Claims (10)
- Vorrichtung zum Herstellen eines Formteils aus Pulver, insbesondere Metallpulver, die aufweist:eine Matrize (1), die aus einem Grundkörper (2) und einer in diesen eingesetzten Matrizenhülse (3) besteht, wobei die Matrizenhülse (3) zumindest abschnittsweise eine zylindrische Kontur aufweist, die eine Formfläche (4) für das Formteil bildet, undmindestens einen Pressstempel (5), der in die durch die zylindrische Kontur der Matrizenhülse (3) definierte Öffnung eintreten und sich im durch die zylindrische Kontur definierten Raum befindliches Pulver verdichten kann,
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 1,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das mindestens eine Spreizelement (10) eine tellerfederförmige Grundkontur aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 2,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Spreizelement (10) über seinen Umfang eine Anzahl radial gerichteter Einschnitte (12) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 3,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Einschnitte (12) über 60 % bis 90 % der radialen Ausdehnung des Spreizelements (10) erstrecken, nicht jedoch bis zum radialen äußeren bzw. inneren Ende des Spreizelements (10) reichen. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass mehrere Spreizelemente (10) in Pressrichtung des Pressstempels (5) übereinander im Raum (7) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 5,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen zwei Spreizelementen (10) Abstandshalter (13) angeordnet sind. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (9) ein Kolben ist, der im Grundkörper (2) der Matrize (1) in Pressrichtung des Pressstempels (5) verschiebbar angeordnet ist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Betätigungselement (9) an seiner dem Spreizelement (10) zugewandten Seite (14) mindestens eine Ausnehmung (15) zum formschlüssigen Eingriff des radial äußeren Endes des Spreizelements (10) aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Formfläche (4) der Matrizenhülse (3) in einer Achsrichtung im unbelasteten Zustand einen leicht konisch sich verbreiternden Verlauf aufweist. - Vorrichtung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 9,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Matrizenhülse (3) aus Hartmetall besteht.
