Claims (6)
- Pompe à engrenages avec contrôle de débit, comportant une unité mobile (7) déplaçable entre une première chambre de pression (10) et une deuxième chambre de pression (11), dans laquelle la deuxième chambre de pression (11) comprend un ressort de pression (9) agissant en plus sur l'unité mobile, caractérisée en ce que la première chambre de pression (10) est reliée à la deuxième chambre de pression (11) par une soupape de réglage (12), qui est en liaison active, par un convertisseur de pression (13) relié à la première chambre de pression (10), avec un appareil de commande (14) présentant un diagramme caractéristique correspondant et relié à ce convertisseur de pression.
- Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la première chambre de pression (10) est limitée à une pression maximale par une soupape de surpression (15) reliée au côté d'aspiration (E) de la pompe à engrenages.
- Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la deuxième chambre de pression (11) est reliée au côté d'aspiration (E) de la pompe à engrenages par un étranglement (17).
- Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que l'étranglement (17) est un alésage traversant de section réduite.
- Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1, caractérisée en ce que la pompe à engrenages est une pompe à engrenage extérieur.
- Pompe à engrenages selon la revendication 1 ou 4, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend du côté entrée un arbre d'entraînement (3) supporté sur le boîtier (1) de la pompe avec une roue dentée d'entraînement (4) calée en rotation, avec laquelle engrène une roue dentée de sortie (5) délimitant la première chambre de pression (10), correspondant à la sortie de la pompe (A) et montée à rotation sur un arbre de sortie (8), et faisant partie de l'unité mobile (7), roue sur laquelle s'applique un piston à ressort (6) délimitant la deuxième chambre de pression (11) et calé en rotation sur l'arbre de sortie (8) et où le ressort de pression (9) s'applique sur celle-ci, et en ce que l'unité mobile (7) est déplaçable par rapport à la roue dentée d'entraînement (4) en fonction d'une différence de pression entre les deux chambres de pression (10, 11).
