  • these handling members 12 consist of spiral coils, the longitudinal axis "X" of which lies along each row of each mentioned shelf 8.

Claims (10)

  1. Distributeur automatique, comprenant :
    - une structure portante (2) définissant un espace intérieur (3) et ayant une cloison (4) pourvue d'au moins une partie transparente (5),
    - un magasin (6) situé dans l'espace intérieur (3) contenant les produits (7),
    caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend un moyen (20) permettant la sélection directe du produit réel à acheter (7a) reposant derrière une zone prédéterminée (5a) de ladite partie transparente (5) par un utilisateur approchant par exemple sa main de ladite zone prédéterminée (5a) ou en la touchant.
  2. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit moyen (20) permettant la sélection du produit comprend au moins un capteur (21) en mesure de détecter un utilisateur à proximité de la zone prédéterminée (5a) ou le contact de la zone prédéterminée (5a) par l'utilisateur pour sélectionner le produit reposant derrière.
  3. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que ledit capteur (21) est associé à la zone prédéterminée (5a) de ladite partie transparente (5) et de préférence relié ou incorporé à celle-ci, le capteur étant capable de détecter par contact ou à distance, la sélection par un utilisateur d'un article (7a) reposant derrière ladite zone (5a).
  4. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le capteur est associé à, et de préférence, relié à un compartiment contenant les produits respectifs, ledit capteur détectant la proximité d'un utilisateur ou le contact par ce dernier de ladite zone prédéterminée (5a) de la partie transparente (5) derrière laquelle se trouve l'article souhaité.
  5. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une surface extérieure (5a) de ladite partie transparente (5) est un écran tactile (13) prévu pour être touché par un utilisateur à proximité d'un produit reposant derrière pour l'identification et la sélection du produit lui-même.
  6. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite zone prédéterminée (5a) et/ou ladite partie transparente (5) permettent un accès visuel direct aux produits (7) pouvant être sélectionnés.
  7. Distributeur automatique selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ledit écran tactile (13) consiste en un élément plat sensitif et transparent de ladite partie transparente (5).
  8. Distributeur automatique selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit magasin (6) ou chaque rayon (8) du magasin est mobile de façon coulissante entre une première position avancée et une seconde position rétractée le long de guides coulissants (10).
  9. Procédé de vente de produits par le biais de distributeurs automatiques comprenant une structure portante (2) définissant un espace intérieur (3) et ayant une cloison (4) pourvue d'au moins une partie transparente (5) et un magasin (6) contenant les produits (7) prévus à la vente ainsi qu'un espace de ramassage (11), le procédé comprenant les étapes de :
    - s'approcher d'une zone prédéterminée (5a) ou toucher ladite zone prédéterminée (5a) de ladite partie transparente (5) en face d'un article réel souhaité (7a) pour sélectionner l'article lui-même ;
    - déplacer l'article réel sélectionné (7a) vers l'espace de ramassage (11) ; et
    - prendre l'article réel sélectionné (7a).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend de plus les étapes de :
    - disposer le magasin (6) dans une première position fonctionnelle, avant la sélection, de manière à déplacer les produits (7) à proximité de la partie transparente (5) pour augmenter la visibilité et faciliter l'identification desdits produits ;
    - déplacer le magasin vers une seconde position fonctionnelle de manière à ce que les produits soient éloignés de la partie transparente (5) et à ce que soit créé un espace (9) entre ledit magasin (6) et la partie transparente (5) pour permettre le ramassage de l'article souhaité (7a).
