Description
- La présente invention a trait à un cylindre à gachettes asservi et à la clé asservie correspondante.
- En particulier, le cylindre à gâchettes asservi est interchangeable et extractible, grâce à l'utilisation d'une clé d'extraction.
- On connaît déjà des cylindres à gâchettes, et même des cylindres à gâchettes qui sont démontables (extractibles grâce à l'utilisation d'une clé d'extraction). Le Modèle d'Utilité espagnol 1009297 et les Brevets US2829513 et US1328074, par exemple, en constituent des précédents clairs qui font partie de l'état actuel de la technique.
- Le document US 2 358 164 A, décrit la combinaison d'un cylindre à paillettes (gâchettes) et une clé que dispose sur l'une de ses faces, d'un enfoncement dont la largeur minimale est la distance entre la cote maximale atteinte par les bossages des paillettes qui se déplacent dans un sens et la cote maximale qu'atteignent ceux des paillettes, qui se déplacent dans le sens contraire. Selon ce document, chaque paillette comporte aussi, dans sa fenêtre intérieur, un autre bossage disposé sur le côté opposé à celui du bossage intérieur et la clé dispose sur la face opposée un enfoncement profilé se conjuguant avec les autres bossages des fenêtres intérieures des paillettes. Dans un autre mode de réalisation tous les bossages sont remplacés par des rainures ou échelons et la clé comporte une double denture sur une face et elle présente une surface plate dans la face opposée.
- L'objet essentiel de l'invention est "d'asservir" les gâchettes du cylindre à gâchettes.
- Le passe-partout correspondant est également un objet essentiel de l'invention, pour que le cylindre à gâchettes agisse avec les gâchettes étant "asservies".
- Un objet additionnel de l'invention est que ce cylindre à gâchettes asservi soit extractible grâce à l'utilisation d'un passe-partout d'extraction.
- La clé utilisée est à double rainure ouverte et elle est réversible.
- L'invention a pour objet une combinaison d'un cylindre et une clé selon la revendication 1.
- Selon l'invention, le cylindre à gâchettes asservi, dans lequel chaque gâchette dispose d'une fenêtre intérieure avec une protubérance extérieure, sur laquelle agit un ressort et un bossage intérieur, sur lequel agit la clé et qui est à l'origine du déplacement de la gâchette et, les bossages intérieurs étant à différentes hauteurs et les gâchettes disposées pour que les unes se déplacent dans un sens et les autres en sens contraire, se caractérise par le fait que chaque gâchette comporte, dans sa fenêtre intérieure, un échelon disposé du côté opposé à celle du bossage intérieure.
- Selon l'invention, le passe-partout:
- a) dispose, sur l'une de ses faces, d'une rainure dont la largeur minimale est la distance entre la cote maximale atteinte par les bossages des gâchettes qui se déplacent dans un sens et la cote maximale qu'atteignent ceux des gâchettes qui se déplacent dans le sens contraire;
- b) dispose, sur sa face opposée, d'une rainure ayant une double denture se conjuguant avec les échelons des fenêtres intérieures des gâchettes.
- Pour mieux comprendre l'objet de la présente invention, on a représenté sur les plans une forme préférentielle de réalisation susceptible de changements accessoires qui n'en dénaturent pas le fondement.
- La figure 1 représente un cylindre à gâchettes (1) conventionnel (en vue latérale et en vue frontale).
- La figure 2 représente aussi bien une gâchette -gauche (2a)/droite (2b)- dans ses positions relatives qu'une clé (3) conventionnelle.
- La figure 3 représente une vue similaire à la figure 2, mais d'une réalisation pratique de l'objet de l'invention, avec une gâchette - gauche (2'a)-droite (2'b)- et avec son passe-partout (3').
- La figure 4 représente une vue en perspective frontale et postérieure du passe-partout (3) de la figure 3 objet de l'invention.
- On connaît déjà les serrures qui disposent d'un cylindre (1) ayant une pluralité de cavités (10) où l'on dispose des gâchettes (2) auto-retenues agissant les unes (2a) dans le sens conrtaire des autres (2b).
- Les gâchettes (2) sont de celles qui disposent d'une protubérance extérieure (21) sur laquelle agit un ressort (m) et d'une fenêtre intérieure (20) avec un bossage intérieur (22).
- Sur chaque gâchette (2), on fait que son bossage intérieur (22) soit à la même/différente hauteur (h) par rapport à un axe imaginaire (e).
- La clé (3) conventionnelle dispose dans la rainure (31) de chaque face de protubérances (30) se conjuguant avec les bossages intérieurs (22) respectifs des gâchettes (2), de sorte qu'en introduisant la clé (3) dans les fenêtres (20), les gâchettes (2) subissent un déplacement qui permet l'ouverture de la serrure.
