Claims (10)

  1. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) pour le raccordement à un ensemble de lignes, qui est conçue en particulier sous forme de douille de contact radial, présentant les caractéristiques suivantes :
    - plusieurs éléments de contact longitudinal (10) pour la mise en contact d'une fiche,
    - un manchon (20) entourant les éléments de contact longitudinal (10),
    - un raccordement d'ensemble de lignes (30) est placé
    sur le manchon (20),
    caractérisée en ce que
    les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) et le manchon (20) sont réalisés d'une seule pièce avec une feuillure (15) s'étendant sur toute la largeur du manchon (20).
  2. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la douille (1) présente plusieurs éléments de contact longitudinal (10) qui sont tordus dans une forme hyperbolique.
  3. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) et le manchon (20) sont prévus comme construction découpée et pliée.
  4. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) sont formés par le découpage d'espaces intermédiaires (11).
  5. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce que les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) s'étendent parallèlement entre eux essentiellement sur l'ensemble de la longueur de la douille (1) et des nervures (12) formées d'une seule pièce avec les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) et agencées perpendiculairement sont prévues sur chaque extrémité (10e) des éléments de contact longitudinal (10), lesquelles nervures relient les éléments de contact longitudinal (10).
  6. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisée en ce qu'un raccordement d'ensemble de lignes (30) est prévu d'une seule pièce avec la douille (20) et les éléments de contact longitudinal (10) pour la mise en contact de l'ensemble de lignes.
  7. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement d'ensemble de lignes (30) présente une géométrie de sertissage.
  8. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement d'ensemble de lignes (30) présente un renforcement de matériau.
  9. Douille électrique de connecteur à fiches (1) selon la revendication 6, caractérisée en ce que le raccordement d'ensemble de lignes (30) comprend plusieurs broches (30p) pour la fixation de la douille (1) sur une platine.
  10. Procédé pour fabriquer une douille électrique de connecteur à fiches comprenant plusieurs éléments de contact longitudinal pour la mise en contact d'une fiche et un manchon entourant les éléments de contact longitudinal à base d'une pièce conductrice élément monobloc, en particulier une tôle avec les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - découpage d'une forme de base et découpage des éléments de contact longitudinal, qui s'étendent sur une première zone partielle de la forme de base, et immédiatement après
    - pliage de la forme de base sur la transition de la première zone partielle en une seconde zone partielle,
    - enroulement de la forme de base pliée en une douille sensiblement cylindrique, la première zone partielle formant avec les éléments de contact longitudinal un côté intérieur de la douille et la seconde zone partielle formant un manchon de la douille, caractérisé par une feuillure s'étendant sur l'ensemble de la largeur du manchon et par les autres étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - établissement d'une première liaison par adhérence de forces soit sur la soudure de contact de la première zone partielle de la forme de base enroulée soit sur la soudure de contact de la seconde zone partielle de la forme de base enroulée,
    - déplacement de la première zone partielle par rapport à la seconde zone partielle dans le sens de rotation,
    - établissement d'une seconde liaison par adhérence de forces sur la soudure de contact encore ouverte soit de la seconde zone partielle soit de la première zone partielle.
