Claims (20)

  1. Dispositif de fermeture pour hayons ou portes de véhicule, comprenant
    d'une part une serrure avec boîtier (10) de serrure contre le hayon et/ou la porte ou contre la carrosserie du véhicule et
    d'autre part une pièce de fermeture (11) contre la carrosserie ou contre le hayon et/ou la porte,
    sachant que, dans le boîtier (10) de serrure, la serrure comprend un loquet tournant (20) sous contrainte ressort avec au moins un cran (23, 24) et en appui pivotant (21),
    que le loquet tournant (20), lors de la fermeture du hayon ou de la porte, saisit (22) la pièce de fermeture (11),
    et que dans le boîtier (20) de serrure se trouve une poignée (30) sous contrainte ressort, laquelle, à l'état fermé, prend le cran (23, 24) par derrière et sécurise ainsi l'engrènement de la pièce de fermeture (11) avec le loquet tournant (20),
    et que, pour ouvrir le hayon et/ou la porte, la poignée (30) se laisse soulever manuellement et/ou de façon motorisée hors du cran (23, 24) du loquet tournant (20),
    caractérisé en ce que
    entre le loquet tournant (20) et le boîtier (10) de serrure est intercalé un organe amortisseur (40) à simple effet ayant pour effet de ralentir le mouvement d'ouverture du loquet tournant (20).
  2. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'à l'état de fermeture une force agit sur le hayon et/ou la porte dans le sens de l'ouverture.
  3. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la force opérante dans le sens de l'ouverture est générée par des moyens d'étanchéité élastiques disposés entre le hayon et/ou la porte d'une part, et la carrosserie d'autre part.
  4. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la force opérante dans le sens de l'ouverture est générée par un ressort.
  5. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que la force opérante dans le sens de l'ouverture est générée par un entraînement.
  6. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe amortisseur (40) est un amortisseur à rotation.
  7. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que l'organe amortisseur (40) présente une pièce réceptacle (41) recevant d'autres parties de l'organe amortisseur (40), à savoir les suivantes:
    une pièce d'entrée (42), une pièce de mouvement (43), un fluide (44) se trouvant en contact avec la pièce de mouvement (43) et
    un accouplement commutable (45) qui se trouve embrayé entre la pièce d'entrée (42) avec la pièce de mouvement (43) lorsque le loquet tournant, dans le sens de l'ouverture, pivote en position ouverte (25), et débrayé lors du pivotement (26) dans le sens de la fermeture,
    et en ce que la pièce réceptacle (41) de l'organe amortisseur (40) est reliée avec le boîtier (10) de serrure et/ou le loquet (20), tandis que la pièce d'entrée (42) se trouve en liaison avec le loquet tournant (20) et/ou avec le boîtier de serrure (10).
  8. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe amortisseur (40) est un amortisseur linéaire.
  9. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que l'organe amortisseur (40) est un amortisseur électromagnétique.
  10. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 9, caractérisé en ce que l'effet de l'organe amortisseur (40) est obtenu par un fluide (44) liquide ou gazeux.
  11. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le fluide liquide (44) est un liquide visqueux, notamment une huile silicone ou une graisse silicone.
  12. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le fluide gazeux (44) est de l'air.
  13. Dispositif de fermeture selon l'une des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce qu'entre l'organe amortisseur (40) et le loquet tournant (20) est agencé un engrenage (50).
  14. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 13, caractérisé en ce que l'amorti agissant au moyen de l'engrenage (50) sur le mouvement de pivotement (25) du loquet tournant (20) présente, dans la zone de la position de fermeture (20.1) du loquet tournant (20), une configuration différente de celle qu'il présente dans la zone de la position d'ouverture (20.2).
  15. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que l'amorti agissant sur le mouvement de pivotement (25) du loquet tournant (20) est le plus fort dans la zone de la position de fermeture (20.1) du loquet tournant (20), et qu'il diminue lorsque le pivotement se poursuit en direction de la position ouverte (20.2).
  16. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que le réducteur se compose de pignons engrenant les uns dans les autres.
  17. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 12, 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que l'engrenage (50) se compose d'un levier (51) dont la longueur de bras efficace (55.1, 55.2) est modifiable.
  18. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que la longueur de bras efficace (55.1, 55.2) du levier est modifiable en fonction de la position de pivotement du loquet tournant (20),
    sachant qu'en position de fermeture (20.1) du loquet tournant (20) le levier (51) présente la plus courte longueur de bras efficace (55.1), mais qui va s'allongeant (55.2) tandis que le loquet tournant (20) pivote (25) vers la position ouverte (20.2.)
  19. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que l'organe amortisseur (40) sert de palier tournant (17) au levier
    et en ce qu'entre le levier (51) et le loquet tournant (20) ont été agencés un guidage (52) coulissant et un coulisseau (53).
  20. Dispositif de fermeture selon la revendication 19, caractérisé en ce que le guidage (52) coulissant et le coulisseau (53) sont agencés respectivement contre le levier (51) et le loquet tournant (20).
