Definitions
- the invention relates to a method and a device for machine alignment of vessels such that these after storage on the floors of transport containers assume preselected target positions.
- beverage containers in particular beverage bottles, in Gefachekalsten, Trays od. Like. It is often desirable to arrange the beverage containers so that their labels are visible from the outside. This is especially true when using So-called bottle carriers desired, the od from Kraftkarton. Like. Produced and on the Necks of beverage bottles push-on baby carrier for a small number of z. B. 2 x 2, 2 x 3 or 1 x 4 bottles represent.
- the invention has several advantages. First, it allows alignment after arranging the vessels in normal Gefachekalsten, trays od. Like., because they can be pressed with the top of the alignment after alignment, hereafter briefly as Carrier designated carrying packaging or bottle carriers are fitted, the at the same time serve as a backup for the manufactured nominal positions. These carriers can be done immediately after making the set positions and without taking them out the bottles from usual Gefachekalsten, trays or other cartons from above be pressed onto the bottlenecks. By “immediate” is meant that the pressing of the carrier at such an early time after manufacturing the set positions, that a possible further transport of the transport container od a conveyor belt. Like. No significant impact on the established target positions may have.
- Suitable supports for the purposes of the invention are known (eg DE 33 21 036 C2, DE 40 34 069 A1, DE 203 16 996 U1). Such carriers can either manually or with devices provided for this purpose (DE 203 14 08 8 U1, DE 203 17 325 U1) are placed on the vessels. With particular advantage is this However, a device with the features of claim 9 is used, which a automatically working on the alignment station following assembly station has. This makes it possible, in a continuous processing line, not just one Alignment and securing the position of the vessels, but also a loading of the vessels to effect with carriers, as it is for later use z. Abstract
Description
The invention relates to a method and a device for machine alignment of vessels such that these after storage on the floors of transport containers assume preselected target positions.
In the arrangement of beverage containers, in particular beverage bottles, in Gefachekästen, Trays od.
Previously known methods and devices for aligning beverage containers are mostly combined with packing machines, by means of which on a conveyor belt supplied bottles are automatically detected by gripping organs and during their Transfer in Gefachekästen be rotated simultaneously (eg, DE 39 27 848 A1, DE 39 09 865 A1, DE 39 17 121 A1). The alignment of the bottles takes place depending only on their position, which they occupy in the Gefachekasten, which is why only the outer bottles and also those bottles are rotated be associated with a viewing opening in the Gefachekasten. It also gives The disadvantage that the bottles their desired desired positions in the Gefachekästen od. Like. Not always maintained, especially if they are vibrating Conveyor belts transported further or otherwise to another treatment be supplied.
Furthermore, already methods and devices of the initially designated Genus known, by means of which the bottles only after introduction into a Gefachekasten be turned (DE 37 28 291 C2). Again, only those are Flasks rotated to a preselected set position, their labels by a Opening in the Gefachekasten can be made visible. To secure the established target positions serve in the Gefachekästen provided brake or Holding means. The economic application of such methods and devices So far failing because on the beverage sector no with such brake and Holding means provided Gefachekästen od. Like. Are available.
Finally, it is known not to bring bottles in Gefachekästen, but with To provide outer packaging or enclosures (so-called six-packs) (US-PS 40 51 366). Here are the bottles before attaching the wrappings on a Conveyor belt arranged in spaced groups of six bottles each, then turned in a way as it would in their later arrangement in the wrappings (Six-packs) is desired, and only then fed to a packaging machine. This has the disadvantage that neither during the subsequent transport of loose bottles still standing on the conveyor belt during packaging can be ensured that the bottles their previously established target positions maintained. A consequence of this is that after the packaging step more or result in less large and random deviations from the target positions.
In view of this, there is the technical problem underlying the invention therein, a method and a device of the type described by means of which the alignment process also automatically, but on one other way than previously feasible.
und 9.To solve this problem, the characterizing features of
The invention has several advantages. First, it allows alignment after arranging the vessels in normal Gefachekästen, trays od. Like., because they can be pressed with the top of the alignment after alignment, hereafter briefly as Carrier designated carrying packaging or bottle carriers are fitted, the at the same time serve as a backup for the manufactured nominal positions. These carriers can be done immediately after making the set positions and without taking them out the bottles from usual Gefachekästen, trays or other cartons from above be pressed onto the bottlenecks. By "immediate" is meant that the pressing of the carrier at such an early time after manufacturing the set positions, that a possible further transport of the transport container od a conveyor belt. Like. No significant impact on the established target positions may have.
Suitable supports for the purposes of the invention are known (eg
Further advantageous features of the invention will become apparent from the dependent claims.
Maßstäben gehaltenen Zeichnungen an Ausführungsbeispielen näher erläutert.

