Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a soundproofing element comprising a front and a back, side parts and a top flange and a bottom flange, wherein the upper and / or lower flange with the front and / or back of the soundproofing element is firmly connected to each other via at least one connection or are, as well as a manufacturable with the soundproofing elements soundproofing wall and a method for producing the soundproofing element.
Acoustic screens, which are constructed of horizontally or vertically composite generic soundproofing elements are well known in the art, in particular to shield residential and resting areas of people against noise sources, such as rail lines or busy roads. Such soundproofing elements are usually made of aluminum and have in their interior suitable insulating materials in order to best absorb the noise emitted by the noise source.
The assembly of generic sound insulation elements is relatively expensive, since the front and back, between which appropriate Dämmaterialien are arranged, both with an upper and a lower flange must be connected so that a positive connection is obtained, even under heavy loads for a long period is stable. Furthermore, the elements used for the compound, such as e.g. Rivets, not old.
From the prior art is to form the upper and lower straps known on the one hand that end portions of the front and / or back are bent by about 90 ° to then superimposed represent the upper and lower straps, and have a corresponding profile to to allow a succession of corresponding sound insulation elements according to a tongue and groove system. However, the mere bending of end portions provides an easily detachable connection and has insufficient stability.
On the other hand, it is known from the prior art that correspondingly bent end sections can also be connected to one another by riveting. In addition, it is known that separate upper and lower chords can be attached with appropriate profile by means of rivets on separate front and rear sides of soundproofing elements. However, the application of rivets is time-consuming and costly in the assembly process of soundproofing elements.
An den Plattenrändern sind elastische Federn ausgebildet, welche in jeweils eine von der Profilleiste gebildete, hinterschnittene Längsnut eingerastet sind.EP 0 949 382 A2 describes a generic soundproofing element and a soundproof wall, which is constructed of side walled and / or stacked wall elements fixed between posts. The wall element has two oppositely spaced, parallel wall plates and two profile strips, via which the two wall plates are connected to each other along two mutually opposite plate edges. At the plate edges elastic springs are formed, which are engaged in each one formed by the profile strip, undercut longitudinal groove.
From DE 298 21 342 U1 a soundproof wall made of assemble, generic soundproofing elements is known in which perforated plates consisting of front and rear sides are folded at their longitudinal edges so that they can engage in undercut grooves of retaining profiles.
Thereafter, the folded longitudinal edges of the perforated plates are first hung in a holding profile and then pivoted in a mutually parallel position. Another retaining profile, which is to connect the perforated plates at the, the first holding profile opposite end, can then be inserted between these perforated plates or the folds, so that the soundproof wall is closed. By pushing out the retaining profiles, the connection of the individual components can be easily solved again, which leads to insufficient stability in a mounted noise protection wall.
Finally, DE 91 06 804.5 describes a noise protection element for the formation of noise barriers, profile rails are bent so that after a tongue and groove system a juxtaposition of noise protection elements is possible.
The present invention has for its object that generic soundproofing element further develop such that the disadvantages of the prior art are overcome, in particular a permanently stable soundproofing element can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner, which can be used for the construction of soundproof walls.
A further object of the invention was to provide a method for producing such soundproofing elements.
The first object is achieved in that the upper and / or lower flange has a base profile and projecting from the base profile in the direction of the base profile umbiegbaren bridge, wherein at least one bent end portion of the front and / or back of the soundproofing element between the Base profile and the bent bridge of the upper and / or lower belt is clamped.
It is preferably provided that the front, the back, the side parts and / or the upper and / or lower flange is made of aluminum or are.
It is further provided that the front and / or back has or have a trapezoidal profile, preferably with a depth of 5 to 30 mm, particularly preferably 20 mm.
It is particularly preferred that the front of the soundproofing element comprises a perforated plate, wherein the individual holes have a diameter of 2-12 mm, preferably 5 mm.
It is inventively provided that the thickness of the front and back, the side parts and the upper and / or lower belt 0.5 to 2 mm, preferably 1 mm.
