Claims (18)

  1. Forme d'administration orale de substances actives, de vitamines et/ou de substances nutritives, comprenant une paille (1), qui présente deux ouvertures (6, 7), et un dispositif de blocage (2) imperméable à une formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive mais perméable à l'air et à un fluide de transport, un dispositif de fermeture (3) imperméable à la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive et contenant la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) se trouvant entre le dispositif de blocage et le dispositif de fermeture dans la paille, caractérisée en ce que l'on utilise comme dispositif de fermeture un capuchon (3) fermant l'ouverture de la paille (6) tournée vers la formulation, lequel est fabriqué dans l'ensemble à partir du même matériau, en plastique ou en métal, de préférence en aluminium, et dont le fond par ailleurs résistant aux chocs présente sur toute la périphérie extérieure une ligne d'affaiblissement et peut de ce fait être enlevé par un choc.
  2. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 1,
    caractérisée en ce que la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) est solide.
  3. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisée en ce que la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) est pâteuse.
  4. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisée en ce que la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) se présente sous forme multiparticulaire.
  5. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) est insoluble dans le liquide de transport.
  6. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que la formulation de substance active, de vitamine et/ou de substance nutritive (4) est au moins partiellement soluble dans le liquide de transport.
  7. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (2) est un bouchon.
  8. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon (2) peut être déplacé par le liquide de transport entre deux butées (8, 9).
  9. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 7, caractérisée en ce que le bouchon (2) est fixe.
  10. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (2) est une membrane fixée dans la paille.
  11. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 4,
    caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (2) est une grille fixée dans la paille, dont le diamètre de maille est inférieur au plus petit diamètre des particules de la formulation (4).
  12. Forme d'administration selon la revendication 4, caractérisée en ce que le dispositif de blocage (2) est constitué par un rétrécissement de la paille, de sorte que la section transversale de la paille est plus étroite que le plus petit diamètre des particules de la formulation (4).
  13. Forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisée en ce que la paille (1) est rigide ou flexible, droite ou courbe et/ou peut être fléchie de préférence de manière réversible.
  14. Kit constitué de la forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13 et d'un liquide de transport physiologiquement acceptable, contenant éventuellement des substances actives, des substances nutritives et/ou des vitamines.
  15. Kit selon la revendication 14, caractérisé en ce que le liquide de transport est un liquide aqueux.
  16. Kit selon la revendication 14 ou 15, caractérisé en ce que le liquide de transport est de l'eau, de la limonade, du jus de fruit ou de la pulpe de fruit, du thé ou du café.
  17. Procédé de préparation d'une forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de blocage (2) est introduit dans la paille (1), la formulation (4) est introduite dans la paille (1) par l'une des ouvertures (6) de la paille et cette ouverture (6) de la paille est pourvue du dispositif de fermeture (3).
  18. Procédé de préparation d'une forme d'administration selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que l'une des ouvertures (6) de la paille est pourvue du dispositif de fermeture (3) et la formulation (4) et le dispositif de blocage (2) sont introduits dans la paille (1) par l'autre ouverture (7) de la paille.
