According to the invention, a measuring device for inspecting Rails, in particular switches, an optical fiber on, a laser beam on at least one to be measured Point projected and a CCD unit, which is the point recognizes and this information through a DSP unit to a Computer forwards. der Differenzen an linker und rechter Schiene 2 können einzelne
Spurmesspunkte erfasst und ausgewertet werden.Fig. 2: For marking and measuring the distance to the
Fig. 3: Schiene 2 wird auf einen Kreuzschlitten 7 montiert,

Fig. 4: Opposite
Fig. 5: Entsprechende Merkmale sind mit den Bezugszeichen
als bei der CCD-Einheit 4 gemäß Fig. 4.Fig. 5: Corresponding features are denoted by the reference numerals
designated from FIG. 4. The

The values determined for the real values were in a tolerance range of ± 0.1mm. The diversion with the Mirror worked perfectly.
ist als beim Spiegel 10.Alternatively, instead of the
Fig. 9: To a real measuring operation on a
The
The values determined for the real values were in a tolerance range of ± 0.5mm. The relatively inaccurate Value can be explained by measuring the real distances (Measurement inaccuracy / parallax error) and in the settlement in the Excel spreadsheet, where these inaccuracies are add up.
Fig. 10, 11: Die Triangulations-Abstand-Sensoren 6 sind in
Fig. 10, 11: The
Fig. 12: By conical shape of the isolation between

Gleichzeitig dient
sie als Schiebeeinheit. Durch eine geeignete Rohrkonstruktion
28 ist diese gesamte Einheit höhenverstellbar und kann
somit ergonomisch eingestellt werden. Zusätzlich ist in der
Aufnahme ein Zusatzakku 29 untergebracht, der die Einsatzzeit
des Messgerätes um ein mehrfaches erhöht. Fig. 13: The meter is operated with a
Schmutz
schützt und den Anforderungen der EMV entspricht. Aufgrund
der Abmessungen des Gehäuses, können zusätzliche Stromquellen
für erhöhte Einsatzzeit des Messgerätes vorgesehen
sein.14: In order to decouple vibrations from the measuring