Furthermore, it is provided that the upper and lower chord each having an extruded profile, so that a plurality of sound insulation elements can be arranged positively to one another after a tongue and groove system.
In a further embodiment it is provided that between the front and rear insulating elements, such as insulation boards made of mineral fiber insulation, Holzspanzementplatten or the like, are arranged.
According to the invention is also a soundproof wall, which is constructed of soundproofing elements according to the invention. In this case, the soundproofing elements can be arranged horizontally or vertically.
- i) Bereitstellen von Ober- und/oder Untergurten aus Strangpreßprofilen, die ein Basisprofil und einen von dem Basisprofil abstehenden, in Richtung auf das Basisprofil umbiegbaren Steg aufweisen;
- i) Provision of upper and / or lower chords of extruded profiles, which have a base profile and a projecting from the base profile, in the direction of the base profile bendable bridge;
- ii) inserting at least one bent end portion of a front and / or rear side of the soundproofing element between the web and the base profile of the upper and / or lower flange; and
- iii) bending the web toward the base profile to clamp the end portion between the base profile and the web.
The present invention is based on the surprising finding that soundproofing elements can be produced in a simple and cost-effective manner by the upper and / or lower chords of such an element with the corresponding front and back sides can be positively and firmly connected when a connection between the straps and the front and / or back as described in the present application. This connection can be achieved simply by a bent end portion of the front and / or back between a web of the upper and / or lower chord and the base profile of the upper and / or lower chord is used so that the web only on the end portion must be bent to firmly clamp the end portion between the bent web and base profile. The attachment of rivets or any other fasteners is no longer required, but rather the soundproofing element according to the invention shows a positive and non-detachable stable connection between the straps and the front and / or back. The soundproofing elements according to the invention show a high fatigue strength even at high frequency dynamic load, for example when an ICE train at 300 km / h. to noise barriers, which are constructed from the soundproofing elements according to the invention, passes over. It should also be noted that no aging fasteners, such as rivets, are required and also no shearing can take place. Ein solcher Nut-Bereich 6a ist auf einfache Art und Weise lösbar und stellt eine nicht zufriedenstellende Stabilität für diesen Bereich bereit.FIGS. 1-5 show detail-wise generic soundproofing elements 1a-1e, which are known from the prior art, wherein FIG. 1 shows a detail of a soundproofing element 1a, in the end sections 2a, 3a of a front and a back side 4a, 5a bent by about 90 ° and are also profiled to provide an overlapping manner a groove portion 6a for superimposing several soundproofing elements. Such a groove portion 6a is easily detachable and provides unsatisfactory stability for this range.
As can be seen from FIG. 2, with a soundproofing element 16, the bent-over end sections can also be connected by rivets 7b or other connecting elements.
Figur 3 zeigt einen Ausschnitt eines gattungsgemäßen Schallschutzelements 1c, bei dem ein separater Obergurt 8c mit entsprechendem Profil über Nieten 7c an einer Vorderseite 4c bzw. einer Rückseite 5c befestigt werden kann.FIG. 3 shows a detail of a generic soundproofing element 1c, in which a separate upper flange 8c with a corresponding profile can be fastened via rivets 7c to a front side 4c or a rear side 5c.
Figures 4 and 5 show a detail of other generic sound insulation elements 1d, 1e, in which a separate
The soundproof wall 1f is mounted on a concrete base 11 and comprises by way of example two soundproofing elements 1f, which are arranged one above the other. The soundproofing elements 1f shown in FIG. 6 include trapezoidal front and
A firm and stable connection of the
Figure 10 shows how finally a clamping connection between
Durch Zusammendrücken dieser Klemmverbindung wird eine falzartige Bindung erhalten, die ebenfalls konstruktiv einfach, jedoch äußerst stabil hergestellt werden kann.FIG. 11 shows an alternative clamping connection in which a web is terminally arranged on a base profile 61, which can be bent or already bent in the direction of the base profile 61.
