Claims (14)
- Dispositif de déplacement actionné par moteur et force d'un hayon, pivotable autour d'un axe de rotation, d'un véhicule, notamment d'un véhicule automobile, avec un ressort sous pression gazeuse (1") hors du cylindre (2) duquel une tige de piston (3) est unilatéralement guidée vers l'extérieur et articulée à un composant fixe de la carrosserie du véhicule ou, à une certaine distance de l'axe de rotation, au hayon et le cylindre (2) du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1") étant articulé, à une certaine distance de l'axe de rotation, au hayon ou au composant de la carrosserie et pouvant être entraîné, avec un élément de poussée/traction flexible relié de façon active, avec sa première extrémité, au hayon ainsi que de façon motorisée par un entraînement réversible dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"), la zone d'extrémité, activement reliée au hayon, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant guidée dans un guide rigide à la flexion s'étendant dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1") et la partie, conduisant à l'entraînement, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant guidée dans une enveloppe flexible et le guide s'étendant parallèlement à côté du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"), le guide étant relié de façon rigide, avec sa première extrémité, à l'extrémité libre, saillant hors du cylindre (2), de la tige de piston (3) et la zone d'extrémité, pouvant coulisser dans le guide, de l'élément de poussée/traction, étant reliée au cylindre (2), caractérisé en ce qu'une fente (14) s'étendant dans sa direction d'extension longitudinale est réalisée dans le guide sur son côté orienté vers le cylindre (2), une partie de raccordement (15) reliant fixement la zone d'extrémité de l'élément de poussée/traction au cylindre (2) saillant dans le plan radial à travers ladite fente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le guide se compose d'un tube de guidage (4") traversant ou d'une pluralité de sections de tube de guidage disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le plan coaxial, à une certaine distance les unes des autres.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage (4") ou les sections de tube de guidage sont composés de parties de demi-tube (16, 17) reliées entre elles.
- Dispositif de déplacement actionné par moteur et force d'un hayon, pivotable autour d'un axe de rotation, d'un véhicule, notamment d'un véhicule automobile, avec un ressort sous pression gazeuse (1") hors du cylindre (2) duquel une tige de piston (3) est unilatéralement guidée vers l'extérieur et fixée à un composant fixe de la carrosserie du véhicule et le cylindre (2) du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"') étant relié, à une certaine distance de l'axe de rotation, au hayon via la première extrémité d'un élément de poussée/traction flexible et pouvant être entraîné de façon motorisée par un entraînement réversible dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"'), la zone d'extrémité, reliée au hayon, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant guidée dans un guide rigide à la flexion et la partie, conduisant à l'entraînement, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant guidée dans une enveloppe flexible et le guide étant articulé à un composant fixe du véhicule à une certaine distance de l'axe de rotation, un deuxième guide étant fixé à un composant fixe de la carrosserie, ledit guide s'étendant parallèlement, à côté du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"'), la partie, conduisant au hayon, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant guidée vers l'extérieur hors de son extrémité libre ouverte opposée à la tige de piston (3) et la zone d'extrémité, pouvant être coulissée dans le deuxième guide, de l'élément de poussée/traction étant reliée au cylindre (2), sachant qu'une fente (14) s'étendant dans sa direction d'extension longitudinale est réalisée dans le second guide sur son côté orienté vers le cylindre (2), une partie de raccordement (15) reliant fixement la zone d'extrémité de l'élément de poussée/traction au cylindre (2) saillant dans le plan radial à travers ladite fente.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le deuxième guide se compose d'un tube de guidage (18) traversant ou d'une pluralité de sections de tube de guidage disposées les unes derrière les autres dans le plan coaxial, à une certaine distance les unes des autres.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le tube de guidage ou les sections de tube de guidage sont composés de parties de demi-tube reliées entre elles.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications 4 à 6, caractérisé en ce que le cylindre (2) du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"') est entraîné par un entraînement par broche de façon à pouvoir être déplacé dans la direction d'extension longitudinale du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"').
- Dispositif selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une broche filetée (21) s'étendant parallèlement à la direction d'extension longitudinale du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"') est fixée, avec sa première extrémité, au cylindre (2) du ressort sous pression gazeuse (1"'), un écrou de broche (22) fixe dans le plan axial entraîné en rotation par un entraînement motorisé étant disposé sur la broche filetée (21).
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de pression/traction est un câble (5, 5').
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'entraînement motorisé est un moteur électrique (24) réversible.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le moteur électrique est non autobloquant.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'un hayon est entraîné en pivotement par plusieurs dispositifs.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'élément de poussée/traction est entraîné par l'entraînement via un embrayage, notamment un embrayage électromécanique.
- Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la vitesse de déplacement du hayon peut être déterminée par un capteur et que sa valeur de mesure peut être comparée à une valeur théorique, sachant qu'en cas de valeur de mesure plus réduite que la valeur théorique, l'entraînement en entrée peut être commandé de façon à pouvoir être arrêté ou inversé.
