  1.   5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième guide se compose d'un tube de guidage (18) traversant ou d'une pluralité de sections de tube de guidage disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le plan coaxial, à une certaine distance les unes des autres.
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage ou les sections de tube de guidage sont composés de parties de demi-tube reliées entre elles.
  7.
