Abstract
Description
The invention relates to anchor, according to the preamble of
If an anchor can not be moved in the direction of the attached rope or if several ropes running away in different directions on the loop of the anchor be attached, the loop is in the load case in the direction of the resultant of Pulled rope forces. This is usually in a hole using cement mortar cast anchor locally abruptly at the point of its exit from the wellbore bent.
This results in the frequently used bar anchors at the turnstile to additional bending stresses and shear forces, which entails a reduction of the absorbable tensile forces. To overcome this drawback, cable anchors are known, which, thanks to the low bending stiffness of the cables, especially if they are still protected by a steel pipe in the area of the turnstile, react much less sensitively to these additional stresses.
On the other hand, the cable anchors prove disadvantageous, in particular because of their flexibility when displacing into the boreholes. Furthermore, the composite of galvanized ropes in the cement mortar is not optimal and also is a galvanizing as corrosion protection for tension members of anchors according to SN 505 267, SIA 267 geotechnical (2003), or EN 1537: 1999 anchor, not allowed because the zinc in wet corroded alkaline environment.
Object of the present invention is therefore to provide an anchor for the Offset the stiffness of a bar anchor and in case of load at the turnstile the Has flexibility of a cable anchor. Another object of the invention is specify an anchor, thanks to optimal bonding in the borehole in particular be installed opposite cable anchors with a much shorter anchoring length can.
An anchor fulfilling the first object is given in
The inventive anchor consists of a bundle of parallel wires, in the middle of their length together with a locally pushed over steel tube Forming a loop to be bent back by 180 °. The resulting Wire bundles with twice the number of wires, will vary over its length compactly tied together or spread apart by spacers. The wire ends are welded together to form a tip.
The advantages of such anchors are that when stiffened they are stiff as bar anchors and behave flexibly like a cable anchor when in use. Further advantages go out the description below.

ermöglicht.1 shows a wire-
