicht zu entfernen. Die Höhe des Randprofils verhindert darüber hinaus, dass Bodenputzwasser die Wandelemente erreicht. Auf das Randprofil können sowohl senkrecht aufgehende glasfaserverstärkte Kunststoffwände aufgesetzt werden, es können aber auch solche Formteile mit Ausbuchtungen für benötigten Installationsbedarf hinter der WC-Kanine, oder Einbuchtungen die schräg nach hinten verlaufen aufgesetzt werden, um so Fußfreiraum für Rollstuhlfahrer zu bilden, die solche Sanitärkabinen benutzen. Die erfindungsgemäße Ausbildung des Randprofils ermöglicht ferner - wie bereits erwähnt - den Sockel für die sichtbare Außenseite der Sanitärkabine zu bilden. Die Form des Randprofils ist so ausgebildet, dass es bündig mit der Trägerplatte ist, so dass mittels einer optischen Verblendung - in der Regel mit Bodenbelagsmaterial aus dem Material des Fahrzeugbodens - der Übergang Bodenplatte/Randprofil verdeckt werden kann. Der Kantenschutzwinkel ist aus Edelstahl gefertigt und deckt die Kante am Boden des Schwellenbereichs bündig ab. Hierzu ist die untere Türlaufschiene im Wechsel mit dem Wagonboden und der Trägerplatte verschraubt. Die Türlaufschiene kann daher bereits bei der Produktion der Bodengruppe fixiert und eingedichtet werden. Modular type sanitary cell for motor vehicles, primarily for railway vehicles equipped with a base tub, a ceiling panel, and with related wall and door elements, characterized in that the base tub is designed by a support platform (11) connectable with the base of the motor vehicle (73) and equipped with a surrounding, friction-locked border profile (50), only interrupted by the entry area (16) of the sanitary cell (10), which is equipped with an integral connecting element (54) for the form-locked acceptance of the wall element (12 -15), while in the entry area of the sanitary cell (10) the support platform (11) is combined with a door sliding rail (70) forming a barrage, avoiding the leakage of water, and all this is arranged so that it is defined for the space-forming design of the sanitary cell (10) through the respective form of the support platform (11) selected according to the space conditions of the motor vehicle to be equipped with the sanitary cell (10).
Sanitary cell according to claim 1, characterized in that the border profile (50), used as wall of the base tub, comprehends a foot (52) oriented towards the support platform (11), equipped with a wide base with a rounded transition area (53) and between the foot (52) and the basement and on the averted ending of the basis there is a spring (54)for a key and slot joint between the border profile (50) and the wall elements (12-15).
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the border profile (50) of the form-locked acceptance of the wall element (12-15) equipped with the spring (54) provides to design the vertically arranged wall components or the inclined form components of the sanitary cell (10).
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 3, characterized in that between the border profile (50) and the support platform (11) there is a bolted connection (51).
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 4, characterized in that between the border profile (50) and the wall elements (12 -15) there is an additional bolted connection (57, 58) designed as cross fastening between the basement consisting of the support platform (11) and the border profile (50) and the wall element of the sanitary cell (10).
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 5, characterized in that in the entry area (16) of the sanitary cell (10) there is a door sliding rail (70) designed as barrage and a bolted fastened with the support platform (11) and the wagon basement (73) and connected with a border protection angle (74) covering the plank bottom (60) of the entry area (16) of the sanitary cell.
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 6, characterized in that the wall element (14) is a formed part consisting of a glass fiber-reinforced synthetic material whose noses and returns (24, 39) on one hand permit the acceptance of electrical, air- and water-technical installations and on the other hand form an expansion space for wheelchair driver's feet.
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 7, characterized in that through the functional aggregation and spatial allocation of toilet and washbasin (18, 19) all electronic, air- and water-technical installations are combined to a central element (20) and are connected with the so called wall element (14) while the remaining wall elements (12, 13, 15, 17) of the sanitary cell (10) exclusively serve as space-forming designed platform components.
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 8, characterized in that the support platform (11) is made of a HPL compact laminate whose walkable planar surface is equipped with a caoutchouc covering (60).
Sanitary cell according to claims 1 to 9, characterized in that the border profile (50) and the wall element (12, 13, 15, 17) is equipped with a sheating (59) forming a basement for the visible external side of the sanitary cell (10).
Sanitary cell according to one or more than one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the wall element (14) designed as GRP formed component is equipped with a slightly horizontal wall area (80) having the shape of a washing stand for the acceptance of the wash basin (19) and with a slightly vertically aligned assembling platform (81) for the acceptance of the toilet (18) which are integral components of the wall element.
