Description

  • The present invention relates to a receiving frame for mounting in a railing drawer and a railing drawer with such a receiving frame.
  • For use in a drawer with a bottom a receiving frame for a plurality of waste containers is known ( DE 200 06 296 UI). The mounting frame has floor supports, with which it can be set up on the floor of the drawer. On the longitudinal sides of the receiving frame side walls are provided, which are arranged so that they cover from the outside and thus allow a closed view, In a railing drawer with above the drawer racks arranged rails cover the side walls and the rails.
  • A railing drawer, each with a drawer on each longitudinal side and each above the drawer of a railing and with a front wall and a rear wall is made of US-A-4,872,735 to be taken as an example.
  • The well-known, initially explained receiving frame requires because of its floor supports mandatory a floor in the drawer. For bottomless drawers and for correspondingly deep waste containers, it is not suitable.
  • From other prior art, a bottomless drawer is known, which is commonly used in a kitchen cabinet, for example, for waste separation use ( DE-U-94 14 004 ). This bottomless drawer has a front wall, a rear wall and on each of its longitudinal sides a drawer frame. The front wall, the drawer and the rear wall are connected together and form a frame construction. At this frame construction, a receiving frame is provided. The mounting frame itself spans the space left by the frame construction. For receiving refuse containers recesses are provided in the receiving frame, can be suspended in the waste container. By this hanging relatively high waste containers can be stably accommodate. Similarly designed are the drawers of the WO-A-92/07494 and the EP-A-1 155 639 ,
  • A disadvantage of this construction is that no standard drawer can be used, since devices for holding the receiving frame must be present at the drawer units.
  • Also in the bottomless drawer according to the DE-A-102 25 002 the receiving frame is directly connected to the left and right arranged drawer. Here are the telescopic rails of drawer frames edge-side part of the mounting frame. At a considerable vertical distance from the actual drawer with the side drawer and the receiving frame is below another set of telescopic rails right and left, which are directly connected to a front panel.   • The teaching is based on the problem, the known receiving frame in such a way that it is fastened in a railing drawer in a particularly simple manner. Furthermore, a simple installation should be ensured when mounting the mounting frame in a bottomless railing drawer and at the same time a high rigidity can be achieved, the existing space should be optimally usable.
  • The invention solves the problem explained above with a mounting frame for mounting in a railing drawer with the features of claim 1. The problem is solved even with a railing drawer with the features of claim 9. Preferred embodiments and further developments are the subject of the respective subclaims ,
  • The solution of the problem according to the invention utilizes that in each case above the drawer a rail is provided. The mounting frame is designed floor-free and has on the long sides side tabs. The mounting frame is arranged with the side flaps cross the rails and hung with the side flaps on the rails. The receiving frame is thereby fastened in a particularly simple manner in the drawer.
  • It can further be provided that the receiving frame is attached to the front wall and / or on the rear wall of the railing drawer. It is also conceivable a combination of the two mounting options, in which the receiving frame is fixed to the front wall or the rear wall and additionally rests on the rail either by deflection due to its weight or arranged between the rail and the receiving frame elastic elements, so that a better support of the receiving frame is achieved.
  • In a preferred embodiment, the side flaps of the receiving frame are formed by side walls. The railing is then completely covered by the side walls, so that a visually appealing overall impression is achieved. It is particularly advantageous if the side walls are arranged substantially flush with the drawer and flush with these. The drawer is completely closed on the sides, so that easy cleaning is possible.
  • Particularly preferred is an embodiment of the receiving frame, in which the side flaps opposite guide counterparts are arranged on the underside of the receiving frame. The side flaps form together with the guide counterparts a groove for receiving the respective rail, so that the receiving frame is supported particularly well and is stored safe to move.
  • Preferably, an additional stabilization frame is provided for the drawer, which is arranged within the frame construction, ie in the amount of the drawer units. The stabilization frame stiffens the frame construction, so that it is additionally supported against distortion and deflection. The stabilizer frame acts similar to a bottom of the drawer with respect to the rigidity of the frame structure, but without blocking the space below the receiving frame.

