Claims (13)
- Separator, der eine Schleudertrommel (1) aufweist,a) in welche ein zu verarbeitendes Produkt, insbesondere Milch, durch ein Zulaufrohr (7) und einen nachgeschalteten Zulaufraum (13) führbar ist, der Austrittsöffnungen (14) in Zulaufbohrungen (8) aufweist, die in einen Schleuderraum in der Schleudertrommel (1) führen,b) wobei Verbindungsbohrungen (17) zu einem Ringraum (19), welcher oberhalb des freien Endes des Zulaufrohres (7) im Verteiler (4) ausgebildet ist, vorgesehen sind,
dadurch gekennzeichnet, dassc) sich die Verbindungsbohrungen zwischen einem vorzugsweise konischen Zulaufraum (13) und dem Ringraum (19) erstrecken,d) den Austrittsöffnungen (14) aus dem Zulaufraum (13) in die Zulaufbohrungen (8) des Verteilers (5) und den Verbindungsbohrungen (17) zum Ringraum (19) jeweils eine Rippe (16) zugeordnet ist. - Separator nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass radial innerhalb der Austrittsöffnungen (14) aus dem Zulaufraum (13) in die Zulaufbohrungen (8) des Verteilers (5) und axial unterhalb der Verbindungsbohrungen (17) zum Ringraum (19) jeweils eine der Rippen (16) angeordnet ist.
- Separator nach Anspruch 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (16) in Drehrichtung gesehen vor den Austrittsöffnungen (14) angeordnet sind
- Separator nach Anspruch 2 oder 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (16) in Drehrichtung gesehen vor den Verbindungsbohrungen (17) angeordnet sind
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (13) eine sich in Einlaufrichtung konisch aufweitende Form aufweist.
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Rippen (16) innerhalb eines unteren sich radial aufweitenden Ringabschnitts 22 des Ringraums (13) angeordnet sind.
- Separator nach Anspruch 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass sich die Rippen (16) innerhalb des Ringabschnitts (22) derart nach unten hin verjüngen, dass sie die konische Innenkontur des Zulaufraumes in ihrem Bereich nach unten verlängern.
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Zulaufraum (13) einen Öffnungswinkel aufweist, der vorzugsweise wenigstens 3° beträgt und der Höhe des Ringabschnites (22) entspricht..
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Höhe der Rippen (16) höher ist, vorzugsweise um mehr als das 1,5 fache, insbesondere mehr als das 2fache, als die Höhe der Austrittsöffnungen (14) in die Zulaufbohrungen (8).
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Ringraum (19) über einen Ringkanal (20) mit einem weiteren Ringraum (21) verbunden ist, in welchem eine Schälscheibe (11) angeordnet ist.
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass wenigstens acht oder mehr Rippen (16) und Verbindungsbohrungen ( 17) und Austrittsöffnungen (14) im Verteiler (5) ausgebildet sind.
- Separator nach einem der vorstehenden Ansprüche, gekennzeichnet durch eine Auslegung zur Entkeimung von Milch mit einem Schlammraum außerhalb des Tellerpakets und einem Kolbenschieber vor Feststoffaustragsöffnungen zum Austragen von Feststoffen wie Keimen.
- Separator nach einem der vorhergehenden Ansprüche, dadurch gekennzeichnet, daß die Breite der Rippen der Breite der Verbindungsbohrungen ( 17) entspricht.
