Claims (16)
- Kleiderroller mit einem Rollenträger und mit einer durch diesen drehbar gelagerten Klebebandrolle (9), wobei der Rollenträger (2) einen Handgriff (4) und einen von der Klebebandrolle (9) umschlossenen Rollenhalter (3) aufweist und die Klebebandrolle (9) aus einer zylindrischen Rollenhülse (10) und mindestens einem auf diese aufgewickelten Klebeband (11) mit nach aussen gekehrter Klebefläche zur Aufnahme von Fusseln besteht, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenträger (2) mit seinem Handgriff (4,35) und dem Rollenhalter (3) einstückig geformt ist, sein Rollenhalter (3) griffseitig einen ersten Anschlag (7) für die Rollenhülse (10) und an seinem dem Handgriff (4) abgekehrten Ende federnd auslenkbare Eingriffsmittel (20,21) aufweist, die für die Rollenhülse (10) zu ersterem axial gegenüberliegend einen zweiten Anschlag (24) bilden und dass die Rollenhülse (10) zumindest an ihrer dem Rollenhalter (3) zugekehrten Seite aus einem an dem Rollenhalter (3) Gleiteigenschaften aufweisenden Kunststoffmaterial besteht, wobei der Rollenhalter (3) für die drehbare Lagerung der Rollenhülse (10) im Bereich zwischen beiden Anschlägen (7,24) mindestens eine Abstützfläche (12,14,15,18) aufweist, die bis auf ein Freilaufspiel an die Innenfläche der Rollenhülse (10) heranreicht.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenhülse (10) aus einem extrudierten Strangabschnitt oder als Spritzgiessteil aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwei in axialer Richtung einen Abstand aufweisende, feste Abstützbereiche (12,14) vorgesehen sind.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die festen Abstützbereiche an mindestens einem Teil der Länge von Schaftwänden (5,6, 15 bis 18) vorgesehen sind.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass ein fester Abstützbereich für die Lagerung der Rollenhülse (10) durch mindestens eine, einen kreisbogenförmigen Querschnitt aufweisende Führungsfläche (12,15,18,19) gebildet ist.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die im Querschnitt kreisbogenförmige Führungsfläche (12) am Umfang einer kreisscheibenförmigen Radialwand (8) vorgesehen ist, die im vorderen Bereich des Rollenhalters (3), angrenzend an die federnd auslenkbaren Eingriffsmittel (20 -23) vorgesehen ist.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Aussendurchmesser der Rollenhülse (10) grösser ist als die radiale maximale Eingriffsweite der Eingriffsmittel (20, 21).
- Kleiderroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Rollenträger (2) zwei diametral einander gegenüberliegend angeordnete, einen axialen Anschlag (24) für die Rollenhülse (10) bildende Eingriffsmittel (20,21) aufweist, so dass diese zur Freigabe des Anschlags durch Fingerdruck federnd gegeneinander auslenkbar sind.
- Kleiderroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass zwischen dem Rollenhalter (3) und dem Handgriff (7) eine sich radial erstreckende Wand (7) vorgesehen ist, deren Durchmesser grösser ist als der Innendurchmesser der Rollenhülse (10), so dass sie den ersten Anschlag für die Rollenhülse bildet.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die sich radial erstreckenden Wände (7,8) durch mindestens eine Schaftwand (5,6, 15,18,19) biegesteif verbunden sind, wobei die Schaftwand (5-6, 15,18,19) zumindest auf einem Teil ihrer axialen Länge bis auf ein Freilaufspiel an die Innenwand der Rollenhülse (10) heranreicht.
- Kleiderroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die federnd auslenkbaren Eingriffsmittel (20,21) am äusseren Ende von federnd ausbiegbaren Axialschäften (22,23) vorgesehen sind., die sich von der Radialwand (8) aus axial nach aussen fortsetzen.
- Kleiderroller nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die äussere Radialwand (8) von dem zweiten Anschlag (24) einen Abstand hat, der mindestens angenähert einem Viertel der Länge der Rollenhülse (10) entspricht.
- Kleiderroller nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 12, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Eingriffsmittel einen radial abstehenden, kreisbogenförmigen Rand (24) aufweisen, der an halbrunden Fingergriffschalen (20,21) vorgesehen ist, die am Ende von federnd ausbiegbaren Axialschäften (22,23) angeformt sind.
- Klebebandrolle für den Rollenträger des Kleiderrollers nach Anspruch 1, mit einer zylindrischen Rollenhülse (10) und mindestens einem auf diese aufgewickelten Klebeband (11) mit nach aussen gekehrter Klebefläche zur Aufnahme von Fusseln, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenhülse (10) aus einem extrudierten Strangabschnitt oder als Spritzgiessteil aus Kunststoff besteht.
- Klebebandrolle nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenhülse (10) als extrudierter Strangabschnitt innere oder äussere achsparallele Rippen (40) hat.
- Klebebandrolle nach Anspruch 14, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rollenhülse (10) als Spritzgiessteil eine Gitterstruktur oder umlaufende Rippen (38) aufweist.
