Claims (13)
- Verfahren zum Beschichten eines flächenförmigen Substrats (2), insbesondere von Papier, Haftpapier, Karton, Textilien oder Folien, mit einem Beschichtungsmittel, insbesondere mit einer Siliconölemulsion, bei dem das Beschichtungsmittel mittels wenigstens einer Auftragseinrichtung (3) auf das Substrat (2) aufgetragen wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Beschichtungsmittel mittels einer Dosiereinrichtung (8) auf wenigstens eine Speichereinrichtung (5) aus schwammartigem, feuchtigkeitsspeicherndem Material aufgegeben und von dort aus ggf. über eine Zwischeneinrichtung (4) auf die wenigstens eine Auftragseinrichtung (3) übertragen wird.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Speichereinrichtung (5) aus Filz, Faserstoff, Moosgummi, Vlies oder Schaumstoff besteht.
- Verfahren nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Speichereinrichtung (5) eine mittlere Porengrößen von 1 µm bis 1 mm, besonders bevorzugt von 50 µm bis 750 µm und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 100 bis 200 µm aufweist.
- Verfahren nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Dosiereinrichtung (8) eine oder mehrere Düsen (8) umfasst.

- Vorrichtung zum Beschichten eines flächenförmigen Substrats (2), insbesondere von Papier, Haftpapier, Karton, Textilien oder Folien, mit einem Beschichtungsmittel, insbesondere zur Durchführung eines Verfahrens nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 13, umfassend wenigstens eine Auftragseinrichtung (3) zum Auftrag des Beschichtungsmittels auf das Substrat (2) sowie wenigstens eine Dosiereinrichtung (8), dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass diese des weiteren wenigstens eine Speichereinrichtung (5) aus schwammartigen, feuchtigkeitsspeichernden Material aufweist, die mit der wenigstens einen Auftragseinrichtung (3) ggf. über eine Zwischeneinrichtung (4) flüssigkeitsübertragend verbunden ist und die wenigstens eine Dosiereinrichtung (8) derart angeordnet ist, dass von dieser Beschichtungsmittel auf die Speichereinrichtung (5) aufgegeben werden kann.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die wenigstens eine Speichereinrichtung (5) aus Filz, Faserstoff, Moosgummi, Vlies oder Schaumstoff besteht.
- Vorrichtung nach Anspruch 9 oder 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Material der Speichereinrichtung (5) eine mittlere Porengrößen von 1 µm bis 1 mm, besonders bevorzugt von 50 µm bis 750 µm und ganz besonders bevorzugt von 100 bis 200 µm aufweist.