  • Fig. 1 shows a bottomless drawer 1, which is arranged in a cabinet 2 extendable. The cabinet 2 is usually a kitchen cabinet. The bottomless drawer 1 can also be used in every other cabinet 2. Kitchen cabinets, however, are particularly suitable, since especially in the kitchen area a large number of containers, for example, for waste is required.   • The bottomless drawer 1 has on each longitudinal side of a drawer 3, 4. The drawer 3, 4 serve to extendable arrangement of the drawer 1. For this purpose, a rail guide is provided on the drawer 3, 4, which is formed by pull-telescopic rails 5. The pull-telescopic rails 5 each consist of a fixed rail 6 which is fixed to the cabinet 2, and a traveling rail 7 which is fixed to the drawer 1.   • The drawer 1 also has a front wall 8, a rear wall 9 and a receiving frame 10. The front wall 8, the drawer 3, 4 and the rear wall 9 are connected to each other and thus form a frame structure 11. The frame structure 11 leaves a space that the receiving frame 10 spans substantially completely. Since it is a bottomless drawer 1, the receiving frame 10 is carried out floor support. The receiving frame 10 has at least one recess 12 for hanging receiving a container 13. In the illustrated embodiment ( Fig. 1 . 2 ), the receiving frame 10 has three recesses 12 for each container 13. The containers 13 are in particular waste containers, but it is also possible to use any other type of containers. For the container 13 lids may be provided which rest directly on the containers 13, or which are arranged in the cabinet 2 and the container 13 close only when the drawer is inserted into the cabinet 2.
  • At the drawer 1 is above the drawer 3, 4 a railing 14, 15 is arranged, so it is a railing drawer. The rail 14, 15 is arranged so that it is at least in its central region of the drawer 3, 4 spaced. The receiving frame 10 has on its longitudinal sides side plates 16, 17 and is arranged with these the rails 14, 15 across. The receiving frame 10 is thus arranged as high as possible on the drawer 1, so that the available height in the cabinet 2 is fully utilized as possible and correspondingly a large container volume can be achieved. For this purpose, the spacing of the railing 14, 15 of the respective drawer 3, 4 is used.
  • A particularly simple attachment of the receiving frame 10 is achieved when the receiving frame 10 is mounted with the side flaps 16, 17 on the rails 14, 15. In the context of manufacturing tolerances, however, a slight displacement of the receiving frame 10 is still possible in this case. In a preferred and shown here embodiment, the receiving frame 10 is therefore attached to the front wall 8 and to the rear wall 9 ( Fig. 1 ). The attachment is done here by screwing. Depending on the embodiment of the receiving frame 10, the rails 14, 15 are always used to suspend the receiving frame 10, or at least to do so, since the receiving frame 10 bends due to its inherent elasticity or due to a corresponding load through the container 13 and then due to only a small distance to the rails 14, 15 supported on these.
  • Alternatively, it can also be provided that the receiving frame 10 is attached only to the front wall 8 or only on the rear wall 9 and the rest rests on the rails 14, 15. The one-sided attachment secures the receiving frame 10 in this case against slipping.
  • Furthermore, it is possible for the rails 14, 15 to have elastic elements 18 at least in partial areas ( Fig. 3 ), on which the receiving frame 10 rests. These elastic members 18 are slightly compressed in a mounting of the receiving frame 10 on the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9, so that the receiving frame 10 is fastened simultaneously to the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 and by means of the elastic elements 18 on the rails 14th 15 rests securely.
  • For attachment to the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9, the receiving frame 10 on the respective wall 8, 9 facing the transverse side downwardly angled fastening means 19. The downwardly angled fastening means 19 is designed here as a downwardly angled edge of the receiving frame 10. The downwardly angled fastener 19 is therefore not visible to the user of the drawer 1. Alternatively, it is possible not to bend the fastener 19 down but upwards. As a result, the angled fastener 19 is visible to the user of the drawer 1, but also easier to assemble.
  • Also possible is a combination of downwardly angled fastener 19 and upwardly angled fastener 19 to support the receiving frame 10 better.
  • In the event that the angled fastener 19 only serves to secure the receiving frame 10 against slipping, the receiving frame 10 but otherwise supported by the rails 14, 15, it is advantageous to provide in the angled fastener 19 slots through which the up Take frame 10 on the respective wall 8, 9 can be screwed.
  • Fig. 1 and 2 It can be seen that the side flaps 16, 17 of the receiving frame 10 are formed in the embodiment shown here by side walls. The side walls completely cover the rails 14, 15 and thus lead to a visually appealing overall impression. Here and preferably, the side walls with the drawer 3, 4 are arranged substantially flush and close with these flush ( Fig. 2 ). All this together allows a particularly simple cleaning, since a substantially smooth outer surface is achieved.
  • The receiving frame 10 has recesses 12 for each container 13. Each recess 12 is bounded by downwardly angled side edges 20 ( Fig. 3 ). The downwardly angled side edges 20 are here and preferably arranged substantially completely circumferentially around the recess 12. In this case, small interruptions may be provided, for example, in the corners in the angled side edges 20. Alternatively, downwardly angled side edges 20 may also be provided only in partial areas.   • Fig. 3 shows an embodiment in which the receiving frame 10 on its underside of the side flaps 16, 17 opposite guide counterparts 21, 22 has. The side flaps 16, 17 together with the guide counterparts 21, 22 each have a groove 23 for receiving the rails 14, 15. The receiving frame 10 is characterized in that the rails 14, 15 engage in the grooves 23, better supported and by the additional guide counterparts 21, 22 additionally secured against twisting and bending.
  • The receiving frame 10 is usually made of metal or plastic. In the case of a metal receiving frame 10, production from sheet metal is particularly suitable, while a plastic receiving frame 10 is particularly suitable for injection molding.
  • The dimensions of the receiving frame 10 are made such that it covers the drawer 1 substantially completely. The complete Überdekkung the drawer 1 should ensure that the existing space can be optimally used and filled by container 13 and nothing can fall past the containers 13.
  • The rails 14, 15 of the drawer 1 are here and preferably connected to the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 ( Fig. 1 ).   • Fig. 1 shows an embodiment in which the front wall 8 of the drawer 1 at the same time forms a front panel. This may additionally have a handle option to pull the drawer 1 from the cabinet 2 can. Alternatively, however, it can also be provided that an additional front panel is arranged on the front wall 8. These may also have a corresponding Griffinöglichkeit.
  • The drawer 1 here and preferably has an additional stabilizing frame 24. The stabilization frame 24 is disposed within the frame structure 11 and stiffen this. For this purpose, the stabilizing frame 24 is located substantially completely on the drawer 3, 4, the front wall 8 and the rear wall 9 and is connected to these and / or stiffened.   • The receiving frame 10 has drawer 3, 4 associated longitudinal sides and front wall 8 and rear wall 9 of the drawer 1 facing transverse sides. The receiving frame 10 is designed so that it covers a free space in the drawer 1, as soon as it is inserted into the drawer 1. Claims (13)

  1. Accommodating frame

    wherein the accommodating frame (10) is designed to cover a free space in the drawer (1) and
    wherein the accommodating frame (10) has at least one recess (12) for accommodating a container (13), in particular a refuse container, preferably in a suspended manner,
