Claims (9)
- Procédé de fabrication d'une garniture de balai (1) pour un balai d'essuie-glace (2), comprenant un support (3) et la garniture de balai (1) entourant au moins partiellement le support (3), le support (3) présentant, sur deux côtés opposés (4, 5), des côtés frontaux (6, 7) de forme triangulaire écartés l'un de l'autre en forme de flèche, qui, pendant l'utilisation conforme du balai d'essuie-glace (2) sont disposés dans des poches d'insertion triangulaires coïncidentes (8, 9) de la garniture de balai (1), les prolongements imaginaires des lignes latérales (10, 11 ; 12, 13) des côtés frontaux (6, 7) et des poches d'insertion (8, 9) se coupant mutuellement en formant un angle et étant essentiellement disposés perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre, les poches d'insertion (8, 9) étant formées par la garniture de balai (1) elle-même et étant réalisées d'une seule pièce et dans le même matériau que celle-ci, et chacune des poches d'insertion (8, 9) ne présentant qu'un joint (14, 15) pour former les poches d'insertion (8, 9), qui s'étend depuis leur pointe frontale respective (16, 17) perpendiculairement vers leur ligne de base respective (18, 19), et dans une première étape de procédé, une structure en nappe (20) plane, rectangulaire, correspondant essentiellement à la largeur et à la longueur du support (3), étant pliée dans la direction longitudinale (21) le long de sa demi-largeur (22) et se positionne en affleurement par recouvrement sur elle-même, et dans une deuxième étape de procédé, les côtés frontaux (24, 25 ; 26, 27) superposés, disposés à angle droit par rapport à la ligne de pliage (23), de demi-largeur, étant connectés les uns aux autres par un joint s'étendant transversalement à la direction longitudinale et, dans une étape de procédé supplémentaire, le pli (28) étant à nouveau déplié pour produire une surface de balai plane (29), les poches d'insertion (8, 9) se formant automatiquement lors du dépliage du pli (28).
- Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les côtés frontaux (24, 25 ; 26, 27) sont cousus, collés ou soudés ensemble dans la deuxième étape de procédé.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure en nappe (20) est pliée dans la première étape de procédé de telle sorte que la surface de balai (29) de la garniture de balai (1) soit disposée à l'extérieur.
- Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que la structure en nappe (20) est pliée dans la première étape de procédé de telle sorte que la surface de balai (29) soit disposée à l'intérieur.
- Procédé selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce qu'à la suite de la deuxième étape de procédé, la surface de balai (29) est tournée de l'intérieur vers l'extérieur.
- Balai d'essuie-glace (2) comprenant un support (3) et une garniture de balai (1) entourant au moins partiellement le support (3), le support (3) présentant, sur deux côtés opposés (4, 5), des côtés frontaux (6, 7) de forme triangulaire écartés l'un de l'autre en forme de flèche, qui, pendant l'utilisation conforme du balai d'essuie-glace (2) sont disposés dans des poches d'insertion triangulaires coïncidentes (8, 9) de la garniture de balai (1), les prolongements imaginaires des lignes latérales (10, 11 ; 12, 13) des côtés frontaux (6, 7) et des poches d'insertion (8, 9) se coupant mutuellement en formant un angle et étant essentiellement disposés perpendiculairement l'un à l'autre, les poches d'insertion (8, 9) étant formées par la garniture de balai (1) elle-même et étant réalisées d'une seule pièce et dans le même matériau que celle-ci, caractérisé en ce que chacune des poches d'insertion (8, 9) ne présente qu'un joint (14, 15) pour former les poches d'insertion (8, 9), qui s'étend depuis sa pointe frontale respective (16, 17) perpendiculairement vers sa ligne de base respective (18, 19).
- Balai d'essuie-glace selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord (30) de la garniture de balai (1) est recouvert au moins en partie par une bordure (31).
- Balai d'essuie-glace selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que les joints (14, 15) sur le côté opposé au support (3) sont recouverts à chaque fois par une bande de protection (32, 33).
- Balai d'essuie-glace selon l'une quelconque des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le support (3) est réalisé sous forme de cadre de balai d'essuie-glace (34) et présente deux ailes de serrage (35, 36) qui, pendant l'utilisation conforme, sont bloquées et en ce qu'au moins l'une des ailes de serrage (35, 36) peut être rabattue pour le montage ou le démontage de la garniture de balai (1).