- Conformément à un mode de réalisation de l'invention, on dispose deux gâchettes (2') par rainure de travail (10), une gauche (2'a) et l'autre droite (2'b) disposées de telle sorte dans la rainure (10) que l'une (2'a) agit dans le sens contraire de l'autre (2'b).
- Conformément à l'invention, chaque gâchette (2'a), (2'b) comporte, dans sa fenêtre intérieure (20') un échelon (23) disposé du côté opposé à celui du bossage intérieur (22').
- Ces échelons (23) sont disposés sur les gâchettes (2') a différentes hauteurs (h3) par rapport à laxe imaginaire (e).
- Sur la figure 3, on a représenté les gâchettes (2') avec les bossages (22') plus éloignés de l'axe imaginaire (e), de façon à ce que la somme des valeurs absolues de leurs hauteurs (h1), (h2) par rapport à cet axe imaginaire soit maximale: (h1 + h2) max.
- Le passe-partout (3') dispose, sur l'une de ses faces, d'une rainure (31') dont la largeur minimale (d1) est, au moins, égale à la distance entre la cote maximale (h1) atteinte par les bossages (22') des gâchettes (2'a) qui se déplacent dans un sens et la cote maximale (h2) atteinte par les bossages (22') des gâchettes (2b) qui se déplacent dans le sens contraire: d1≥(h1 + h2).
- Avec cette rainure (31'), la clé (3') englobe, lorsqu'elle est introduite dans la fenêtre (20'), tous les bossages intérieurs (22') de toutes les gâchettes (2').
- Sur la figure 3, la rainure (31) a une largeur (d1) uniforme.
- Le passe-partout (3') dispose également, sur sa face opposée, d'une rainure (32) à double denture (30') se conjuguant avec les échelons (23) des fenêtres intérieures (20') des gâchettes (2'a), (2'b) ; de la sorte, la rainure (32) de cette face se comporte vis-à-vis des échelons (23) en ayant les possibilités d'une clé conventionnelle.
- Le cylindre (1) dispose d'une rainure additionnelle de retenue (10') où l'on a disposé une gâchette additionnelle pour retenir le cylindre (1). Cette gâchette additionnelle est actionnée par un passe-partout spécial -pas représenté- qui a les mêmes dimensions et la même forme que le passe-partout (3'), mais un découpage (supplémentaire) différent, pour pouvoir agir sur cette gâchette de retenue et pouvoir extraire le cylindre (1).
Claims (3)
- Cylindre à gâchettes asservi et clé asservie correspondante, chaque gâchette disposant d'une fenêtre intérieure (20') avec une protubérance extérieure (21'), sur laquelle agit un ressort (m), et un bossage intérieur (22'), sur lequel agit la clé (3') et qui permet le déplacement de la gâchette (2'), les bossages intérieurs (22') étant à différentes hauteurs et avec les gâchettes disposée pour que les unes (2'a) se déplacent dans un sens et les autres (2'b) dans le sens contraire; la clé (3') dispose, sur l'une de ses faces, d'un renfoncement (31') dont la largeur minimale (d1) est la distance entre la cote maximale (h1) atteinte par les bossages (22') des gâchettes (2'a) qui se déplacent dans un sens et la cote maximale (h2) qu'atteignent ceux des gâchette (2'b), qui se déplacent dans le sens contraire; se caractérisant par le fait que:a) chaque gâchette (2') comporte, dans sa fenêtre intérieure (20'), un échelon (23) disposé sur le côté opposé à celui du bossage intérieur (22');b) la clé (3') disposé sur sa face opposée à la face du renfoncement (31') d'une double denture (30') se conjuguant avec les échelons (23) des fenêtres intérieures (20') des gâchettes (2'a, 2'b).
- - Cylindre à gâchettes asservi et clé asservie correspondante, selon la revendication 1 antérieure, se caractérisant par le fait que le cylindre (1) dispose des rainures (10) de travail et on dispose deux gâchettes (2'a, 2'b) par rainure de travail (10) s'introduisant dans chacune d'entre elles, de manière à agir en sens contraire l'une (2'a) par rapport à l'autre (2'b).
- - Cylindre à gâchettes asservi et clé asservie correspondante, selon les revendications 1 ou 2 antérieures, se caractérisant par le fait que le cylindre (1) dispose d'une rainure de retenue (10') avec une gâchette additionnelle, et la clé (3') dispose d'un découpage supplémentaire qui agit sur la gâchette de retenue, ce qui permet l'extraction du cylindre (1).
