Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a housing for enclosing a nozzle, in particular an air-covering nozzle or an air-texturing nozzle, with at least one having a Fädendurchführöffnungsumfang Thread passage opening and a housing cover, a Cover housing opening in a housing base, wherein the housing cover with cover edges on the housing base edges of the housing base connects. Such a housing is referred to as a sound box and on Garnbearbeitungsmaschinen used, in particular, to those of the Nozzle to dampen generated work noise.
Yarn processing machines with an air-covering nozzle (Air-Covering Machine) are used to filament yarns resistant to each other to a multi-component yarn (air-covering yarn) together to lead. In this case, at least one cover thread as components (Fancy yarn) connected to a core thread. The goal of this process is as uniform as possible linking nodes in the multi-component yarn reach and so connect the components together. An example an air-covering machine is disclosed in US 6,405,519 B1. In which Core thread is usually an elastomer-containing yarn. The sheaths may include various fancy yarns. The Filament yarns, so the sheaths and the core thread are over Delivery plants, e.g. Galetten, fed to an air-covering nozzle. After this the multi-component yarn has gone through the air-covering nozzle the multicomponent yarn from a spool onto which the Multicomponent yarn is wound up, added. Before the Winding the multi-component yarn can be stretched again, fixed, Shrinked and / or aviviert. Be in the air-covering nozzle the sheath threads with the aid of an air jet with the core thread connected. The air jet is doing so with a jet direction that is not parallel to an air-covering nozzle axis is the air-covering nozzle, in the Air-covered nozzle guided. The air-covering nozzle axis of the Air-Covering Nozzle is through a channel in which the filament yarns through the air-covering Nozzle to be guided defined. According to the prior art is at least the core thread with a thread entry direction into the air-covering Nozzle guided parallel to the air-covering nozzle axis. Ideally The sheath threads with an inlet direction are at least approximately parallel to the air-covering nozzle axis in air-covered machines guided.
Next are yarn processing machines for processing Filament yarns with an air-texturing nozzle (air-texturing machine) known. Such Lufttexturiermaschine is in DE 39 09 516 A1 disclosed. Air texturing machines are used to smooth Constantly curly filament yarns curl. Several original yarns (Kernfäden) can thereby different with effect yarns Tradition to be processed into a textured yarn. in the Unlike an air-covering machine, the filament yarns are in Air texturing always with thread entry directions, the one forming acute angles to an air texturing nozzle axis into which Air texturing nozzle, i. into a air texturing nozzle axis defining Channel of Lufttexturierdüse through which the filament yarns run, led. Ideally, the inlet direction of the effect yarns forms with the Entry direction of the core threads a right angle, the Lufttexturierdüsenachse each an angle of 45 degrees with the Entry directions of the effect yarns and core threads forms.
The nozzle, ie the air-covering nozzle or the air-texturing nozzle of a such yarn processing machine is mounted in a housing. The Housing protects on the one hand the nozzle, on the other hand, the housing dampens the working sounds that are generated during operation of the nozzle. Known housing have thread passage openings in one Housing base of the housing and a housing cover. Of the Housing cover covers a housing opening in the housing base, wherein the housing cover with cover edges on housing base edges of Housing base connects. The lid makes it possible through the Through the housing opening work on the nozzle and / or additional in To perform the housing arranged units. Furthermore must be the threads to be processed, ie the core thread and the Hulls through which thread passage openings are inserted to the nozzle to be supplied. The insertion of the threads is also included open lid, since the respective thread end to in the housing must be picked up. To the housing as close as possible To keep closed, the thread passage openings are very narrow designed. The introduction of the threads therefore makes a time-consuming job Among other things, with the help of a special suction nozzle is carried out. Therefore, in the known housings arise by introducing the threads considerable production losses.
The invention is based on the object, a housing for wrapping To provide a nozzle, the disadvantages of the prior art avoid and in particular a rapid introduction of the processed Threads allows.
This object is achieved by the housing of the independent claim solved. The dependent claims constitute preferred embodiments of the invention.
The housing according to the invention for the enclosure of a nozzle, in particular an air-covering nozzle or an air-texturing nozzle, has at least a thread passage opening perimeter having Thread passage opening and a housing cover. Of the Housing cover covers a housing opening in a housing base. Of the Housing cover closes with cover edges on housing base edges of Housing base. The lid edges are thus the housing base edges formed complementarily, so that the housing when closed Housing cover, with the exception of the thread passage openings, tight concludes. According to the invention, the thread passage opening is so on arranged one of the housing base edges that the Thread passage opening circumference partially from one of the lid edges is formed. This will change the circumference of the thread passage opening (Fadendurchführöffnungsumfang extent), when the housing cover of the Housing base is folded away, so if the housing opening is open, divided in two. A thread must then no longer be introduced, but can simply in, preferably the lying on the housing base edge part of Fadendurchführöffnungsumfangs be inserted laterally. Of the Use of a suction nozzle can be omitted. This leads to considerable Time gains and thus lower production losses.
Preferably, the thread passage openings are so relative to a Nozzle mounting position disposed in the housing that the Thread passage openings in the yarn inlet directions of the nozzle lie. A deflection of the threads within the housing can thereby omitted. The thread passage openings can be such be arranged that the housing according to the invention both to Enveloping an air-covering nozzle as well as an air-texturing nozzle can be used. These are four or more Fädendurchführungsöffnungen suitable to arrange on the housing. A Garnbearbeitungsmaschine with such a housing can then Flexible by retooling with a corresponding nozzle as air-covering Machine or used as Lufttexturiermaschine.
Preferably, at the, or the thread passage openings in the Housing a wolf tooth arranged. A whistle is one Yarn guiding device, in which two semicircular hooks mesh. A thread can be hooked into one of the hooks the wolf tooth are introduced. Overlapping the hook prevents unhooking the thread. The wolf tooth holds the side in the at the Caseback edge lying part of Thread feed opening circumference inserted thread during the Housing cover unfolded is in the correct position. Introducing, or in the case of an air-covering nozzle, inserting the threads into the nozzle is thereby additionally facilitated.
Advantageously, the housing base and / or the housing cover in Area of the thread passage opening on a gain. The Thread passage opening then forms an elongated channel. As a result, a sound outlet from the housing according to the invention the thread passage opening can be reduced.
To visually inspect the process even with the lid closed the housing may preferably have a viewing window in the housing cover on.
The housing cover is preferably by means of a hinge on the Housing base attached. This allows a rapid collapse of the Housing cover, since the related parts of the Thread feedthrough opening perimeter of a yarn feedthrough opening of the hinge when folding closed precisely over each other can be.

In Figure 2, the housing 1 according to the invention with

Gehäusedeckel 5, der eine Gehäuseöffnung in einer Gehäusebasis 15
abdeckt, wobei der Gehäusedeckel 5 mit Deckelkanten 17 an
Gehäusebasiskanten 18 der Gehäusebasis 15 anschließt, wobei die
Fadendurchführungsöffnung 10,11,12,13 derart an einer der
Gehäusebasiskanten 18 angeordnet ist, dass der
Fadendurchführungsöffnungsumfang 20 teilweise von einer der
Deckelkanten 17 gebildet wird.Proposed is a housing 1 for enclosing a nozzle,
