Claims (9)
- Dämpfungsanordnung für das Hubgerüst eines Flurförderzeugs mit einem ersten Mast und mindestens einem im ersten Mast teleskopisch angeordneten zweiten Mast, wobei die Dämpfung beim Einfahren des zweiten Mastes in den ersten Mast wirksam wird, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß an beiden Masten (10, 30) horizontale Flächenabschnitte vorgesehen sind, die an Querverbindungselementen der Masten gebildet sind und die nahe übereinander liegen, wenn die Masten (10, 30) in einer hinteren Endstellung ineinander gefahren sind, an einem ersten horizontalen Flächenabschnitt ein mindestens einteiliges Dämpfungselement (50) aus einem steifen Elastomer befestigt ist, das eine Auflageseite aufweist, die am zugehörigen ersten Flächenabschnitt anliegt und eine der Auflageseite gegenüberliegende zweite Seite aufweist, mit der der zweite horizontale Flächenabschnitt zusammenwirkt und die zweite Seite so geformt ist, daß die Größe der verformten Fläche bzw. des verformten Volumens des Dämpfungselements (50) mit zunehmenden Eingriff des zweiten horizontalen Flächenabschnitts größer wird.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement (50) aus Vollmaterial besteht.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die erste Seite des Dämpfungselements (50) plan ist.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement länglich und flach geformt ist und die zweite Seite des Dämpfungselements (50) nach außen gewölbt und ballig ist.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement (50) an der zweiten Seite entlang zweier aufeinander senkrecht stehender Achsen konvex gewölbt oder ballig ist.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das längliche Dämpfungselement (50) mit zwei Schraublöchern in den Endbereichen zur Aufnahme von Befestigungsschrauben (54) versehen ist.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach Anspruch 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß der Kopf der Befestigungsschrauben (54) versenkt in den Schraublöchern (52) sitzt.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß das Dämpfungselement (50) auf der nach oben weisenden Seite einer oberen Traverse (20) des ersten Mastes (10) angebracht ist und mit der Unterseite einer oberen Traverse (42) des zweiten Mastes (30) zusammenwirkt, wobei die Traverse (42) des zweiten Mastes (30) so angebracht ist, daß sie in der Projektion von oben die Traverse (20) des ersten Mastes (10) zumindest teilweise überdeckt.
- Dämpfungsanordnung nach einem der Ansprüche 1-8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass das Dämpfungselement (50) aus Polyurethan großer Shore-Härte besteht.
