Abstract
Description
The present invention relates to a double-walled frame with a first and a second wall part, in particular drawer frame.
Frames are used, for example, as side guides and / or side borders for drawers and other pull-out systems, wherein the hollow-chamber frames are formed, for example, by two metal profiles. The spacing of the two wall parts optically wider side boundaries of the drawer are created, which u. a. distinguished by an appealing appearance, low weight and a favorable running style. The two profiles - which can be formed in addition to metal and plastic - are usually connected by mechanical fasteners releasably or permanently. Therefore, a suitable tool is required for assembly or disassembly of the two wall parts, wherein the use of fasteners or tools complicate the assembly process. In addition, the exact positioning of the two wall parts to each other often designed as difficult because, for example, screws are performed by a wall part and must be screwed in a designated thread of the other wall part.
Object of the subject invention is therefore to propose a double-walled frame of the type mentioned, avoids the above-mentioned disadvantages of the prior art.
The object of the invention is achieved in that the two wall parts are connected to each other via a mechanical latching connection, the two wall parts are connected to each other via a mechanical latching connection, wherein the second wall part in the first wall part in a first position suspended, displaceable in Zargenlängsrichtung and in a second position can be latched, wherein the first and the second position are offset in a plane normal to the Zargenlängsrichtung.
By such a latching connection, both wall parts of the frame can be assembled and separated again in a simple and rapid manner, without the need for fasteners or tools are required.
A preferred embodiment of the invention provides that the first wall part has a pivot bearing in the region of its upper longitudinal edge, in which the second Wall part suspended and is pivotable relative to the first wall part. Due to the arrangement of the pivot bearing both wall parts can be fixed to each other at their upper longitudinal edges to each other, wherein in this mounting state, a pivoting movement or a displacement in Zargenlängsrichtung is possible. The pivot bearing can basically be realized in various ways. An embodiment of the invention provides that the pivot bearing has a substantially U-shaped form, wherein advantageously the pivot bearing is formed by a folded along its upper longitudinal edge portion. Thus, a pivot bearing can be realized, which is simple, fast and inexpensive to produce, for example, in sheet metal bending process. Of course, other pivot bearings are conceivable, which may include, for example, a along the upper longitudinal axis of the first wall part extending rail or locking groove, which allow a pivoting movement of the second wall part.
For fixing the already suspended and pivoted second wall part on the first wall part, it may be expedient if the first wall part preferably in the region of its lower longitudinal edge has a latching device, in which the second wall part can be latched. A constructive simple variant of the invention provides that the locking device is formed by a resilient and preferably profiled leg.
For relative displacement of the two wall parts to one another, advantageously, the second wall part can be latched into the latching device of the first wall part and displaceable in the longitudinal direction of the frame. For precise alignment of the two wall parts of the invention is provided in one embodiment, that the displacement in Zargenlängsrichtung is limited by a stop formed on the first wall part or arranged stop, whereby the exact position of the wall parts is fixed to each other. Conveniently, the stop of the first wall part by a - preferably bent - tab is formed. Analogous to the stop of the first wall part is provided that the second wall part has a counter-stop, which cooperates in a first position with the stop of the first wall part. It may be expedient if the second wall part has two - preferably profiled - legs of different width, wherein the counter-stop is formed by the leg of greater width.
For the final locking of the two wall parts, it is advantageous if the second wall part has a slot-shaped opening whose narrowest width at the bottom of the opening Width of the stop corresponds. In this case, the configuration may be such that in a second or latched position of the stop of the first wall part of the counter-stop of the second wall part can be disengaged and inserted into the slot-shaped opening. Conveniently, in the second or latched position, a positive connection of the two wall parts can be produced.
- Hooking the second wall part in the pivot bearing of the first wall part,
- Pivoting of the second wall part to the first wall part,
- Engaging the second wall part in the locking device of the first wall part,
- Relative displacement of the two wall parts in Zargenlängsrichtung until the stop limits the displacement, and
- Locking both wall parts by pressing both wall parts together.

Fig. 4a-4d show schematic cross-sectional views of an already latched
Luftschlitzen 19 ausgebildet ist.FIGS. 5a-5c show various embodiments of
