Abstract
Eine Vorrichtung zum gegenseitigen Andrücken zweier Walzen (14, 16) in einem Streichwerk umfasst Krafterzeugungsmittel (26) sowie Sensormittel (36) zur Erfassung der Andrückkraft zwischen den Walzen (14, 16). Erfindungsgemäß sind die Sensormittel (36) außerhalb von Walzenkörpern der beiden Walzen (14, 16) angeordnet.A device for pressing two rollers (14, 16) together in a coating unit comprises force generating means (26) and sensor means (36) for detecting the pressing force between the rollers (14, 16). According to the invention, the sensor means (36) are arranged outside of roller bodies of the two rollers (14, 16).
Ferner wird ein Verfahren zur Einstellung der Anpressung der Walzen (14, 16) vorgeschlagen, wobei mindestens eine der Walzen (14, 16) einen radial elastischen Walzenbezug (128, 130) aufweist. Erfindungsgemäß wird zunächst eine Abstand-Kraft-Charakteristik für die Walzenpaarung (14, 16) ermittelt. Um im Arbeitsbetrieb der Einrichtung eine gewünschte Andrückkraft der Walzen (14, 16) zu erzielen, wird aus der Abstand-Kraft-Charakteristik ein zugehöriger Soll-Wert des Achsabstands (e) ermittelt und an der Walzenpaarung (14, 16) eingestellt.