Fig. 1 to 3 show a device according to the invention for aligning
In the

durchragen.Figs. 4 to 9 show further details of the device described, wherein like parts are provided with the same reference numerals. Thereafter, the
DE 37 28 291 C2, DE 39 02 667 A1) und brauchen daher hier nicht näher erläutert
werden. At the lower ends of the
At the bottom of the mounting
Moreover, the cylinder /
(Fig. 8) umgreifende Schließstellung gebracht.
B. Fig. 4). Das obere Ende der
Hohlwelle ist verschlossen.The gripping
Laterally next to the

The operation of the device described is essentially as follows:
angeordnet.A
Fig. 1, 4, 5, 7, 8 bzw.
Fig. 5 und 7 zeigen die Seitenansicht einer Reihe
Brustetiketten 44 in zufällig
bedeutet in Fig. 11 z.
As soon as a
Alternatively, it is possible for each
FIGS. 13 and 14 show views corresponding to FIGS. 11 and 12 of the invention

Following the lifting of the
The control of the individual rotations of the
After coupling the
As a result of the described requirements there are two possible cases. Give that
Conversely, if the scanning beam is at the beginning of the turning process on a
The described turning operations become after the set time periods
stopped by switching off the associated
Rahmen 14 gekoppelten Flaschen 1 etwas (z.
In a particularly advantageous variant of the alignment device described, the
In order to be able to realize such a lifting movement even when using a simple cylinder /
Fig. 17 und 18 dargestellt.
Bestückungssstation 50 dazu dient, in Transportbehältern 51 befindliche Flaschen 1
mit den schon erwähnten Flaschenträgem zu bestücken.A second, currently considered best embodiment of the invention is shown in FIGS. 17 and 18. In this embodiment, an
In accordance with the invention, this
betrieben:The
(Fig. 10) od. dgl. verwendet wird. Die Hubvorrichtung 8 befindet sich dabei z. B. in
There are first two
After completion of this process and lifting the
In a next method step, the
Simultaneously with the described alignment operations, a number of transport containers will

The individual orientation of the
While Fig. 19 in a
The
The
Fig. 18 angeordneten Welle drehbar in einem Gestell 61 gelagert.
The
51d so viele (hier z.
Vakuumsaugern versehen. Dabei kann jeder Entnahme- und Bestückungskopf 66a,
66b z. B. mit vier solchen Vakuumsaugern versehen sein.Above the
in Stellung gebracht.
After entering the two provided with aligned
Fig. 21 ein Beispiel eines Transportbehälters 70 bzw. Kastens aus einem transparenten
Material.
In the embodiments described so far, the
bzw. Trays 73 anstatt in Kästen 70 angeordnet sind. Im übrigen gilt dasselbe wie
in Fig. 21.
Another variant is shown in FIG. 22, after which the
As
handeln.Alternatively, it is also possible, the
Im übrigen sind gleiche Teile mit denselben Bezugszeichen versehen.FIG. 26 shows a third exemplary embodiment of the device according to the invention in FIG one of the Fig. 4 corresponding view, but omitting the not here essential parts. Incidentally, the same parts with the same reference numerals Mistake.
78a, 78b gleichzeitig durchgeführt werden, was große Bearbeitungsgeschwindigkeiten
Notwithstanding the previous description, it is assumed in FIG. 26 that vessels
78 are present, which are not rotationally symmetric, in particular z. B. cylindrical
are formed, but the z. B. oval, square or other cross-sections
exhibit. Such vessels 78 can be used regardless of whether they are in Gefachekästen or
in boxes, trays od. Like., Which have no compartments are arranged, not without

According to another, similar to Fig. 26 embodiment, the
druckdicht befestigt ist (vgl. insbesondere Fig. 9).Instead of the described gripping
If this
The invention is not limited to the described embodiments, which
can be modified in many ways. This applies first to the form and the
